The violet flame is a wonderful meditation that just helps us to let go of anything that we no longer need.

So it's a time to be reborn.

As we expand our consciousness through the evolution of humanity and just by living our lives we are able to connect to higher and higher energies and wisdom that has always been there.

Because of this we now have access to the violet flame.

So this flame is the essence of a unique spiritual light,

A spiritual spectrum behind or above the physical spectrum if you want to call it that.

So like the rainbow it's a part of the rainbow light or white light.

Just as a ray of sunlight passes through a prism,

Refracts into seven colors,

The spiritual light splits into seven colors or rays as they're sometimes known as.

And each ray or each part of the prism has its own specific divine quality and so the violet flame comes forth from the violet ray.

So spirit saints and adepts and ascended masters throughout the ages have known about the violet flame and how it can be used but it was really only released to the public if you want to call it that in the early part of last century.

So the 1900s the 1910s 20s it's they're not quite sure when it came through because it was it was there but it was it only started to really be used in spiritual circles in meditation gatherings like what we do in around about the 1920s.

It was brought through by an ascended master called Saint Germain.

And ascended masters are enlightened spiritual beings who once walked the earth like you and me.

They balanced their energy while they were upon the earth so really meaning that they ascended to their highest potential in life which is what we're trying to do with our meditation gatherings and really in all that inner work we're hoping to move ourselves into that balanced place so come back into that heart space that middle path so that we can fully connect to the potential of our life and and that's when you feel most satisfied and fulfilled in your life and you like the meaning of life.

So we want to work with the sacred violet flame as a way to acknowledge all that has been in our life so everything that has happened to you up to this moment is neither right nor wrong we may have had good or bad experiences from it but what we want to do is acknowledge it allow it to flow into us and gain the wisdom from it so that when we retell that story it is not going to trigger us instead it becomes wisdom and we can be grateful for it and grateful for that experience.

