Good morning,

My name is Kori.

If you are joining,

Thank you.

Let's meditate together.

I think some inner peace at this time would be a really good thing.

So let's do a visualizing meditation that helps us to find some inner peace,

Which will help with stress,

Which will help with emotion,

Which will help with physical.

Our physical bodies reacting from all of the stress and emotions.

Closing down your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Check in with your body and make sure that everything is comfortable.

You're welcome to adjust your body through your meditation,

But it's nice to make sure that you start in a comfortable position.

That way you can focus on going inside.

Let go of the space around you.

Let go of your day,

What you need to do.

Just try and pull your attention into your body and what it feels like right now in this moment.

If you have any physical discomfort in your body,

That's probably where your focus will go.

You'll just be pulled to that area and the sensations that it's causing and that's okay.

Just observe and be aware of the feelings.

Let your focus wander through your body.

Let it just find different parts naturally on its own.

Maybe you take a breath and your focus is pulled to the sensation of your breathing.

Maybe you're feeling sensations in your head.

Just let your body intuitively start to speak to you a little bit.

All while slowing your breathing down,

Creating a nice,

Calm,

Slow pace with your breath.

Having this awareness of what your body is trying to say to you,

What it's pulling your attention to.

Just let that go as a general observation and start to focus on the space in front of your mind.

So even though you have your eyes closed,

Bring your attention up to that point of your inner sight,

Your third eye,

Your Ajna chakra and start to feel as if you're staring out into the void,

That space there in front of your face.

Imagine that you're getting out of your car.

It's early in the morning and there's no one around.

You've drove yourself to the beach.

Maybe you have a nice tea or coffee in hand.

Got your keys in the other hand.

You can leave your flip-flops or your sandals in the car.

It's just about 20 steps or so from the car to get onto the sand,

Onto the beach.

So you're already barefoot.

Maybe you've got some nice,

Comfortable clothes on this morning,

Some joggers and a sweatshirt.

There's a nice cool breeze in the air coming off the ocean but it's not uncomfortably cold.

It's just refreshing.

You can already smell the beach,

The ocean,

The seaweed.

Let the breeze just blow through your hair a little bit as you make your way down to the beach.

Feel the sand underneath your feet.

It's cool to touch.

Slightly damp because of the morning dew and the dampness that's coming off the ocean.

All of it's waking you up.

And then as you get onto the beach,

You look down the beach and there's no one on the beach at this point.

Looking both left and right.

The sound of the ocean is louder.

This is exactly what you needed.

You walk a little bit to a spot that feels right for you and then you take a seat on the beach and get comfortable,

Ready to just watch the waves and look at the sky and stare out at the ocean.

Maybe take a sip of your drink and place it down next to you.

Think about setting an intention on your visit to the ocean this morning.

You're coming here to receive some inner peace.

To soothe all of your thoughts and worries and stresses.

That's your intention for being here on the beach this morning.

So as you take a nice big,

Deep breath,

Start to visualize that the ocean is obviously your friend.

And every time a wave comes up the beach,

It's bringing some inner peace to you.

And every time it pulls back to its own body,

It takes away some of the discomfort that you might have within you.

Whether it's emotional or physical or mental.

Imagine that you're opening your palms as you rest them there on your thighs.

Let the ocean take what it needs to take from you.

Every time it pulls back,

I release,

I let go.

Think about surrendering and becoming very open.

Allow yourself to be vulnerable and completely exposed in a way.

I give myself to the ocean so the ocean can take all that no longer serves me.

And as you do that,

Start to connect your breath with the waves.

So as you breathe in,

See the waves coming up the shore,

Coming up the beach towards you.

On your inhale,

Bringing you some beautiful,

Cozy inner peace.

And you're receiving.

Pull it towards you.

Literally do that.

Come here with your fingers.

Grab a hold of the peace.

And on your exhales,

Release.

Open your palms back up.

Let your fingers relax back out.

Let it go.

Thank you.

Thank you for taking that which doesn't serve me.

Nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Pull the ocean to you.

Pull in that peace,

That glorious,

Comforting feeling that comes along with inner peace.

You just feel complete,

Sturdy,

Strong,

Confident and comfortable,

Quiet,

Inner peace.

And remember to open your palms,

Release,

Surrender.

Feel everything coming out of your hands and into the ocean so the wave can receive.

Pull back and take it away.

Thank you.

Start to let everything come to mind that you need to let go of.

If there's pains in your body,

Feel as if you're allowing them to lift up,

Release out,

And be pulled away by the wave.

If there's anything in your heart that needs to be removed,

Imagine along with your palms opening on the next wave that recedes.

Imagine your heart opening.

Let it pull everything out.

Of your body,

Magnetically drawing everything out,

The grief,

The sadness,

The pain.

I release you.

Pull that peace into your body.

Pull it in with your fingers.

Literally do the motion of receiving,

Take a hold of the peace as the wave comes up.

Nice,

Big,

Deep breath all the way down through your body.

Think about letting go of all of the thoughts that don't serve you.

Letting them go on each wave that pulls back,

That takes.

Allow the wave to take your thoughts that you don't need.

Starting to feel more spacious,

Starting to feel lighter.

Notice your body feels more open,

More joyful.

Now let's do a switch with our focus and attention.

I'd like you to start to stare up at the clouds and know that the ocean is still working its healing on you.

So every time you breathe in and every time you breathe out,

It's bringing and then taking that which doesn't serve you.

Bringing in the peace and taking away anything mental,

Physical or emotional that seems to be weighing you down.

Let it just take it away and let it keep doing that magical healing while you focus on the clouds now.

Just looking up at the sky,

Vast,

Wide open,

Never-ending sky.

Start to think about what is beyond all.

What if you went through the atmosphere,

You went into space,

The whole cosmos.

All beyond that sky,

So vast and never-ending that sky.

No one can say where it starts or where it begins.

And you're just this tiny little blip.

This lifetime is just a tiny little speck of who you are.

The entirety of who you are.

And even though this lifetime feels like days and months and years in this linear time frame that we have here,

If you expand and go beyond the clouds,

Go even bigger,

You'll realize that this lifetime is just a flash in the pan of all that you are.

And these troubles and these pains and these emotions will pass.

Right?

Because change is inevitable.

And your life just keeps going and going and going until it stops.

And then you transform.

And then it goes and goes and goes again.

This too shall pass.

And you are capable of hanging in there until it does so.

And with that,

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath.

Pull it all the way down into your abdomen.

Really fill yourself with life force,

With breath.

Breathe out,

Release.

Allow the breath to be a confirmation of sorts that says,

And so it is.

A closing,

Sealing the deal that this too shall pass and you will triumph through it.

And so it is.

I'm going to count to five.

And when I get to five,

You can slowly open your eyes and come back into your space.

Feeling lighter,

More peaceful inside.

Definitely a little bit more freer of some of those emotional or physical or mental aches and pains that was there before.

More spacious.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

You can open your eyes.

Come back into your reality.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste,

My friends.
