Blessings,

Blessings to you all.

I'm looking to see if I can see you.

If you're here,

Please let me know.

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome to the Path to Freedom Live.

I invite you to just put in the chat who you are and where you're from.

My name is Daniel Roquejo.

I'm coming to you live from Sweden,

Which is where I am right now.

So good morning,

Or good afternoon,

Or good evening,

Or whatever time zone you're in,

Whatever time it is right now where you are.

So there's a couple of people coming in,

And I'm grateful to see you.

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

I see Farnes.

Hi,

Farnes and Heather from France.

Hello,

Heather.

There's a couple of other people.

Hi,

Anna.

I'm so glad to see you all.

Thank you,

Farnes.

Do you mind putting in the chat where you're from so that we know?

The same goes for you,

Anna.

If you'd just put in the chat where you're from.

All right,

So Farnes is from London,

So welcome.

It's pretty close to Sweden.

Oh,

Thank you,

Heather.

Thank you,

And I'm loving that you're loving them.

And I'm so grateful that you are all choosing to tune in,

That you're all joining me for this session of the nowadays of this moment,

Which is really the only moment there is along the path of freedom.

But before we move into that,

Let me just briefly introduce myself.

Anna is also from London,

So great.

So my name is Daniel Rocchio,

And I am a transformational coach,

Which means that I assist individuals to transform their minds,

Their bodies,

And ultimately their lives through becoming aware of our thoughts,

Our perceptions,

Our point of views,

Learning,

Finding a way to release and let them go,

These stories that we hold on to with regards to who we are.

And someone else just joined us,

So welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome,

Whoever you are and wherever you are.

I'm deeply grateful that you are choosing to join us this beautiful afternoon here in Sweden.

It's beautiful.

I've got a clear blue sky outside my window,

And I've got a huge maple tree,

Which is beginning to bloom.

So it's a beautiful view.

That's all right,

Farnes.

I'm holding us all in a space of all being well,

In this space of love,

In a space of wholeness,

Kindness,

And compassion.

So wherever you are,

You are in that space.

So I invite you to just feel the love that is here.

And we will see what happens during this session.

For those of you who have joined me in a way of meditation,

I'm thinking that we're going to start with a moment of becoming still,

Because that's a very good place to start always,

As the numbness of this moment is where the freedom is,

Where the peace is,

Where the love is,

Where the joy is,

Where the wholeness is.

Let's find a way,

And let's use this moment to step out of time,

To step out of past,

Future,

Present,

And come back to the numbness of this moment,

And just allow for the peace.

So wherever you are,

And whoever you are,

And all of you,

Excuse me,

All of those of you who are coming in late,

Know that you are deeply welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

You're warmly held in love,

In peace,

In joy,

In harmony,

In wholeness.

And we're just beginning.

My name is Daniel Rocchio,

And I'm going to lead us,

Move us into a moment of meditation.

Hi,

Astrid from Melbourne.

Wow,

That's far away.

And isn't this magic?

I mean,

This is sheer magic.

Here we are,

A bunch of people from across the globe,

And we're sharing this space.

We're sharing this space.

We're not bound by time.

We're not bound by physical space or geographical space.

But we're sharing a space,

A space of consciousness,

A space of wholeness.

We get to,

Wherever we're from,

We get to commune.

We get to join in this space.

And we get to co-create this space.

This is not,

This I want you to catch,

Guys.

This is not me making this happen.

But this is all of us making this possible,

All of us making it happen.

Yeah,

I agree,

Heather.

These live events,

Even though this is my first one,

It is magic.

And inside timer,

Wow.

It wasn't too long ago that I didn't even know that inside timer existed.

I didn't even know what it was.

But here we are in this community.

So wow.

All right,

So before we move into anything else,

Let's have a moment.

I'm just going to put out some meditation music here.

By the way,

Can you hear me all right?

Am I coming through?

Let me know.

And Nanendra from India,

Hi and much welcome.

All right,

Great.

Can you hear the music also?

I've got a little soft music in the background.

Hi,

Erica,

And welcome.

Welcome.

Great,

You're hearing the music.

People are coming in all of the time.

So I cannot know that I'm setting out into this space,

That everyone who tunes in,

Everyone who joins us,

Whenever,

They're much welcome and they will feel much appreciated and much loved as they join us.