It's something that I just want to reiterate that again so when when you retell a story and it triggers you it may and if it upsets you if you are using it as a reason for why you do things in your life or why you avoid things why you avoid certain people you avoid certain places or doing certain things because those things trigger you and remind you of an experience that you had in the past that you didn't like the result of those triggers are telling you that there is something in you that needs to come back into balance because you're holding this story in an out of balance place in an out of balance way so you're every time you think about it every time it's triggered it's going to cause discomfort in you and you're going to avoid certain things and we don't want to be like that in our life we don't want to avoid anything in our life we want to be able to move forward and have all experiences with an open heart because that will also help you to live the most fulfilled life and the most satisfied life that you possibly can so if something triggers you you will know because you will try and avoid it and often we say to people you know you shouldn't say those things to me because you know it's going to upset me well that's not up to anyone else on this planet to walk around eggshells on you people can say whatever they want to you you have to decide how you're going to react and you know and obviously we don't want to be around people who are going to be abusive or awful to us and that's fine we just let them be who they are and you walk away and you just don't have anything to do with them and you don't have them in your life again if they are in your life and there's nothing that you can do about that you've got to find a way to set up some boundaries and come to terms with that and yes you can say things to people but in the end telling somebody to act a different way or to speak in a different way is only going to get their back up and they're probably going to do it twice as much or they're going to resent you or you're going to end up in a fight because we can't make people be different to who they are and what we can do is allow ourselves to come back into a state of balance where we're only going to attract people into our lives that are of the same ilk and and what the same experience is and yes we know those things still go on on the planet but we can't all think the same way we can't all be the same way and we also don't know the background of those people's stories now that's not I'm not making an excuse for people's behavior here this is about helping you to come back into balance with you and live a life that is less likely to to upset you but of course we're only being upset if we have those triggers in us if we are insecure within about something in our life now I'm not saying that something is not going to upset us along the line you know we're not all going to live a life where everything's peaceful and wonderful because we're going to have contrasting experiences come to us on a daily basis to help us understand what we want to create in life what I do want you to remember is that it's not happening to you personally don't take anything personally it's helping you to to make different choices in your life it's helping you to understand where you are yet to heal something and those triggers are like a wound that's constantly being picked at and it's not being allowed to heal and so we want to heal those things so that it becomes wisdom when an old story is healed and you tell that story and it doesn't trigger you that's wisdom and people will hear that as well because they're not hearing the out of balance way that you're talking about it either when we talk about it in that straight place from the heart people hear it because you're not asking them to think one way or another you're just relaying the information and you have found the wisdom in that which will inspire them to find the wisdom within themselves as well so the violet flame helps us to let go of the obstacles it helps us to let go of the things that are holding us away from that wisdom as well so we want to acknowledge all of our experiences that have brought us to this moment and in that acknowledgement we will allow healing to begin and transform ourselves into love and when I talk about transforming ourselves into love I'm talking about bringing ourselves into complete balance and peace so that we can experience our life from that perspective instead of a lopsided perspective which is only going to cause us pain so how does the violet flame work well just quickly I'll explain this and then we'll get into the meditation the violet flame works by changing vibrations in physics vibration is the speed of oscillation the speed in which something moves backwards and forth so back and forth I should say on the atomic level vibration can be understood to be the speed at which electrons orbit around the nucleus of an atom now we don't need to know that when I say an atomic level I'm talking about a smaller level like on a quantum level the violet flame works by changing vibrations on this level at that very atomic or quantum level that very small that tiny place that we can't see atoms are mostly empty space the empty space between the nucleus and the electrons is where negative or unbalanced fear energy becomes stuck when the atoms in our bodies become clogged with this stuck energy or negativity the electrons whirl slower and slower and we begin to resonate more with fear and negativity instead of love and light one is not better than the other it's just that we know when we're experiencing something of fear and negativity because it doesn't feel good and that just means that you're oscillating or you know moving backwards and forwards the vibrations at a lower place and when it's lower it's slower as well and it feels denser denser don't know if that's a word more dense or heavier and you're going to then attract those experiences into your life so it's not actually the the lowering of the vibration that makes you feel bad it's actually what you then attract into your life because of where you are oscillating then we don't like those experiences and we say we don't want those negative people around us but instead all we need to do is just come back into that place into that heart place do some meditation take a breath and just allow that vibration to rise now the violet flame is a really great tool because you can take everything that is no longer resonating with you it is an obstacle or its negativity or its fear or its pain and you can throw it into the violet flame and it will be transformed into higher energy or transformed into love so when our vibration lowers we become more physical and materialistic so we're going to be more hooked up in the physical world we need things to make us feel good and we start to worry about a survival in the physical world so we're going to worry more about our bodies and money and survival and all of those things and dreams and spiritual work or heart or love seem a long long way away because when we are in that lower place of course that's what you're experiencing and that's what you're bringing more of into your life so if you can always remember that the outside world or the things