Good morning,

Good afternoon,

Good evening,

Wherever you are and whatever time it is for you,

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

Go ahead and get comfortable,

Whether you'd like to stay in a seated position or come to a lying down position.

Just notice what works best for you and what your energy requires in this moment.

And start to just settle in,

Begin to notice the space you're in.

Notice any sounds.

Notice the silence of the room.

Notice the temperature of the room.

Your clothes resting on your skin.

And then begin to feel your body resting against the chair or against the bed.

Notice all the parts that are being supported,

Maybe the back of your skull,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your hips,

The back of your thighs,

Your feet,

And then begin to find your breath.

Take that deep breath in,

Hold it at fullness and slowly let it go.

There's no rush.

And again,

Take that full body breath in,

Let your body expand,

Your awareness expands,

Your consciousness expands,

And exhale,

Dropping back down within yourself into this deeper,

Wider space,

Down through the hips,

The legs,

The soles of the feet,

And into the earth.

And one final breath,

Just breathing in,

Expanding,

Connecting to the energy that is here amongst the two of us,

And then exhaling,

Drawing back down into yourself,

Connecting to that deeper,

Wider space within yourself where you have access to your inner wisdom,

Your deeper knowing,

Your highest self.

And then from here,

Just check in.

Just notice the activity on the level of your mind.

Notice how quickly your thoughts are coming and going,

And giving thanks to this brilliant mind of yours.

We're not judging it.

We're not wishing it to be different.

We are just saying thank you.

Thank you for all your brilliance.

And we don't need to get hung up on any thoughts in this moment.

We're just going to let the thoughts come and go.

Let the mind do its thing.

And then we're going to take our attention and bring it to our breath as you breathe in.

And moving towards the heart and noticing,

Noticing what you brought in with you today.

Just beneath the surface,

Welcoming in whatever is there,

Any emotion,

Whether it's joy,

Sadness,

Heaviness,

Just welcome it in.

I see you sadness.

Welcome.

I see you anger.

Welcome.

I see you joy,

Hope.

Welcome.

We don't need to judge it.

We don't need to analyze it.

We're just welcoming it in.

So see what's there for you.

I see you.

You're welcome to be here.

And then moving down into this deeper,

Wider center,

Down towards your hips into that sacral chakra,

That space of creativity,

Welcoming in your wisdom,

Your deeper knowing,

Your deeper truth,

Breathing,

Expanding,

Feeling this sense of creativity,

That all energy flows from the center of creativity.

Reminding yourself that you have the opportunity to create whatever it is you are desiring to create.

Whether it's a peaceful life,

A more joyous life,

A calm and relaxed state of mind.

An exuberant energy being.

You can call that in simply by making it conscious.

Simply by making it conscious.

So this is the part where we move into our intention setting.

What are you desiring to create?

And sometimes that may seem like a really,

Really big question.

And so we break it down.

Today.

In this moment.

And in the moments that follow for the rest of your day or evening.

What would you like to create?

And see what arises within you.

What would you like to experience today?

In your relationships,

At work,

At home.

Maybe you're desiring to create more authenticity.

So that you can truly be yourself.

So check in.

What is it that you'd like to experience today in your relationships,

At home,

At work.

And see what arises.

Make a note of it,

A mental note,

Or jot it down.

And what is it that you would like to give?

In your relationships.

At home,

At work.

What would you like to bring to give?

And then you can even take it a step further.

And pan out and see your life from a higher perspective.

And you can check in.

And see what is it that you are creating out of this one precious life.

What is it that you would like to create?

And what is one step that you can take.

Today to bring you a little closer to making that a reality.

So maybe you've always dreamed about becoming an artist.

I wonder if there is one step that you can take that will bring you a little closer to that.

Just one step.

Now maybe make the phone call to find out about art classes.

Or maybe you contact your friend who's already an artist.

Or whatever it is for you that you can sense in your deepest moments.

That you are yearning to move towards something that's always been there.

That you've always loved,

Always wanted to do.

I wonder if you can take one step towards that.

Bringing yourself into more alignment with who you are.

And what's really important for you.

So in a moment we'll bring this meditation to a close.

I want you to reflect back on what we spoke about.

As you move about today,

What is it that you would like to experience?

And what is it that you would like to give?

And is there one step that you can take towards that yearning you've been feeling.

Or you know you've always had within yourself.

To bring you closer to living in alignment with who you really are.

And the gifts that were given to you when you came to this planet.

Take a moment to jot that down.

And then we're going to end by bringing your hands to your heart.

Taking in a big breath and just flooding yourself with appreciation.

With love,

With nourishment.

You did it.

You brought yourself here.

You listened to your meditation.

You are moving towards a direction of being on purpose.

And living to your full potential.

And isn't that a wonderful thing?

So appreciate yourself,

Love yourself,

Nourish yourself.

It's not easy,

This thing we call life.

So give yourself a little grace.

I offer you my peace,

My love and my blessing.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste.

Www.

Mooji.