Because we need to get going.

Happy Monday to you,

Ella,

And good morning where you are.

All right,

So in this moment,

I invite us all to make ourselves comfortable.

I invite us to,

As the theme of today is the nowness of this moment,

I invite us to close our eyes.

I invite us to put a smile on our faces.

That smile sends the signal to the body that it can begin to relax.

It sends the signal to the body that all is well.

Right here,

Right now,

In the nowness of this moment,

All is well.

When there's a genuine smile,

There are no worries.

There are no anxieties.

There is no stress.

There is no fear.

There is no doubt.

There is only harmony.

There is only wholeness.

There is only peace.

So let's put a smile on our faces.

And even if we don't feel like smiling,

The body does not know the difference.

The body does not know the difference between a genuine,

Real smile or a fake one.

So let's fake it.

If we,

For some reason,

For whatever reason,

Do not feel like smiling,

Let's fake it.

Let's put it on like this.

And so we're closing our eyes.

We're making ourselves comfortable.

We're smiling.

From this space of relaxing,

I invite us to gently tap between our eyebrows to activate that spiritual eye,

The divine eye,

The first eye.

It allows us to go beyond our physical senses,

To catch,

To know,

And feel that which cannot be seen,

That which cannot be heard.

And if you're joining me now,

And if you're joining us,

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

We're moving right into meditation.

So just tag along.

And while we tap,

And while we smile,

We can keep that smile.

Let's set an intention for this meditation.

We're going to sit in meditation for about five minutes.

Let's set an intention for it.

And my intentions are always for me to wake up to whom,

What I am,

And for me to forever allow for greater expression so that I will want to emerge with ease and grace.

And you're much welcome to join me in these intentions,

Or you can set your own intentions.

But let's give this meditation a direction,

A sense of direction,

So we can release the tapping.

I invite us to place our hands in our lap,

Palms facing upward.

And if you feel comfortable doing it,

I invite you to put your thumb and middle finger together as a sign of receptivity.

And as we turn our attention away from the external world,

From conditions,

Circumstances,

Conditions,

Situations,

People,

Places,

Events,

Experiences,

We turn our attention toward our breath.

And while we do,

As we turn our attention toward the breath,

Let's be aware,

First of all,

That the body is fully capable,

With its divine intelligence,

It's fully capable and able of breathing by itself.

So we do not need to make the breathing happen.

We can simply participate.

I mean,

Excuse me,

We can simply observe and witness.

We're not to participate,

But simply observe and witness as the breathing happens.

And also,

We want to be aware that the breath has four stages to it.

There's the in-breath.

There's the space between in and out breath.

There's the out breath,

And there's the space between out and in breath.

And being aware of these four stages and seeking to have our attention stayed on each of these four stages allows us to sustain and keep our attention on the breath with much greater ease and for longer and longer periods.

So from this,

Having our attention on the breath,

Let us take on the feeling tone accompanied by the smile,

The feeling tone that all is well in this moment.

And so let us give that feeling tone that all is well permission to move us into the stillness and into the silence,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep into the silence.

And should our attention be snagged or pulled to conditions or circumstances,

Let's gently and lovingly turn it back to the breath,

And we begin again.

Let's come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Allowing the peace that is here to take us over and allowing the harmony that is here to reign supreme.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

And as having a brief moment,

Move us into an opening blessing.

I want us all to remain as we are,

Open,

Available,

Relaxed,

Comfortable,

So that we may all catch this vibration and allow it to expand our consciousness and raise our own vibration to an even higher level.

And so in this moment,

This beautiful,

Magnificent.

.

.

I cannot help but laugh.

I'm loving this space.

I'm loving the nowness of this moment.

I'm loving the peace that is here,

The joy that is here,

The harmony that is here,

The wholeness that is here,

The beauty that is here,

The abundance that is here in this moment.

And I'm so grateful for the technology that allows us to come together,

To commune in such a sacred,

Loving,

And kind way.

I'm loving that we're all choosing to be on this path of freedom,

This path of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration.

I'm so grateful.

I'm so grateful for all of you,

For all of you who are choosing to tune in today or tonight or tomorrow or whatever time we're in.

I'm so grateful.

And from this space of gratitude,

I know and I absolutely feel the allness and the goodness and the eternality of Spirit.

