We all want to be successful in achieving the life of our dreams and bringing our goals into our realities.

And this is why celebrating small wins along the way is so important in giving you the motivation to keep moving in forward momentum.

Small wins are anything you accomplish that align with your intentions.

They can be related to work,

Relationships,

Finances,

Or anything else that matters to you.

Small wins can be easy to overlook,

Especially if your mind has been programmed to perform alongside self-criticism and perfectionism.

Because the truth is,

You're achieving all the time.

And it's important to celebrate the everyday exceptional moments too.

Let's begin by taking a moment to relax your body,

Softening any areas of tension in your belly and shoulders,

And resting your hands in an easy and effortless way.

Take a few deep breaths in and out with your eyes gently closed.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and holding it at the top before you allow the breath to release as you continue to inhale through the nose.

Imagine your lungs filling with air.

And as you continue to exhale,

Imagine yourself making space in your body.

As you sit in the silence for a moment longer,

I want you to reflect and think about something that you're really proud of yourself for.

One step or one small thing that's bringing you closer to your goals and dreams.

Something inside of you that deserves to be celebrated and recognized.

It doesn't have to be grand really,

Or anything elaborate.

Maybe you're celebrating a recent deposit into a savings account.

Or you've checked off an item on your to-do list.

Maybe you're learning something new and putting yourself out there in a new way.

Or maybe you're realizing how lucky you are to be alive.

Whatever just came to the front of your mind,

Whether it was one thing or many,

I want you to really feel this moment.

Here and now,

You are fully engaged in your life.

Your confidence in yourself runs high.

Your actions are matching your intentions.

Your love for yourself is growing more every day.

And you are experiencing a life filled with meaning.

It's the combination of celebrating small moments over time that allows you to recognize when the big things are here.

Keep celebrating your small wins.

Keep celebrating who you are.
