Welcome to this guided meditation for attuning to the magic that is all around us.

Begin in a position that is comfortable for you,

Either sitting or lying down,

Allowing the body to sink into the earth and be supported by the earth.

The eyes are closed.

The neck and shoulders begin to soften.

Be comfortable,

Making any adjustments you wish.

Relax the body completely.

Lift the head a few times to release any tight spots from the back of the neck.

Always know that you are in a safe environment and sacred space.

Now visualize the body lying on the earth,

The parts of the body touching the earth,

The entire body being supported by the earth.

Now move the awareness to the sound of the breath as it flows freely and naturally between the nostrils.

Notice the feeling of the breath as it enters and leaves the body.

Maintaining awareness of the breath,

Continue to breathe through the belly.

With each inhale,

The abdomen is expanding.

With each exhale,

The navel is drawn in towards the spine.

With each inhale,

The body is becoming more and more relaxed.

The body is becoming soft,

Loose,

And calm.

Allow this feeling of relaxation to grow inch by inch throughout the body.

Inhale inspiration.

Exhale all negativity.

As you open yourself up to divine love,

You might choose to perform the lotus mudra by keeping the heels of your palms touching,

Your little fingers touching,

And your thumbs touching while you splay your palms.

Your index,

Middle,

And right fingers fan out from one another.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself in a quiet and secluded place in nature.

Perhaps you are inside a forest.

You are surrounded by love and light,

Filled with tranquility.

Before you is a small opening between the trees.

In this area is a gathering of five crows that are assembled in a circular formation on the ground.

They notice you,

And their eyes telegraph an invitation to you to join them inside the circle.

With mindful and respectful steps,

You move closer to them.

In divine time,

You find yourself standing with the crows inside this sacred space.

The crows remain silent,

Yet in your mind you can hear their words quite clearly.

Blessed be the Watchtower of the North.

We give thanks to the Element of Earth.

Provider of our home,

You are our steady and reliable reference point.

Blessed be the Watchtower of the East.

We give thanks to the Element of Air.

You lift us up in flight and guide us to go wherever we are called with speed.

Blessed be the Watchtower of the South.

We give thanks to the Element of Fire.

Your warmth gives us comfort,

Courage,

And fuel.

Blessed be the Watchtower of the West.

We give thanks to the Element of Water.

You provide us with purification,

Renewal,

And understanding.

Blessed be the Divine and the Divinity inside each of us.

We give thanks to Spirit.

You are our connection to the universe and all living things,

The bridge between the physical and celestial realms.

Blessed be the ancestors of this land.

By the mingling of our paths,

You teach us tradition,

Community,

And connection.

We are thankful for your gifts and teachings,

And we realize that our actions now will one day become teachings and gifts to those yet to come.

Wherever there are crows,

There is magic.

Crows are symbols of creation and spiritual strength.

They remind us that magic is all around us,

If we will simply look for it.

The crow calls us to attune to the magic that is alive within our world every day and abundantly available to us.

One of the crows speaks directly to you.

We are the winged emissaries from the realms beyond.

We sing for love and return to those places where it has lived before.

Our wisdom is born of thought and memory.

Into darkness we dive,

Only to return with knowledge and hidden mysteries.

Our message to you is this.

Know your heart and follow it with curiosity and freedom.

Build your nest in the tallest tree you can find,

And you will enjoy a position from where you can see things from a higher perspective.

To see everything from every angle.

To gain a better vision or perspective on all that is around you.

Become one with each of the elements and allow spirit to reside within you.

For spirit is all that you were,

All that you are,

And everything you will become.

Do not be downtrodden because of your past.

Do not be fearful of your future.

Feel joy for the present.

See all three of these from a higher perspective and realize that divinity and spirit exists in each of them.

You take a few moments now to examine everything from this vantage point.

Bring your awareness back to the breath,

The natural quiet breath going in and out of the body.

Maintain awareness of the breath and feel it growing stronger and steadier.

Take a slow,

Conscious,

Deep breath in and let it go completely.

Allow the mind to become external now.

Shift the attention to sounds within this room.

The sound of the breath.

Sounds around the earth.

The sound of my voice.

Be aware of the sounds around you.

Be aware of the body.

Be aware of the breath.

Blessings and praise for the elements of earth,

Air,

Fire,

Water,

And spirit.

The Lord God and Lady Goddess and the spirits and ancestors of this land.

May there be peace between us now and forever.

Begin to invite subtle movements into the hands and feet,

The fingers and toes.

Take another deep breath and release it slowly.

Know your heart and follow it with curiosity and freedom.

See everything from every angle.

The crow flies from me to thee to send the message,

Blessed be.