We can call it Divine Matrix,

We can call it the unified field,

We can call it Divine Intelligence,

Infinite Love,

We can call it whatever name we want to call it.

I'm so grateful for it.

Whatever we call it,

I'm so grateful for it.

Knowing and feeling that this is all there is.

There is nothing outside of Spirit,

There is not anything opposing Spirit.

But God is the Creator and the Creation.

The Creator and the Creation containing all there is.

And so Spirit is everything and Spirit is in everything.

Only sourcing and fueling and funding itself.

Guiding and leading and moving itself into ever greater and grander expressions of itself in,

As in through every single being,

Every single object,

Every single space,

And place in all of creation.

For this I'm so grateful.

And I'm grateful to know that God cannot contradict itself.

The Spirit cannot go against itself or compromise itself.

It cannot diminish itself.

It cannot divide itself into parts.

But all of that which Spirit is,

All the love,

All the joy,

All the peace,

All the harmony,

All the abundance,

All the beauty,

It is fully present in every space and place.

It is fully present in every being,

In every object,

In all of creation.

And what this means,

And what it has to mean,

Is that right here where I am and right here where you are,

Right smack where we are.

It is God expressing itself in us and through us.

Just like the wave is part of the ocean and the sunbeam is part of the sun,

Actually I'm sorry,

The wave is not part of the ocean and the sunbeam is not part of the sun,

But just as the wave is the ocean,

An extension,

A holographic image of the ocean,

And the sunbeam is the sun expressing itself,

We are Spirit expressing itself in us and through us.

We are holographic images of the divine.

What this means is that the fullness of God,

All of these divine qualities,

As God cannot diminish itself or contradict itself,

It must mean that they are right here where we are.

Right here where we are.

And so we,

Each and every single one of us,

Are eternally sourced,

Fueled,

And funded.

Eternally sustained and maintained,

Guided and moved and led.

Everything everything everything everything everything that we need to keep growing,

To keep unfolding,

To keep allowing for greater and greater expressions of who and what we are,

Thus of who and what Spirit is.

We have it.

We have it.

We are it.

And so I'm blessing this live session.

I'm blessing this live session.

I'm naming it a sacred,

I'm naming it a healing,

I'm naming it a loving space.

And I claim all of the love,

All of the joy,

All of the peace,

All of the harmony,

All of the wholeness,

I claim it for each and every single one of us to know and feel in this moment.

In this moment.

Releasing this word,

I do so fully knowing that in the infinite mind of Spirit,

This is already done.

It's not gonna be done.

It's not gonna happen in some future moment,

But it is done.

And it is now manifesting itself here in this dimension.

Now it is happening now.

Healing is happening now.

Joy is happening now.

Peace is happening now.

Love is happening now.

Abundance is happening now.

Beauty is happening now.

I absolutely know it.

I absolutely feel it.

I give thanks for it.

I accept it.

I allow it to be.

So it is and so be it.

So we are.

Amen.

Amen.

All right,

So we may open our eyes if we feel inspired to.

If not,

We are more than welcome to remain with our eyes closed.

For those of you who have joined me,

Or joined us,

This is not me,

Or joined us,

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome to this moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment.

Because that is what this session is all about.

Because if we want to be free,

If we want to allow for peace to happen in our lives,

If we want to allow for joy to happen in our lives,

If we want to allow for wholeness to happen in our lives,

We need to find a way to step out of time and come back to the nowness of this moment.

Just like we just did.

How many of you doing this meditation experienced peace?

How many of you in this meditation experienced harmony?

How many of you in this meditation experienced love?

And Erika says yes.

And we did so because we came out,

We stepped out of time.

Most of us humans,

And we are living in a world that is made up of time.

We have meetings and this session,

It started at 2.

30 at least where I am.

And even,

Yeah,

I'm loving that most of you,

And that which you experienced,

Farnes,

And I apologize if I'm not pronouncing your name correctly,

But what you are experiencing is the potential and the reality,

The truth of this moment.

Now the challenge for us individuals,

For us humans,

Is that we are drawn,

We are pulled into time,

We are born and raised to remember and reminiscent the past.

We are born and raised to worry and fear and be anxious about the future.

I'm not saying that all are remembering the past,

And I'm not saying that all are worrying about the future,

But that is the collective consciousness of humans.

