Hello,

My name is Ciel Rose and welcome to this meditation on self-love and gratitude.

I'd like you to find a comfortable place,

Whether you're seated or you're lying down.

It's best if you're in a quiet space.

If you'd like to make the room dark,

Please do,

Or put on eye shades or simply just close your eyes.

I'd like you to go inwards to your breath,

Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through your mouth.

And I'd just like you to continue your breathing at whatever pace feels good for you,

Just as nice,

Slow,

Steady breath.

And I'd just like you to pay attention to how you're feeling.

Are you feeling tense?

Are you feeling relaxed?

Taking your breath and letting it wash over your body.

Wherever it is you're holding tension,

Let the breath go there and loosen up the tension.

Now if your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Bring yourself back to the breath or tune into my voice.

Continue your breathing.

I love to think about the mind being like a puppy.

The puppy wanders off and finds something fun to do.

And then you call the puppy back and get him to come back to you.

And you love the puppy.

It's the same thing here.

If your mind wanders off,

Just gently call your mind back.

Be gentle and loving to yourself.

Now take both your hands and place them over your heart.

Continue to breathe.

Feel the air moving into your lungs and back out of your body.

With each exhale,

Imagine you're releasing any negative thoughts that might be lingering in your mind.

As you inhale,

I'd like you to breathe in that you're worthy.

I am worthy.

And on each exhale,

I am enough.

And on each exhale,

I am worthy.

And exhaling,

I am enough.

And every time you exhale,

Just release what's no longer serving you.

On every inhale,

Draw in self-love.

Continue to recite this mantra internally.

As you're breathing,

Don't get worried about whether you remember what it is or not.

Just saying words of affirmation and self-love.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

If your mind wanders,

Just bring it back to your mantra.

Bringing a smile to your face.

You're telling yourself,

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Keep reciting your mantra and it can be a positive mantra that's different than this if you like.

I am worthy.

I love myself.

I am beautiful.

I am kind.

I am loving.

Keep your breath flowing.

Let this love and warmth from the center of your body fill the rest of your body all the way down to your toes and out through the top of your head.

You're amazing.

See your breathing.

Let's do a few gratitudes.

What are you grateful for today?

Find one thing that you're grateful for.

Let that be your mantra.

It can be something small.

It can be something big.

It might be that you're grateful that you took the time for this meditation.

Just continue to cycle that mantra of your grateful,

Your gratitudes as you're breathing.

When you're ready,

Take a few deep breaths.

Hold it at the top and exhale.

Again into the nose.

Deep breath in and exhale.

Do one more as you're inhaling.

Feel joy vibrate through your body and a smile across your lips.

Inhaling and exhale.

Softly flicker your eyes open.

Take a look around the room and thank yourself for being here.

Namaste.
