Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I invite you to join me for a beautiful, healing, soothing and empowering moment of becoming still through meditation. Namaste Daniel

Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Rocchio and as always I'm grateful and I'm honored and I'm privileged to be joined by you whenever you are and wherever you are.

I absolutely love that you are choosing to come back to the namness of this moment,

That you're choosing to tune in,

To be available for the love and the peace and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness that is inherently within you and that is inherent within each and every single moment to well up from within you,

To flow through you,

To emerge and to be the water of the day in your life.

Turin Supreme.

Before we move into the meditation I just want to take a brief moment and actually speak to what I just said.

That one of the benefits,

It is not the purpose of meditation but one of the benefits of meditation is that as we through a constant and regular meditation practice become more and more grounded and more and more centered in the namness of this moment,

We make ourselves open and available for all of these divine qualities,

All these blessings that are in the namness of this moment to emerge into our lives and I am speaking about peace and I'm speaking about wholeness and I'm speaking about love and I'm speaking about harmony and I'm speaking about abundance,

All these things that,

All these qualities that are found only in the namness of this moment.

The world cannot give us peace,

The world cannot give us harmony,

The world cannot give us love,

The world cannot give us abundance but it is as we tap into the namness of this moment,

As we tap into these qualities that they begin to emerge into our experience.

So if you want more peace or more love or more harmony or more wholeness or more abundance,

Meditation is a beautiful and powerful way to go but it is not only when we sit in meditation that we are to come back to the namness of this moment but we need to find a way to come back to the namness of this moment even when we're not in meditation.

All throughout our days we need to find these moments in between as I call them,

Take a breath,

Come back to the breath and begin again,

Come back to the namness of this moment that we may reset our minds,

Our intellects and come back to the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness and all of these divine qualities that are present in this moment.

Alright,

So the time has come to move into the meditation,

To come back to the namness of this moment,

To allow for us to keep awakening to who and what we are,

To allow for us to keep allowing for greater and greater expressions on that who and what to emerge and to allow for us to allow for the peace and the joy and the harmony and all of these things,

All these feel-good qualities which is the essence and the truth of who and what we are but we need to discover it,

We need to choose it,

We need to be willing to have them flow through us and have them well up from within us.

And so in this moment I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

I invite you to put a smile on your face to give your body the signal that it can relax,

That it can begin to produce and distribute these tonic and healing chemicals,

I invite you to close your eyes and gently tap between your eyebrows to activate that first eye so that we may be open and available to catch insights and revelations and realizations.

And while we tap and while we smile,

Let's set an intention for this meditation and my intentions are always to wake up to who I am and to forever allow for greater and greater expressions of that who and what emerge.

Release the tapping,

I invite you to place your hands in your lap,

Palms facing upward,

Thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of receptivity,

Let's turn our attention toward our breath and as we use the breath as an anchor into the nowness of this moment,

We want to be aware that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing by itself which means that we do not need to make the breathing happen,

We do not need to participate in the breathing,

We do not need to force the breathing but we can simply surrender to it,

Observe it and allow it to happen.

And we also want to be aware that the full breath has four stages to it,

The in-breath,

The space between in and out breath,

The out breath and the space between out and in breath.

And being aware of these four stages makes it easier for us to keep our attention on the breath so that it won't be pulled into a fantasy or a thought form.

So in this moment I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well and let's give the peace that follows permission to move us deep,

Deep,

Deep into the stillness and into the silence.

Belly!

And should our attention drift away from the breath,

Invite us to gently and lovingly turn it back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

And as I move us into prayer,

I invite you to remain with your eyes closed,

Still open,

Still available,

Still receptive.

You may catch the vibration of this prayer,

Giving you permission to raise your vibration even more and move you into an even more expanded consciousness.

And so in this moment,

This moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment,

How grateful I am.

My God,

How grateful I am for the peace that is found in the nowness of this moment.

For the love that is found in the nowness of this moment.

For the joy that is found in the nowness of this moment.

For the harmony that is found in the nowness of this moment.

The wholeness that is found in the nowness of this moment and the abundance that is found in the nowness of this moment.

I am deeply,

Deeply grateful.

For all of these divine qualities that are so readily accessible to us,

If only we choose to come back to the nowness of this moment.

And so I'm grateful for you,

And I'm grateful for you having made that choice,

Having said yes to allow for these qualities to well up from within you,

For you having said yes to be in peace,

To be in joy,

To be in harmony,

To be in wholeness,

To be in love,

To be in abundance.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

From this space of gratitude and appreciation and thanksgiving,

I know and I feel the benevolence of Spirit.

That God is good.

God is good and God is good and God is good.

And as God is fully present everywhere,

In each being,

In each space,

In each place,

In each object,

In all of creation,

It means that good is present everywhere.

It cannot be any other way.

And as God cannot ever diminish itself or contradict itself or go against itself,

Compromise itself,

It means that all of that which God is,

Is fully present.

All of the love,

All of the peace,

All of the joy,

All of the harmony,

All of the abundance,

All of the wholeness,

All of the beauty,

That Spirit is fully present in every single moment.

And so as we choose,

And every time we choose to come back to the nowness of this moment,

Every time we choose to release and let go of our thoughts and our opinions and our perceptions,

Our points of view,

Of the doings of the world,

Every time we turn our attention away from conditions,

Circumstances and experiences and turn it back to the breath or to whatever means we have to come back to the nowness of this moment,

What we will find is the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness and the abundance and the beauty,

Because they are here and they are only found here in the nowness of this moment.

And so in this moment we release and let go of our tendencies to look to the world to give us peace,

To look to the world to give us love,

To look to the world to give us harmony or wholeness or abundance.

We choose to come back to this moment.

And from this moment on we're making it more and more and more of a habitual choice,

A choiceless choice.

It becomes our life,

It becomes who we are.

That we,

On a regular basis,

Every single day and many times every day,

Come back to the breath and begin again,

Come back to the nowness of this moment and begin again,

Come back to the nowness of this moment and allow for all of these divine qualities to well up,

To emerge,

To reveal themselves.

Hmm.

.

.

Something truly wonderful is happening in this moment,

In every single moment.

Healing is happening every time we come back to this moment.

Healing IS happening.

Every single time we come back to the nowness of this moment,

A sweet release is happening.

Every single time we come back to the nowness of this moment,

Expansion happens,

Growth happens,

Unfoldment happens.

Not because we're doing it,

But because we are being it.

We're being peace.

We're being harmony.

We're being love.

We're being joy.

We're being wholeness and abundance.

This is where we choose to live our lives in the nowness of this moment.

I know it.

I feel it.

I give thanks for it.

I allow it to be.

So it is and so shall it be.

Amen,

Amin,

Ashe,

Ahob,

Hotep,

Shalom,

Salaam and Hallelujah.