We are bound in time,

Past,

Present,

And future,

Which has nothing to do with the eternal moment,

Which has nothing to do with the now moment.

And we have this structure within us called the ego,

And the ego is that it's not an entity,

It's a,

I'm losing the words,

It's a something,

It's a something within us that operates from a small and limited perspective.

The core belief of the ego is I am not enough and there is not enough.

That's from where the ego operates.

The ego can only exist in time.

It does not exist in the nowness of this moment.

It does not exist here,

Now,

But it exists in the past,

In the present,

In the future,

And the present is not necessarily the same as the nowness of this moment.

We can be in the present like if I was having a pimple right here,

If I was having a pimple here and I'd be embarrassed about that pimple,

About you seeing me having a pimple,

Then I'd be in the present,

Which is not the nowness of this moment,

But it's the present tense.

And so when we,

When we,

What we need to do to allow for this peace that is always here,

I mean,

I was out walking with our dog earlier today and we were walking in the forest in a wood and I'm,

My God,

My God,

The peace that is in nature,

The harmony that is in nature,

The tranquility that is in nature,

The wholeness that is in nature,

And we can take any part of nature.

So,

So that is evidence,

That is bountiful and abundance of evidence of this peace that is always here in the nowness of this moment.

Then we enter into our human world where we've got buses to catch and we've got meetings to attend to and we've got kids to pick up from school and all these things,

Our calendars,

Our whole lives and most of our lives are based in time,

Are dependent on time.

And so allowing and intending for the peace to happen,

We need to find a way to come back to the nowness of this moment.

And it's like breathing.

If we,

For instance,

Hold our breath for a long period of time,

Like this,

This is not natural and this is not harmonious.

I can exist holding my breath,

But if I do it for too long,

My head's going to start spinning and I'm going to be seeing stars in front of my eyes.

And so just like breathing,

When we allow the breathing to happen and when we come back to the breathing on a regular basis,

Then the body gets all that it needs to function from one perspective.

And that is what we need to do.

And I'm saying need to,

We don't have to,

But if you want to allow for peace to emerge,

If you want to allow for harmony and wholeness to emerge,

We need to find a way to come back to the nowness of this moment,

Not only in formal meditation,

Which is one of the things that we will talk about today.

Formal meditation and formal meditation is what we just did.

When we sat in silence,

We had perhaps marked off our calendar to have a space where we would not be disturbed and we'd sit like this or in whatever position.

So that's formal meditation.

That's beautiful.

Hi David,

And thank you so much for joining us.

No worries,

Jump right in,

Enjoy,

Participate.

It's all well,

It's all good.

So formal meditation lays the groundwork.

It's all right,

Erika.

Enjoy your day,

And I'm trusting that's going to be a blessed day at work.

But that is not as if we sit in meditation for 30 minutes each day.

That leaves 23 hours and 30 minutes the rest of the day.

And we need to find a way to anchor ourselves,

To ground ourselves,

To center ourselves,

To live from the nowness of this moment.

And when we do,

I promise you,

When we do,

When we live more,

Not necessarily more,

But when we are anchored in the nowness of this moment,

The peace that is here,

That is in the nowness of this moment,

That peace cannot but be with us through the day.

And so let's dive into some of the techniques and tools that we have at our disposal to move us into the nowness of this moment.

So we have formal meditation,

Which is what we just did.

In formal meditation,

Meditation period can be described as being fully present in the nowness of this moment.

And so like when I am in formal meditation,

I'm not really in meditation for 30 minutes,

But my mind keeps drifting in and out.

And it goes hither,

It goes yon,

And I pull it back,

And it disappears,

And I bring it back to the breath.

And it is those moments when we're fully present,

It is those moments when we're in meditation.

So we're wise,

And that's one of my,

What I call spiritual needs.

I need to meditate on a daily basis.

That's my intention.

I am not always able to get to it,

But most days I do meditate.

And I need to do that to sustain my vibration alignment.

I need to do that to sustain not being pulled into egoic reactions as to what should and should not be,

As to judgments,

As to opinions,

As to perspectives and perceptions about that which is.

But then we need to find a way during the rest of the day.

And I want to share with you one beautiful,

Beautiful practice that,

Oh,

And I just want to say that if any of you have any questions or comments,

Feel free.

And I would absolutely love if you would participate in that way.

