Bring your awareness to your heart.
If it feels comfortable at any point through the practice,
You can connect to your heart with your fingers or your hands.
That beautiful,
Incredible,
Physical organ that beats for you continually every moment of every day,
The portal of connection to the lower three chakras and the higher three chakras,
Our anahata chakra,
Our heart center.
Begin this practice comfortably.
Allow your body to adjust,
To shift,
To support,
And wherever you're choosing to rest,
Make sure your heart is open and free to breathe.
Allow your body to rest and relax with every breath,
Sweet little notes of love in and out.
To begin with,
Keeping your awareness on your heart,
The heart space,
The seat of love,
Compassion and connection,
And a beautiful reminder of the life force within you.
Take a moment to set an intention for your heart-opening practice.
Maybe it's opening yourself to love,
Cultivating compassion,
Or just deepening a connection with yourself.
Silently whisper your intention,
Feel it in your heartbeat.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in love,
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out love,
Opening this powerful portal of healing.
Breathe in love and breathe out love,
Holding the intention that there is a balance between the love that you receive and the love that you send out to others.
Breathe in love and breathe out love,
And send that love out to anyone that you would like to send some beautiful energy to today.
Breathe in love and breathe out love to the incredible place that we call home,
The nature that we're in,
The planet that we live upon.
The seed mantra for the Anahata Chakra is Yam,
Y-A-M,
Yam.
Well,
I like to think of this as yum,
My yummy heart,
Yummy love,
That yummy feeling of loving yourself.
Yam,
Or yum,
As you inhale and exhale now,
And let this seed mantra vibrate into your heart space.
And then just as it circulates the incredible blood around your body,
Feel this mantra being vibrated and shared around every part of your physical being,
Yam,
Yam.
The color of the Anahata Chakra,
Or colors of the Anahata Chakra,
Are green and pink.
Sometimes both,
Sometimes one.
Just notice what color or colors you're connecting to in your heart today.
Welcome them,
Feel them.
Imagine that heart energy,
That heart center,
Transforming into a blossoming flower.
Maybe it's a pink rose,
Maybe a green flower,
Maybe a pink flower with beautiful green leaves around it,
And the petals continuously and continuously opening,
Never-ending flow of love and compassion.
Feel yourself starting to almost drop into this flower as if it's a bed of blankets and soft petals that hold you,
Envelops you with love,
Like the softest and most loving hug or cuddle.
Inhale,
Yam.
Exhale,
Yam.
Inhale,
Yam.
Exhale,
Yam.
Your heart center becoming softer and softer with every breath.
The petals of your flower blossoming and blossoming,
Opening and opening.
It's a natural reaction to feel sometimes as if you want to close your heart,
To close your petals,
To protect yourself from hurt or pain.
One by one,
Allow those petals to open,
To let them share their vibrancy,
Their color,
Their energy,
Their life force,
Their love.
Do not be afraid.
Feel empowered by opening your heart.
We'll take a little journey with our heart now.
See yourself as if you're looking down on yourself,
Stood in the most luscious green forest.
The tall trees surrounding you,
The branches gently swaying in the breeze.
You can hear the chirping of the birds,
The rustle of the leaves,
And feeling the gentle touch of the earth beneath your feet,
Cool and strong.
And with each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more and more connected with the natural world around you.
Imagine the energy of the earth rising up through your feet and filling you with grounding,
Nurturing life force energy.
And all the luscious green energy around you in the plants and in nature seems to directly flow into your heart center,
And this green light starts to expand within your heart,
The color of growth,
Of healing.
And see this light extending out of your body and blending back into the nature around you.
Your heart opening more and more like the petals of your flower,
Receiving abundant love and life force and compassion.
Feel this green,
Incredible energy traveling out,
Connecting to the earth,
To the trees,
To the sky,
To all living creatures,
And flowing equally back to you.
As you exhale,
You send that love,
Energy,
Light,
Vibration out.
And as you inhale,
You freely welcome it back to you,
Exhaling it out,
Inhaling,
Flowing back in.
Deeply connected to the web of life that surrounds you and all those that play a role in this experience and journey.
Love in,
Love out,
Yam,
Yam.
Ask yourself in this moment,
What does love feel like in my body right now?
And stay with that feeling for a moment.
Ask yourself,
How does it feel to be truly loved and honored and held in compassion?
Sit with that feeling for a moment.
Ask yourself now,
How would it feel to completely and utterly and truly love myself?
Ask yourself,
Are you ready to do this?
Are you ready to fall so deeply in love with yourself?
To honor your sacred body.
To love your soul.
To honor and respect every imperfectly perfect detail of you.
Inhale,
Yam.
Exhale,
Yam.
Inhale,
Yam.
Exhale,
Yam.
For these last few moments,
Whisper to your heart,
Tell it you're listening,
I am listening.
What does your heart need in this moment?
I am listening.
I am listening now.
Taking a breath in once more of this vital forest energy around you,
The greens and the health and the vitality and the nurturing.
Feel yourself land back in the soft rose petals.
Feel this loving energy wrap around you as if it's holding you now.
Smile into your heart center.
I love you,
I am listening.
Whisper these words to your heart,
To your body,
To your soul.
I love you,
I am listening.
Hold the intention that you are opening completely and wholly a communication,
A conversation with your heart center.
Let it speak to you,
Let it sing to you,
Let it share with you what you need.
And in all the ways that you can honor and love yourself on a deeper,
Fulfilling level.
Your heart has been waiting for this moment for you to gently knock on its door.
And she opens the door and opens her arms and welcomes you in.

Yam.
Exhale,
Yam.
Take a moment of gratitude,
Beginning with yourself.
What are you grateful for today about you?
What do you love so very much about yourself?
Grateful that you've given yourself this time.
Grateful for your breath.
Grateful for your ears.
Feel that gratitude flow through you now.
Your heart open and the petals and the blossoms continually opening,
Opening in a never ending flow of love.
Taking deep inhalations.
Slow exhalations.
And if it feels comfortable,
Let your fingers find your heart once more.
Maybe feeling the rhythm gently beating inside of you.
The love vibration pulsing through your body.

Make it loud as you like into your mind.
