Hello everyone and welcome to this guided breathwork experience.
In this session we are going to be refilling our cup,
Charging up our energy,
Becoming realigned and reconnected to our nervous system,
And just really getting grounded into our bodies.
This practice is going to be really supportive in helping you to feel energized,
Clear and connected throughout the day.
And this practice is going to be great for your morning routine or if you need a midday pick me up.
All you have to do is listen to my commands and listen to my breath and the rest will take care of itself.
We will primarily be breathing in and out through the mouth and we'll breathe in through the nose every now and then.
With that being said,
We will also be speeding up and slowing down the tempo of the breaths.
So just listen for my commands and listen to my breath,
Follow along and you will crush it.
So go ahead and get into a nice comfortable seated position or lying down so that we can begin.
Alright,
Now that you're in a nice comfortable seated position,
I invite you to go ahead and take a nice deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out.
Let's take another deep breath in,
Filling up all the way.
And sigh it out.
And one more deep breath in.
And let it go.
And we'll begin breathing in and out through the mouth in three,
Two,
And one.
Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose.
Three,
Two.
Now sip a little more breath in.
We're gonna sigh the breath out in three,
Two,
One.
Deep recovery breath in through the nose.
And let it go.
Great job,
Everybody.

And get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose.