So questions,

Comments,

Put it in the chat,

And I'm sort of monitoring the chat as we go along.

And I'll address them as they pop up.

So I want to introduce to you a beautiful practice,

Which is called practicing the presence.

And I actually did a session that some of you may have heard before.

Maybe not.

So I'll go through it again.

Practicing the presence means that we choose a trigger or a cue that whenever we become aware of this cue,

And I'm still holding you in that space.

So and I'm speaking to Farnas.

So wherever you are,

Tune into me.

Tune into me.

I'm holding you,

I'm holding you,

All of you,

I'm holding you in a space of all being well.

I'm holding you in a space of something wonderful happening.

And we're not,

We're probably not going to address that today.

But spirit is always for each and every single one of us.

Cannot,

Cannot,

Cannot be against any one of us,

Because that would mean spirit being against itself.

And spirit cannot go against itself.

So write what we are.

This is a space,

A sacred space of all being well.

It may not look as though things are well.

And this is a part of the coming back to the nowness of this moment.

Because oftentimes,

And let me just address this briefly.

Oftentimes we get pulled into,

Like someone experiences fear over something,

Over a present condition or over a possible condition that may or may not emerge in the,

In some future moment.

Hi,

Leslie from Texas.

Welcome.

Welcome.

Welcome.

We are in the midst of a conversation about the nowness of this moment and how we are wise to come back to the nowness of this moment on a regular basis.

But back to being scared or fearful.

So that's a projection that,

That's the ego saying that something is wrong.

I am feeling this way.

And it doesn't have to be about how we feel.

It can be about money or it can be about employment or it can be about anything.

But I'm experiencing fear,

Which is saying that if I need to make this happen and if I don't,

Something bad is going to happen.

Right?

And so when we come back to the nowness of this moment,

When we release that attachment to this story,

And I'm not saying that it,

That it is a personal,

It is a personal story,

But I'm not saying that we're to blame,

To be blamed for whenever we engage in stories as to what should and should not be,

As to what is bad and what is good,

Comparing that which is.

That which is simply is.

Like,

For instance,

I earlier in this session,

I referred to the huge tree I have outside my window as a maple tree,

But it's not,

It is not a maple tree.

That's something that as human have invented.

That's a word that I learned long,

Long time ago,

But it is not a maple tree.

It's a being.

It doesn't have a name.

And we are wise to sort of refrain from putting labels on things,

Because that cuts us off from the divinity,

From the goodness that is everywhere.

So coming back to me feeling,

And this is an example,

Coming back to me not feeling good,

As may be the case.

I may be scared that me not feeling good is something bad in progress,

But actually it just is.

And as we,

It is our perception of that which is,

That makes up for the bad experience,

The negative experience,

The fearful experience.

But as we come back to the nowness of this moment,

As we learn to embrace and allow that which is to be as it is,

Without labeling it,

Without judging it,

Without having opinions about it,

That's when freedom arises.

So there are countless individuals that have gone through excruciating circumstances from all types of,

From all walks of life.

But when we,

And when they released their attachment to judgment,

When they released their attachment to stories about what should and should not be,

When they released the labels that they perhaps had put on the experience,

On the condition,

On the circumstance,

What is left?

All that is left is peace.

All that is left is harmony and wholeness.

So that is why it is so important for us to come back to the nowness of this moment on a regular basis so that we don't get caught up in perceptions,

In egoic stories about what should and should not be,

About us not being enough and they're not being enough.

And so practicing the presence is a beautiful,

Beautiful technique and a tool that we can use.

And so we choose a trigger,

Is not the word,

A cue,

Which is a cue.

Like I,

For myself,

I've chosen birds.

And so whenever I see a bird,

And I need to add that,

Whenever I remember to remember that a bird is my cue,

Because sometimes I forget,

But whenever I remember to remember,

Whenever I see a bird,

That is my cue to come back to the breath,

Like we did in the meditation.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

So I see a bird that reminds me,

Oh,

It's time for me to come back to the breath.

And so I come back to the breath,

I allow the breath to happen,

Take a couple of deep,

Conscious breaths.

And what happens when we come back to the nowness of this moment is that a space is created.

Actually it's not created,

But we become aware of the space that is between us and the content that flows through our consciousness.

So there is consciousness,

That which we are,

These divine,

Open,

Expansive,

Eternal beings.

