The business of daily life impacts us and is draining.
Constantly having to make decisions is tiring more than we realise.
This meditation and visualisation will help you release from your mind and body all that wears you down physically,
Emotionally and spiritually.
For you to relax,
See and receive all that is possible for your life.
For the next few minutes turn your attention inward.
Be in the experience,
Present with what is.
Take a journey into your most creative and powerful place ever,
Your mind.
Whatever is waiting for you on the other side of this journey will be there at the end.
So now set an intention for yourself.
Whether it is to trust this process,
Release what no longer serves you or simply be in the experience and receive whatever comes.
Breathing deeply and slowly,
Bring awareness to your breath and as you breathe let the flow of your breath be normal and easy.
Now repeat each phrase silently to yourself.
I feel quiet.
I am finding stillness.
My hips are relaxed.
My abdomen is relaxed.
My entire centre of my body feels light,
Calm and comfortable.
I can continue to breathe deeply and slowly.
My entire body is quiet,
Comfortable and calm.
My mind is quiet.
I withdraw myself from my surroundings and feel serene and still.
My thoughts are turning inward.
I feel at ease.
Within myself I can visualize and experience myself as calm,
Comfortable and quiet.
I am quietly alert.
My mind is calm and quiet.
I feel an inward quietness.
I am relaxed and at ease.
Continue with these thoughts because energy flows where your attention goes.
Continue to relax your body from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.
Feel your toes relax.
Feel the soles of your feet melt.
Feel your calf muscles and your shins relax.
Feel your knees,
Your thighs relax.
Feel your sit bones melt into your seat.
Feel your lower back relax.
Feel your back open up as it relaxes.
Feel the relaxation from the base of your neck all the way down your spine as your back body relaxes and opens up.
Feel the crown of your head relax,
Your scalp at ease.
Feel your forehead relax,
Your eyebrows and your eyelids at ease.
The tension released from your cheeks,
Your ears relaxed.
Unclench your jaw and drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth as you feel your mouth relax.
Continue to breathe deeply as your neck relaxes and you drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Feel your chest relax as you breathe deep long breaths.
Your upper arms relax.
You release the tension from your biceps and triceps.
Your elbows relax and now your forearms.
Your fingers are relaxed.
Now your entire arm from your shoulder sockets to your fingertips relaxed.
Your entire body is now relaxed.
As you continue to breathe deeply notice the space between your thoughts as you settle into stillness.
Your attention is where you put your intention.
For the remainder of the time you are here injecting your efforts,
The faith and enthusiasm of a child.
Whatever thoughts come along let them go and return your attention to your breathing.
Using the power of your mind and breath release all that no longer serves you.
That is in your way.
Every distraction that causes you to go off course and make way for your mind and body to create and receive what you need to activate and unleash your latent potential to reach your maximum capacity in all aspects of your life organically.
The mind body connection is real and powerful because everything is created twice.
First in thought then in form.
Everything you experience physically and emotionally is a reflection of your thinking.
So begin now to cultivate the thoughts that will manifest what you desire.
As you begin to see in your mind's eyes the steps you are taking towards your desired version of you.
As you breathe in bring your attention to your neck and shoulders.
Release the stress,
Burdens of extra responsibilities you have been holding on to.
Whatever you have taken on,
Holding on,
That is dead weight and holding you back.
See it being released.
Feel the tension dissipate as your neck and shoulders become less tense.
Just let it go.
It is no longer yours.
Your mind and body are a reflection of each other.
Feeling heavy hearted and fear manifest in our chest and stomach areas.
Grief,
Anger and pain can reside in the heart chakra located in our chest area.
It is important to clear these blockages to feel balanced and centered as this area is where all the emotional processing takes place.
So let us now unblock your heart chakra to process your emotions in a healthy way.
Turn your attention to your chest and as you hear the words hurt,
Grief,
Anger,
Fear,
Simply feel what your chest does and breathe into it.
What images come to mind?
Allow them to happen and immediately release them.
William Shakespeare said,
Our fears are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt.
