Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Roquillo and as always I'm grateful and I'm honored and I'm privileged that you are joining me,

That you're choosing to join me for a moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment,

For a moment of becoming still,

Turning within,

Allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony,

The abundance that is inherently within us to flow through us,

To emerge.

So the theme for this particular meditation is choosing gratitude.

And so gratitude is coming back to the nowness of this moment,

Realizing and acknowledging the good that is here.

Because in every single moment the good of spirit is eternally present.

The fundamental good of God is everywhere,

Anytime.

So gratitude is turning our attention toward that good.

Which means that gratitude is not relegated to when things are going our way,

It is not something that just bubbles up when things are flowing and when seeming good things happen.

But the good of God is everywhere,

Even in the midst of challenges,

Even in the midst of chaos,

Even in the midst of turmoil,

Even in the midst of darkness,

Seeming darkness.

There's something to be grateful for.

And so before we move into the meditation,

I invite you,

We're going to do a brief exercise of calling forth gratitude and then being with feeling of being grateful.

Not attached to anything,

But being with the feeling of being grateful.

So in this moment I invite you to bring to mind something that you're particularly grateful for.

Something that has happened in the past,

It can be something that is now or perhaps something that you're expecting to be in the future.

But bring it to mind,

A loved one,

Who you are,

Where you are,

A present or a gift that you've been given,

An achievement that you have accomplished or whatever the case may be.

I invite you to take on the feeling tone of being grateful.

Feel how it feels to be grateful and how it perhaps brings a smile to your face.

Just feel the feeling of being grateful.

For a brief moment,

Just explore it.

Be present with it.

Be conscious with it.

Pay attention to what it feels like to be grateful,

What it feels like to be in this high vibration.

So I'm trusting that you're feeling it.

The next step would be for me to invite you to release the condition or the circumstance to which this gratitude was attached.

So you were invited to call some memory or some condition or circumstance into your awareness that brings gratitude with it.

Now I'm asking you to release the attachment.

So stay with the gratitude,

Stay in the feeling tone of being grateful,

Stay in the high vibration of being grateful,

But release the attachment to the condition and circumstance,

Leaving you simply grateful for no reason at all.

So how wonderful it is that we have the ability to actually be grateful for no reason whatsoever.

Not attached to anything,

But simply being grateful.

And I invite you to stay in this vibration as we move into the meditation.

In this vibration,

Don't leave here,

Don't go back down to where you came from,

But stay up here in this vibration.

And let's infuse the meditation with this vibration,

The vibration of gratitude.

And so in this moment,

While we're still smiling,

While we're still grateful,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

I invite you to keep that smile on your face.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Still grateful,

Stay up here.

And in this space of gratitude,

I invite you to gently tap between your eyebrows to activate that spiritual eye,

That divine eye,

That you may catch,

That which cannot be caught with your human senses.

A little bit longer,

Tapping a little bit more.

Still grateful.

And while we tap,

Let's set the intention with this meditation.

Intention to wake up to who and what we are,

The intention to forever allow for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge.

So we can place our hands in our lap,

Palms facing upward,

Thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of receptivity and transcending the ego.

Always stay in the vibration of gratitude and invite us to turn our attention toward our breath.

Realizing and acknowledging that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing by itself,

Which means that we do not need to participate in the breathing,

We do not need to make the breathing happen,

But we can simply observe it as it happens.

And also realizing and acknowledging that the breath has four stages to it.

In-breath,

The space in between in and out-breath,

The out-breath and the space between out-breath and in-breath.

And so,

As we seek to use the breath as an anchor in the nowness of this moment,

We want to be attentive to all of these four stages.

We want to stay with all these four stages as they move in a circular and a spiral kind of way.

So staying in the vibration of gratitude,

I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well and give the peace that follows,

Permission to move you deep,

Deep,

Deep into gratitude,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep into the stillness and into the silence.

Staying with the gratitude.

Come back to gratitude and begin again.

We are mm.

We are,

Come back to gratitude and begin again.

Come back to gratitude and begin again.

Come back to gratitude and begin again.

Come back to gratitude and begin again.

How grateful I am that we are now moving closer and closer and closer to that which is our natural being state.

How grateful I am for your participation in this,

For your willingness to raise your vibration into this high level,

For your willingness to do the inner work,

To release and let go of that which no longer serves you,

That which pulls you down into the lower vibrations of fear and worry and doubt,

For your choosing to hang out here,

Up here.

My God,

I'm grateful.

My God,

I'm grateful.

I love this space of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Thanksgiving.

It is so easy for me to recognize and realize,

To know and feel the goodness of spirit that is everywhere,

That the good of God is present right smack in the middle of where you are right now,

That your life is so a divine expression and demonstration of that goodness,

Of this goodness that it blows our minds away.

So much good is happening right now.

So much good is right now.

So much to be grateful for.

I know it and I feel it and I allow it to express in me,

As being through me.

And in this moment,

Gratitude is taking over our lives.

Gratitude for nothing and everything.

It's just welling up.

We can't stop it.

It is welling up from within,

Like a waterfall only from down below,

A reversed waterfall.

It is gushing up like a volcano.

So much gratitude right here,

Right now,

In this moment,

In every moment.

We're having our beingness in gratitude.

We're releasing and letting go of any thoughts as to what should and should not be.

We're releasing and letting go of any and all opinions or judgments or point of views or perceptions or beliefs about what seems to be against us.

Knowing and feeling that as God is everywhere,

Omnipresent,

Eternal,

Infinite,

And as God is good forever for each of us,

I know and feel that right where you are,

God is for you.

Nothing is working for your good in this moment,

In every moment.

Something truly wonderful is happening in this moment and every moment.

And oh my God,

How grateful I am for it.

How grateful I am for it.

Gratitude is such a blessed state.

It is such a blessed vibration.

And in this moment,

We're calling it forth in waves and waves and waves beyond anything that we've previously experienced,

Beyond anything that we've previously imagined.

We're so open and available in this moment to receive the healing powers of gratitude because the high vibration that gratitude carries,

It heals anything.

When we are up here,

When we sustain this vibration,

The whole universe,

The whole cosmos rises up to meet us right here and everything lesser than this dissolves,

Falls away,

Transmutes itself.

I know it and I feel it.

I know it and I feel it.

And with much,

Much gratitude,

I accept it.

And with much,

Much gratitude,

I allow it to be.

So it is,

So be it,

So shall it be.

Amen.