And then there is content in the ocean.

And you may have heard this analogy,

If you have,

It's going to be a good repetition.

If you have not,

Let me use this analogy.

It's not mine,

I didn't come up with it,

But I've heard it,

And I love it,

So I'm going to share it with you.

Imagine the ocean,

Right?

So what is the ocean?

The ocean is a body of water.

It's a huge,

Huge,

Huge body of water,

Right?

And then in the ocean,

There are fish,

There are corals,

There is seaweed,

There are these kelp forests,

There is krill,

There are whales,

There are,

Well,

You know,

There's a lot of stuff in the ocean.

And then we have different kinds of pollution,

Different kinds of pollution.

So plastic and oil and sunken ships and wreckage and all that stuff that us humans toss into the ocean,

That we dump into the ocean.

But none of that,

Nor the marine life,

Or the stuff that we put into the ocean,

That does not belong in the ocean.

None of that is the ocean.

But the ocean is still the body of water.

And it has stuff in it,

It has content in it.

And it is the same with our consciousness.

Our consciousness is pristine.

It is harmony,

It is stillness.

And then there's stuff flowing through our consciousness.

When we come back to the nowness of this moment,

When we're anchored,

Present in the nowness of this moment,

That stuff,

The content,

It may pass us by,

And we may observe it.

We may,

To some extent,

Experience it,

But we are not attached to it.

But we realize that,

Ah,

I'm having a thought form.

Ah,

I'm having an opinion.

Ah,

I'm having a judgment.

Ah,

I'm having thoughts as to what should and should not be.

It is not who I am,

It is not what I am,

But I'm experiencing these.

So coming back to practicing the presence,

Having these cues,

And for me it's birds,

But it can be anything.

I know of an individual that chose trees,

Or that has chosen trees,

So whenever she sees a tree,

That's her cue to come back to the nowness of this moment.

I know of another individual,

Whenever she washes her hands,

That's her cue to come back to the nowness of this moment.

Take a couple of deep breaths,

Allowing the space between consciousness and content to expand.

All right,

So,

Um,

Let me address that in just a brief moment for us.

And thank you,

Astrid,

And I saw earlier,

Um,

Was it Heather that made a donation?

Thank you so,

So much for your support,

And for your love,

And for your kindness.

That allows this to be.

Because of your donations,

Your generosity,

Your kindness,

I am able to do more of these,

And I love doing these,

So I'm asking for donations.

And I lovingly,

And generously,

And graciously accept them.

So coming back to practicing the presence.

When that space is created,

Or when we become aware of that space,

The attachment is broken.

Whatever thought form we were attached to,

We are no longer attached to it.

So what happens then is that the peace that is here,

That is who and what we are,

That peace gets to continue.

That peace gets to reign.

That peace gets to emerge,

Flow from within us.

We're up from within us,

Regardless of conditions,

Regardless of circumstances,

Regardless of experiences,

Regardless of what he or she did do or did not do.

Because we are not attached to it.

And so this is the beauty of coming back to the nowness of this moment.

That we get to break free from our attachments with our thought forms,

And opinions,

And judgments.

Alright,

So,

And I'm speaking a little bit now to you,

Farnas,

But all the others,

Please tag along,

Because this is part of the teaching.

So next week,

And I'm hoping that you will tune in then,

Next week we will be talking about the principles of manifestation.

But they apply here,

And they are very much connected to,

Coming back to the nowness of this moment,

A golden rule,

Or a rule of thumb,

When it comes to manifestation.

And when it comes to allowing for healing to happen,

Or when it comes to allowing for abundance to happen,

And for wholeness to happen,

Is to find a way to think and talk and more about that which we wish to see happen,

That which we wish to see manifested,

That which we decide to see,

Excuse me,

That which we decide to see manifested.

Because the sacred laws,

They respond to our predominant vibration,

They respond to where we turn our attention to the most.

And so what I'm inviting you to do,

Farnas,

Just to make this short,

I invite you to,

In the chat,

Begin to describe and articulate the good that is in your life.

You are healthy enough to be here,

For instance.

You are abundant enough to be here,

For instance.

And I'm betting that there is much,

Much,

Much that is good in your life.

Spirit's infinite,

Spirit's blessings are infinite,

They are everywhere,

Fully present.

