I’ve noticed a huge difference in my physical therapy performance. After Day 2 of breath work I had more muscle endurance, am more aware of my breathing, and I was progressed to much harder exercises. The breath work also helps with muscle recovery. All this goes without saying how amazing it is for my mental health! I will be incorporating dynamic breath work into my daily practices. I’m excited to start the next course tomorrow. Thanks Ben!

If you have any interest in breath work and you want to experience the immense benefits (the clarity, relaxation and calmness also the overall health benefits) take this class. It is well worth the time and effort. This is a class that you can come back to time and time again. I would highly recommend. It will inspire you to incorporate breath work in everyday life as it really does provide more ease, calm and joy.
