Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position,
Whether it is sitting on a chair or on the ground.
You might like to rest your hands on your lap with your palms facing upwards in a gesture of receptivity.
Gently closing down the eyes or maintain a soft gaze in front of you.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale,
Release all the tension that you are holding on to.
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling fully,
And when you are ready,
Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm as you settle into this present moment.
On your next breath,
Bring your attention to your heart space.
See if you can tune into the sound of the heart beating in the backdrop.
If it feels right,
You may wish to place one hand on your heart or just visualize that.
Begin to sense the connection from within.
From the heart space,
Imagine a source of radiant,
Soft,
Warm,
White light.
The light is alive,
Vibrating,
Pulsing.
Feel this beautiful light spread to every cell in your body.
It's warmth,
It's movement,
It's energy,
It is the limitless source of love and compassion within you.
Allowing each breath to anchor you into your own being,
Into your own light,
Cocooning you in love.
And as you stay with this connection,
Imagine a sphere surrounding your heart,
Representing the energy and intelligence from within.
And sensing from this heart space,
Tapping into your heart's intuition,
The source of inner wisdom.
Ask yourself,
What is it that I need right now?
What is it that's no longer serving me?
What is it that I need to let go of?
What makes me most alive?
Allow the answers to arise in their own time.
If nothing comes to mind,
Simply allow it to be as it is.
There's no need to try to seek any answers.
Trust that when the time is right,
You will know.
Let's sit with this loving energy that you have created and embrace this boundless wisdom that resides in the sacred space.
And as this practice comes to a close,
Place your palms together in an Anjali Mudra or prayer position at the center of your heart as a gesture of gratitude to yourself for this present moment.
Begin to pay attention to the sounds around you.
Bring some small movements to your fingers and your toes.
When you are ready,
Gently blink your eyes open and return your attention to the space that you are in.
Thank you for sharing your practice with me.
From my heart to yours,
Namaste.
