There is such a great gift in the power to believe. It is so importnat to believe in the gift of how you really are. It is a key to achieving sucess and accomplishing what you really want in life. TAahere is such a great gift in beliebing.

A very big aloha and I'd like to talk today and do a song I wrote about the power of believing.

There's been a lot of people going through challenging times and sometimes when you get beaten down by life and things get really hard or if you've really gotten behind something and believed in something that may have happened with the election for some people and things don't go the way you had thought they were going to or they fall apart.

It can really make you stop believing and that's a very dangerous thing.

When you give up your hope in believing in something then there's part of you that's dying,

There's part of you that is closing down and shutting down and that's a very very sad situation.

Now we have to always find that place in us that is starting to go that way,

That is starting to feel that way and if there's any signs of hopelessness,

Any signs of giving up,

Any signs of despair,

That's not a good thing.

Those have to be taken out,

They have to be released,

They have to be replaced with the believing again.

You have to have the belief as a child does in life to hold open that door of possibilities and positive energy and when I see this happening sometimes and I've noticed it in many signs in many ways and things that I follow or see online you know posted and social media or even with movies,

There's sometimes this energy that takes away from that power of believing and we never want that to happen.

You've got to have the faith and the belief as a child and that's such a beautiful thing if you really can recognize it that something is going on and you need to go within and you need to heal whatever it is,

Whatever hurt that happened,

Whatever it is that took some of that belief away.

How do you do that?

I mean sometimes it can go deep but you know the thing is that you don't want it ever get to the point where you try to supplement the sadness and despair with things that could happen like drinking more,

Reacting to life and in a different way and you can see that sometimes and that's just not a very happy ending.

It's always leading,

That is not the way you want to go.

We know that,

Right?

But it takes a lot of strength and it takes going inside and recognizing what needs to be healed.

You need to heal what needs to be healed and you need to feel what needs to be feel so it can be healed and when you find that,

When you feel that,

When you heal that,

Then you can start to have more strength,

More power,

More belief,

More energy and you get stronger,

You get stronger and stronger because you've overcome the disappointment that might have happened in your life or your situation.

So this is something that I really want to take a little bit of time with you and kind of go inside and to look at,

You know,

To explore because sometimes we shut that cause down.

We forget the effect of where that cause might have come from and so then it gets buried and when it gets buried and goes deep and gets shut off,

Then you can be acting and reacting in ways you don't like.

You don't even remember why that's happening that way and what's going on.

So you go into the silence always,

Right?

You go into that place within,

You go into that space within yourself that's clear and honest and open and you do that deep dive.

So let's kind of breathe,

Breathe,

Breathe,

Breathe,

Breathe.

Breath sweeps mind and breathe in and hold your breath and breathe out,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just allowing yourself to just be,

To just breathe,

To stop all thoughts and just be okay.

You know,

Breathing in,

Easy,

Feeling good and releasing and letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go and just doing this for a few minutes.

Just simply,

Simply,

Easily just breathing in and breathing out.

Just breathing in,

Allowing that breath to be.

Going with each breath deeper and deeper within.

Now start to feel how you feel.

How do you feel?

As you do each breath,

How are you feeling now?

You're feeling a little quieter,

A little,

A little more aware and now we're going to do a little deeper dive into your patterns of thinking.

We're going to a little,

Go into that space.

We're going to a space where you can actually allow yourself to do a scan of how you feel.

Now we know how to do a body scan.

I mean,

Right?

We,

We know you check out the body and how you check out if your neck is tight,

Shoulders,

Your base,

Your spine,

Your head.

It's kind of like that.

It's kind of like a body scan,

But it's a feeling scan.

We're going to see how you really feel your,

Your state of mind that allows you to feel.

How does your heart feel?

Let's go into our heart,

That deep place within you by again,

Breathing and focusing on your heart,

Going deep,

Deep,

Deep into your heart.

With each breath,

Going deeper into the feelings there in your heart and ask yourself as you go into your heart,

How do you feel?

How do you feel in your heart of hearts?

Honestly,

How does that heart really feel?

And sometimes you'll notice your hands move or part of your body moves or something maybe in your head changes when you ask your heart.

Notice if there's any changes in the way you're sitting or observing as you go deep,

Deep,

Deep into your heart of hearts.

Do you find anything there in your heart that is hurting?

Now,

A pain in your heart isn't the same as a pain in your body.

A pain in your heart isn't the same as a pain in other places.

Your pain in your heart is sometimes like a little darkness,

A little bit of the space that isn't at peace.

It's sometimes a little shaking of that flow of energy.

So take a moment to go into that space inside to see,

To really take a look and see,

How do you feel?

How do you feel?

And let yourself be honest about any feelings that might come up as you go inside.

Is there anything that feels like it's taking energy away?

Anything that feels like a shadow over the light?

Just allow it to be present,

To be aware of that energy that's coming up as you ask yourself how you feel.

You're in a safe space,

You're protected.

Is anything coming up?

Do you feel 100% okay?

Is there some hidden darkness or frustration or thing that's happening that might need to be addressed?

If so,

Allow it to come up.

Put yourself in that very safe and protective area inside,

Where you go into that place that might need a little healing inside or a lot of healing inside.

And just know in this safe space,

You're protected by this wonderful radiant light and this love that is so powerful.

It's a love that can conquer all challenges and all problems.

It's a love from the highest that is stronger than any of the darkness.

There's a light there that is stronger than any of the darkness as well.

And call upon that light to fill your heart with a love that heals.

And feel compassion,

Great compassion for yourself.

And allow yourself to understand it's okay,

You know,

It is okay.

Ah,

Just feel good now.

Just allow yourself to feel good.

Ah,

And you're starting to feel better now.

You're starting to feel your feelings and things are opening up in your heart.

There's a little space there,

A little more room there.

And a lot of understanding and compassion for who you really are.

Send love to yourself.

Send love from the highest part of yourself to yourself.

And allow that love you have to just shine so bright through all parts of your heart.

Let it shine from your soul through all parts of your body and all around every part of your emotion.

And just breathe in that wonderful compassion.

Healing compassion,

Healing energy coming to you now.

And feel good.

Just feel that healing energy.