What fair thoughts of yours are trying to keep you safe?
As they come up,
Acknowledge your fears for doing their job.
Say thank you,
Thank you,
But now it is time to go because I've got this.
Feel your chest relax as fear respects your decision for you to take control of the power to direct and control your mind to whatever ends you truly desire.
Now bring attention to your hips,
Your emotional junk drawer.
It is where you hold more fears,
Deep worries,
Deep rooted anger,
Sadness,
Frustration,
Trauma,
Judgment,
Anxiety,
And a whole host of negative emotions.
The discomfort you feel is the physical manifestation of these deep seated fears,
Worries,
Angers,
Resentment,
Judgment,
Sadness,
And frustration.
So begin now to see them being released from your hips,
Freeing yourself,
Emptying your emotional junk drawer.
Think of how a lobster grows.
A lobster is a soft mushy thing that lives inside a rigid shell that does not grow as the lobster grows.
The shell becomes confining and the lobster is uncomfortable and under pressure.
So what does the lobster do?
It goes behind a rock,
Safe away from predators and sheds the shell that no longer fits it and produces a new one and does this process many times.
The lobster is only stimulated to grow when it becomes uncomfortable.
Are you going to retreat now or are you willing to release the unwanted negative emotions and grow through your discomfort?
Are you ready to shed that shell that you no longer fit into?
See yourself releasing that shell.
Breathe into that.
Let go of everything else you are holding on to at this point that no longer serves you or serves the good of all concerned.
In your mind's eye,
See it all being released.
Now that you have released the stress and burdens from taking on excess responsibilities,
Now that you have let go of your fears and hurts and opened up your heart chakra to process your emotions and you have now emptied your emotional junk drawer of anxiety,
Trauma,
Judgement,
Sadness,
Anger,
Frustration.
You are lighter.
You are at peace.
Now is the time to set your intentions.
Your intention is where you put your attention and remember everything is created twice.
First in thought,
Then in form.
Your new possibilities created by you and only you.
Attaining self-actualization can only be done by you.
As Napoleon Hill once said,
Weeds will grow in abundance if seeds of more desirable crops are not sown.
So that we have released some things,
Let us till the soil of your fertile mind to heal,
Prevent physical and emotional harm and become what you were created to be,
Realizing your full potential.
Self-actualization is the highest expression of self.
So begin now to create in your mind and heart your new possibility.
Whatever limitations,
Doubts,
Fears,
Worries and stress you are still holding on to for the next few minutes of clock time,
Allow yourself in your mind to release it and see yourself limitless,
Being all you were meant to be.
See yourself as you were divinely created.
What does that look like for you?
What does your family look like?
What does your health look like?
Are you fulfilled emotionally,
Spiritually?
What is your relationship with others?
How do you show up in the world?
What does your finances look like?
Do you have freedom in the financial and material realm?
You can be anything,
Do anything,
Right now in the field of your mind and heart.
Visualize your life and when fear and doubt start to creep in,
Simply say no,
Not now,
Because in the field of your own mind you get to create the life of your dreams.
So build that life right now.
Feel what it feels like to be living that life.
Hold on to these images in your mind for the rest of your time here so that infinite intelligence can guide you and give you what you need to help manifest your thoughts into things.
Breathe that all in.
See yourself doing the things you would love to do.
See yourself being all that you want to be,
That you were created to be.
See it,
Feel it.
You were born deserving.
It is your birthright.
Rest in thought then in form.
Place your right hand over your heart and your left over your right.
Inhale your deepest longest breath for today,
Maximum capacity.
Exhale it all out.
Inhale feeling your lungs,
Your belly rise,
Your chest rise.
Take one more sip of air.
Yes.
And exhale it all out.
Slowly feel yourself return.
Hear your surroundings.
Feel your toes,
Your calf,
Your knees,
Your hips,
Your sit bones,
Your stomach,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your scalp,
Your forehead,
Your eyes.
Feel yourself come back into the room.
And as you continue throughout your day,
Love yourself,
