After my healing journey — including a cancer diagnosis — I realized how essential it is to have a daily ritual that brings us back to center. But if you’re anything like me, you know meditation is important… and yet the voices of your to-do list are loud, and choosing yourself can feel impossible. That’s why I created this Daily Tiny Practice — a simple three-minute ritual to ground, release, and restore your energy, even on the busiest days. On Day 1, you’ll experience the full practice as an overview, then each day that follows offers you the opportunity to go deeper, devoting more time to each section and guiding you through more expansive meditations, giving you space to explore that theme within your own body, energy, and awareness.


Meet your Teacher

Dawn Jelley is a hospice nurse, caregiver, and meditation guide with over 35 years of experience supporting others through life's most profound journeys. After navigating her own healing path, including a cancer diagnosis, Dawn became passionate about helping others reclaim their energy and restore balance through simple, accessible daily practices. Her approach weaves grounding, mindfulness, and gentle energy work into rituals that are easy to integrate into even the busiest lives. Dawn believes that returning to wholeness doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes, it only takes a few intentional minutes a day to come home to yourself.