that you are experiencing is a guidance it's showing you where you are oscillating it's showing you where your vibration is it feels bad because you're a long way away from the potential of you and we're getting caught up in the outside world and the outside world just means that it's the things that have already been manifested into the physical and we can't change that and that's why when we look at it it feels bad you can't change that but what you can do is allow it to remind you what you do want to create and then go about starting to create something new the violet flame transmutes negative energy transmutes means that it shifts it does not simply surround and remove the energy but it transforms it into light because there is less density within the atom the electrons will move faster and faster thereby raising the vibration raising your vibration when you have a higher vibration you're more open to different ideas your consciousness is expanding optimum health comes when energy flows freely throughout the body and so when we are oscillating at a lower place at a lower frequency you are going to feel this there's blockages that are going to be there in your body but again you haven't done anything to hurt yourself as such a lot of it is just beliefs that we've been told and ideas that we are holding on to but it's time to go about it differently you can't keep if something hurts you or if something if you feel your body is hurting you've got to find a way to start being grateful for life and go about life differently to how you have before otherwise you're just going to keep getting the same result you're going to regurgitate your life because every day we have an opportunity to change our life to live a different perspective but what most of us do is just keep regurgitating the same old life the same old beliefs the same old ideas we take that coat off of ideas our beliefs our values at night when we go to sleep and when we go to sleep we let go of our consciousness we come back into balance and we go about healing and our body heals and it rests then in the morning once we wake up we become conscious again we put that coat of beliefs and ideas again and we go about our life but you don't have to do that you don't have to do that but we've got so used to doing that that we do it because it's familiar and it feels good and it feels right when something feels right it's familiar we have an idea of how it's going to work out in our life and what the future result is going to be but of course if we keep going about things the way we've always got about them you will just get the same result pushing against something makes you a part of the issue so it's it's finding ways to go about it differently and the best way that I know is to be start a gratitude list find all the things on a daily basis that make you feel good now make you that you know will make you feel good and you know even if it's having a hot shower or cleaning your teeth or turning lights on or having something nice to eat those things you can be grateful for because you know they make you feel good right now and it's essentially you're training your brain to be grateful to be to see the gratitude in things instead of the negativity because we've got so used to seeing the negativity and should being shown the negativity on a daily basis and news and things like that it's like watch out for the negativity watch out for the bad things in life you've got to eradicate them so that you feel safe but having a gratitude list reminds you that you're safe anyway because we want to see the beauty in life before we see the pain otherwise you're only ever going to see the pain and you're going to be on high alert and high alert of course is what PTSD is or post-traumatic stress disorder is it means that you're at a higher level of anxiety and you're looking out for things all the time so we want to be able to just be in a space where we allow life to unfold and we can make the right decision right there in that moment for ourselves you are always going to move yourself away from fear the body that's what the stress response is but we just don't want to be in the stress response all the time we want to just be able to just be in life and allow life to unfold instead of trying to turn it into something or make sure we're safe before we go anywhere because that's already telling you that you're at a high anxiety level anyway I am waffling a bit about all of that but it's just a reminder because you know I don't want anyone to be living their life in an anxious state it's awful I've been there I was agoraphobic for two years I didn't go out for two years I know exactly what it feels like to be that anxious about life and what other people may think about you but you know in the end they're more worried about themselves than they are you and that whole idea comes from the fact that I'm not good enough that's pretty much where all of that came from that I have to be a perfectionist I have to be everything for everyone and of course it all got too much for me hence why I became agoraphobic it's like I just need to step away and I need to find a way to find balance in myself and then I found meditation and meditation on a daily basis brings me back to that space so that I don't ever get that out of balance again and now I mean I've been practicing meditation for over 20 years but now I tend not to have to do it every day because I have trained myself into that place and so I'm still meditating I'm just not formally meditating I'm in a meditative state which means I'm in a more balanced state without actually having to do formal meditation and that happens to all meditators and it's and that's just what practicing anything in life is about you keep practicing something it just becomes a part of you and it becomes much easier and easier to just be that and so you you know I still love to meditate so that's why I do that there are times when I just want to just step back from the world and reconnect with me that's what I want for everybody I want them to reconnect with who they are so that they never feel the need to worry about what anyone else says about them or to need anything from anyone else when we interact with others that becomes those beautiful co-creative magical moments that make life so worthwhile and we want to be able to create more of those and that's essentially what my work is here to help you to do so the violet flame is another tool to help you to just let go of the old and be reborn and step more into who you are it helps to re-establish harmony and equilibrium which will propel you into a higher state of consciousness which really just means that you have a wider view on everything and you can see much more of truth if you want to call it that so we want to allow a transformation to take place through the sacred violet fire so imagine that you feel the veil dissolves you feel all of the old the fear the things that you no longer need you feel them dissolve as you come together with you it's like we're merging into liquid gold this is also known as spiritual alchemy we want to feel the divine essence soul spirit of you you want to feel the truth of you and that's what the violet flame tool can help you to do as well as many other tools and