We need to have the eyes to see them,

Coming back to the nowness of this moment,

Coming back to us,

Clearing our filters,

Our perceptual filters from what we habitually perhaps are thinking or talking or feeling about to the good that we desire.

So Farnas,

Please,

I invite you to,

In the chat,

Begin to describe the good that is happening in your life.

For a brief moment,

You can,

If you want to,

You can turn back to what is not working.

But for right now,

I invite you to turn your attention toward what is working.

See?

Keep them coming.

Allow your mind to go there.

Allow your mind to go to what is good,

To what you're grateful for.

So perhaps if you list some things that you're grateful for while I keep moving on.

So we've talked about two practices that allows us to come back to the nowness of this moment.

There's formal meditation and there is this practicing the presence.

And as for the cue,

We can pick any cue.

The cue is not all that important.

The important thing is the practice,

That we get into the practice,

That we get into the habit of coming back to the nowness on a regular basis.

And so I want to introduce to you all something that I call our moments in between.

And our moments in between,

And you may have heard me talk about this before,

Our moments in between are these moments when we're not engaged in anything that really requires our conscious attention.

A moment in between is a moment when we're not engaged in anything or something that requires our conscious attention.

And so taking a walk is a beautiful moment in between.

Cooking can be a moment in between.

Going to the bathroom can be a moment in between.

Watching TV,

Even that can be a moment in between.

Folding laundry,

Baking,

Watering our plants.

Sitting in a waiting room,

Sitting on a bus,

Commuting,

I mean commuting.

And I do a lot of practice when I'm driving.

When I'm by myself in my car,

That time is spent close to all of it with me expanding my consciousness and raising my vibration in some way or another.

So I may be listening to music that expands my consciousness.

I may be moving into prayer.

I may be moving into meditation,

Which obviously does not mean that I close my eyes.

But I keep my eyes open.

But I do become present,

Very present with my breath.

I do become very present with whatever I'm passing as I'm driving.

And so these moments in between,

And if we just turn our attention toward them,

I'm glad that there's someone else who loves driving.

Isn't it a nice time to be in our cars by ourselves?

I love it.

Thank you,

Heather,

For your input.

These moments in between,

And I was saying that there are so many moments in between on any given day.

We just need to set the intention and seek to find them.

But there are so many moments in between that we can use to come back to the nowness of this moment.

I'm not going to trash talk going on social media,

But what if,

What if instead of using 10 minutes to scroll through the flow,

What if we use those 10 minutes to just breathe?

Or to just observe like nature or a flower or a plant or the clouds in the sky without labeling them,

Without labeling them,

Without trying to describe them,

But just observing them?

That is meditation.

And so we have so,

So,

So many moments in between that we can use to release and let go of our attachments,

Our identifications with the content that flows through our consciousness.

And we are so wise to do it.

We are so wise to do it.

And so that would be my invitation to us all for the remainder of this day or for the remainder of this week to set the intention to use our moments in between and also set the intention to practice the presence,

Which means that,

And I see that there's a bunch of new people here.

Thank you so,

So much for joining us.

You are so,

So welcome.

And I'm so honored and grateful that you are here,

That you're choosing to join us and that you're choosing to walk with us along this path of freedom and peace and love and joy and harmony and wholeness.

But what if we 10 times,

20 times,

50 times each day just stopped to breathe,

Allowed the body to do the breathing and we just observed the breathing?

What if?

I know for me,

Because I used to be very much in my head.

I still am from time to time,

But my life has changed so much over these last few years and much of it I attribute to my being more anchored in the nowness of this moment than before.

Not a day goes by,

Close to not an hour goes by when I'm not coming back to my breath,

When I'm not just withdrawing from the world for 10 seconds.

That's good enough.

That's good enough.

Ten seconds,

Like 10 times a day or 20 times a day,

That's going to get us a long way toward the peace,

Toward the love,

Toward the harmony and wholeness.

So that's my invitation to you.

We are,

We're coming to an end.

There is about 7 minutes left and so if any of you have any questions or comments,

I'd be happy and I'd love to hear them.

So if you do,

Yvette says that we're here to learn,

To love and share and support.

Yeah,

I couldn't agree more.

And that we're wise to breathe no matter how difficult or how urgent life situations feel.

Oh,

And that is the,

That is the beauty,

That is why I love the breath so much.

Two things about the breath.

