Welcome.

It is so nice to have you here with me.

Our topic is developing a peaceful heart.

Take a moment to brush off the night.

Stretch.

Take a deep breath.

How is a state of peace achieved?

Ponder for yourself.

Is it living with ease?

Is it partaking in activities and work that you are passionate about?

Does your peaceful heart need solitude?

Are you seeking more time with friends,

Family,

And neighbors?

Or does a dinner out,

Going to a concert,

Music festival,

A movie,

Or a night dancing bring you peace?

We are all different,

And I believe the idea of finding a peaceful heart has to be a solo job and work from within.

Achieving a peaceful heart comes in time with awareness of each of your experiences,

Living with trials and errors so that you are able to make a list of what you appreciate and what you truly enjoy.

Maybe you need to mend relationships or practice forgiveness.

Maybe you need to communicate more openly and honestly with others.

Maybe showing kindness to others and volunteering brings you to a state of a peaceful heart.

How do you feel when you have a peaceful heart?

Light.

Relaxed.

Carefree.

You might say to yourself,

I am in sync with my own unique rhythm.

At the time when you have a peaceful heart,

Your life could be flowing and working seamlessly.

You meet the right people,

The right people that will help you on your path.

You are more observant.

You are more in tune with your creativity and your emotions and your relationships.

So let's start our guided meditation.

First sit and breathe in silence.

Allow your heart to slow.

Think about these next minutes as vital self-care.

Let worries,

Thoughts and distractions leave you for our time together.

Allow your emotions to rise.

Embrace them for what they are and then release them.

As you seek a peaceful heart,

Ask for clarity.

Ask for awareness and insights.

Ask that your inner knowings arise from within you.

Ask for confirmation of all that you are.

Your peaceful heart,

You are complete,

Satisfied,

Grateful,

You are patient.

Your intention is to live a life living it.

Lightening up and having fun.

Yes,

Lightening up.

Have your recent stressors been severe?

Have you had economic,

Social,

Spiritual,

Physical or intellectual difficulties?

Well for this moment,

You let go of any frustration,

Sadness,

Overwhelm and you ask for a peaceful heart.

Your peaceful heart finds humor within your life and you look for the silver lining.

Sometimes we have to look hard for the good but it's always there.

So right now you take a deep breath and you release it as you feel lighter.

All of the expectations you just melt away.

You smile knowing that your answers are coming from within.

So you listen,

You create,

You get life into your life.

You live in gratitude of everything.

You explore what you enjoy and you act upon those opportunities.

So you have a peaceful heart.

Where are you?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

A state of a peaceful heart can be found at any moment and at any time.

The trick is to be grateful for the littlest things,

The smallest things that you hear or see.

Your choice is to have a peaceful heart and keep exploring who you truly are to find calmness and satisfaction.

You have arrived.

Thank you for joining me.
