In Full Attention, Desires Are Ended Totally

When the mind keeps generating images about different things it contacts,

Then the mind is accumulating all kinds of desires from the commercial advertisements to the political campaigns.

The verse,

The images are also cultivating all kinds of desires to trigger,

To arouse the urges from the mind,

To buy it,

To have it,

To support it.

And in this permissive society there are so many things to arouse the desire.

This word is commercial,

To drive people to buy the things,

To bring the profit to themselves.

The common trick is to arouse the desire via all kinds of advertisements,

All kinds of propaganda.

So when the mind falls into the trap,

The net of desires,

The mind is totally dominated by desires.

There is no freedom at all.

To end the desire,

Not to yield to it,

Is to observe the desire totally.

To observe yourself at each moment.

When the mind is observing itself,

Saying that it is generating images,

The mind can take immediate actions to not identify itself with that image,

Just let it go,

Come back to full attention.

For the urges that has been aroused by the desire,

Can one observe the urges totally,

Not yielding to them.

So just hold to see the desire for lovers and dyers.

Not to suppress it or control it,

Just observe totally,

To allow the desire to flower mentally and die naturally.

When one is doing this,

One must notice that the desire will never come back.

This means that there must be diligence in the day living to observe,

To see the tricks,

The challenges of the thoughts.

The sensation is fairly healthy,

Normal,

But when the thoughts are generating an image and the mind begins to pursue that image,

That's the process of the desire,

The trap.