The breath is always with us.

There is nowhere that we can go where the breath is not.

We are conscious,

As long as we are living and moving and walking on this planet,

We are breathing or the body is breathing.

So we have always,

We always have access to the breath.

We always have access to the breath.

And also,

The breath is always in the nowness of this moment.

The breath is not in the past,

The breath is not in the future,

But it is always now.

So whenever,

By automation,

By default,

Whenever we come back to the breath,

We come back to now.

We come back to now.

Oh,

And thank you,

Heather.

I'm so grateful for you too and for you keep coming back and for your support and your love and for your participation.

Thank you so,

So much,

All of you.

So we always have the breath to come back to.

We always have the breath to come back to.

Any other questions or comments?

Thank you,

Audrey.

And I'm looking forward to connecting with you again,

Farnas.

And I also want you to know that even though I don't know all of your names,

You are tuning in,

I'm going to be holding us all in a field,

In a space of love,

Of wholeness,

Of all being well,

Of something wonderful always happening,

Of everything working for our highest good.

That's what I know for all of us.

That's what I know for all of us,

Regardless of whatever perceptions or whatever conditions and circumstances we may find ourselves in.

That's the fundamental goodness of spirit.

Any bet?

I invite you to come back.

This is a safe place.

This is a sacred space and a sacred place.

So welcome.

And Subin is here.

Hi,

Subin.

Thank you so much.

Thank you so much.

All right.

So this is.

.

.

So Subin has a question.

We're almost at the end of this session,

So it's going to be a brief one.

But she was wondering if I can speak to the fear I'm not getting enough done.

And that,

Coming back to the egoic structures and coming back to not being enough and not having enough,

The fear of not getting enough done arises out of that fear,

Either the fear of not being enough,

Meaning if this is how the ego perceives it.

If I don't do all of this,

Who am I?

If I don't accomplish all of this,

Who am I?

I am no one because I am not enough starting.

That's where I start.

So I need to,

I need to accomplish,

I need to produce,

I need to be someone in the eyes of the world.

I need to become successful,

I need to become rich,

I need to become all these attributes and things.

So that's one aspect.

And the ego also perceives that there is not enough.

And translating that into your question,

Subin,

Would be that if I don't make it,

I'm not gonna,

I'm not gonna have what I need to make it,

To stay alive,

To be healthy or whatever.

So both of these,

These two egoic structures,

They give rise to,

From at least my perspective,

They give rise to,

Give rise to every single fear,

Every single worry,

Every single doubt that we have.

The fear or the notion or the belief that I am not enough and there is not enough.

The remedy,

You may ask.

Coming back to the downness of this moment.

Realizing ah,

This is what I'm listening to right now.

This is what's flowing through my consciousness right now.

I experience it,

But I do not need to attach myself to it.

I do not identify,

I do not need to identify myself with it.

So yes,

Heather,

We're always,

We're always enough.

Every single one of us.

Being enough has nothing to do with what we achieve or what we look like or what our last name is or how much money we have or how many degrees we have.

It is,

Being enough is solely because we are,

Because we exist.

That's where the enoughness emerges from our beingness,

Our existence.

All right,

So all of you guys,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you so much for tuning in,

For joining,

For participating.

I'm loving all these questions and comments and for your participation.

Thank you so much.

It is the participation,

It is the participation that makes it happen.

When we actively participate,

That is how we integrate and embody the intellectual knowledge and the intellectual knowing into transformation and change.

So thank you so,

So much.

This is a free event and somewhere on your screen there is a donation button.

If you feel inspired and compelled to,

I would love it if you donate whatever feels right for you.

Your donations make it possible for me to keep doing this and not only keep doing it,

But expanding it,

Allowing it to grow and unfold,

Which is what my life is all about.

So that's about that.

Next week,

At the same time,

We will meet again,

I'm hoping,

And I would love to see all of you again.

As for now,

The topic that stands is the principles of manifestation,

But it may just be that Spirit sort of wants me to do something else and I always listen to Spirit,

So just be aware that the topic for next week,

The theme for next week,

May be something totally different or not.

Anyways,

Thank you so,

So much for joining me,

For participating,

For tuning in.

Until the next time we meet,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless all of your ways.

You beautiful,

Magnificent,

Radiant,

Wonderful,

Peaceful,

And whole beings.

Namaste.
