This guided meditation,

Empower your confidence,

A new confident you,

Is designed to help you increase your sense of natural confidence,

Create a healthy and strong self-image,

And to help you feel good about yourself,

With more consistency.

By practicing this meditation,

You will learn to cultivate a deep sense of natural confidence in yourself,

And to embody the energy of confidence,

And feel what it feels like to be in a state of being and feeling confident in yourself.

The more you practice this meditation,

And layer in the feeling of confidence,

The more confident you will feel and become.

It can be very helpful to either do this meditation first thing in the morning,

Or right before you begin to wind down for sleep,

As we are in a natural,

Optimal brainwave state at those particular times.

It can also be very supportive to practice this meditation when you get triggered into low self-worth,

Begin to doubt yourself,

And don't feel confident in yourself.

If you can also notice and internalize what helps you to feel this sense of natural confidence during the meditation,

That is what type of language,

Imagery,

Suggestions,

Or anything else that takes you into that state of deep confidence,

It will help you to anchor this feeling more deeply,

And become able to recall the feeling of natural confidence at will,

When you need it the most.

By anchoring the feeling of natural confidence,

You can begin to remind yourself what it feels like to feel confident in the midst of any challenges that arise as you pursue your deepest goals.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down,

And just relax.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly releasing the air out of your mouth.

Naturally allowing the unwinding of what you've been holding on to,

By bringing your awareness to your breath,

And using your breath to relax more.

Feel your body beginning to relax more deeply,

Just through your conscious intention to relax,

And your breathing.

As you intend to relax,

And your breath begins to relax,

Your brain and mind are tuning into relaxation.

Letting your body know that it's okay to relax.

Asking yourself permission to become very relaxed.

And to feel in your heart that it's okay and good for you to relax in this very moment.

You are learning in this moment how to effectively get out of the way of feeling deeply relaxed.

And you may like to engage your analytical mind while you're relaxing deeper,

So that you can move even deeper into very deep states of relaxation.

You could for instance,

Imagine that you can sense your thoughts in a layer of your brain or mind.

And just see that layer,

And let what is emerging from within that layer,

Be what it is,

Without actively engaging with it.

Almost like if there was a see-through wall or film between that layer and where your deeper awareness dwells.

You are witnessing the layer of thought,

And the underlying energy of your thoughts.

You're choosing not to let it come in,

Not to actively engage with it.

To simply be aware that this is happening below the level of your consciousness.

As you simply bring your attention to the present moment,

And choose to deeply relax as you cease to engage with thoughts and thinking.

And it can take some time and practice to learn to do this,

So please be patient with yourself.

And simply continue to only be interested and aware of your desire to become deeply relaxed,

So that you can achieve your goal today.

Choosing to become deeply relaxed,

To support opening the door to your subconscious mind.

Opening the door to the reservoir of memories,

That supposedly justify and validate you not feeling confident in yourself.

So as you become more deeply relaxed,

And you can continue using your breath to help you with this,

Taking slow deep and easeful breaths in and out.

And paying attention to your exhales,

As a way to invite releasing any remaining tension or contraction in your body.

Now,

The deeper relaxed you become,

The easier it will be for you to start to see the false stories you've been told,

And the false stories that you've built about yourself.

This awareness is key to help you release false beliefs about yourself.

For instance,

That you're not good enough,

Or not smart enough,

Or not beautiful enough,

To allow yourself to feel good about yourself,

And thus confident in yourself.

All the painful,

Hurtful and distorted ways you may be looking at yourself and your life experiences,

Through an inherited critical lens that prevent you from seeing who you truly are.

Just breathe into the liberation that comes from this truth,

And allow the space in the center of your chest,

In the region of your heart,

Your beautiful heart,

To feel like it's opening.

Expanding and filling up with vibrant empowering energy.

Feel yourself begin to feel lighter and more spacious in your heart,

Allowing you to relax even deeper.

Now,

Become aware of what's been stored in that reservoir of memories that revalidate you,

Not feeling confident in yourself.

The more you can allow yourself to see what's there,

And accept it as it is,

And also realize that these memories are just subjective interpretations made at the time,

The deeper you will go.

And taking another slow,

Relaxing breath,

Take you even deeper into deep,

Rejuvenating relaxation.

Doing your very best to gently become aware of the ideas,

Images,

Pieces of conversation,

Physical sensations or discomfort,

Movements of energy,

Temperature changes,

And anything else that's naturally occurring,

As you allow yourself to look inside of your own memory bank of situations and events that supposedly justify you not feeling confident in yourself.

And if you can,

As you observe,

Bring love into that container,

Into those memories.

Deep,

Unconditional love for all the prior versions of yourself that didn't feel confident,

That lived through painful challenges,

On your way to your success.

Choosing to feel love at the very same time that you feel not confident in yourself,

Or to love all of you while you're also judging all parts of yourself for a past situation or circumstance that doesn't match with your self-image.

If you can witness all of that emerging from your memory,

And also love yourself at the same time.

Loving your present moment self with all your heart,

And also loving your past self who recorded the original memories and created the belief that you were not good enough,

Or lacking somehow,

Or that you failed.

And see the connection between how you looked at yourself and what happened in the past,

And derived a sense of pure confidence from looking at things in that particular way.

Bringing your awareness that this is how beliefs are created.

We get to imagine and record the belief that we're not good enough,

Or not lovable,

Or not worthy,

Just as we are.

And if you'll also become aware of the impact that such beliefs can have on how you feel about yourself from moment to moment,

And whether you can feel confident in yourself or not while holding such beliefs.

As you continue to choose to look at all of it with love,

Bringing love into what happened in the past and your reactions to that past,

And relaxing deeper,

Bringing love into the one who judged what happened in the past,

And feeling a sense of spaciousness in your physical body,

Feeling the effects of self-love and self-compassion on your body,

And simply observing how it feels to bring love and compassion into every moment when you didn't see yourself clearly.

And through the eyes of love and compassion for yourself,

Being able to see clearly now,

To deeply appreciate the process of learning and growth that deepens with time and repetition of a new skill set,

Or a new activity,

And to realize that you always did your best with what was available to you then,

And with the support that you received at the time from your environment and the people around you.

And if you'll allow this realization to,

Over time,

Dissolve the negative beliefs and distorted self-image that were created at the time based upon limited or incomplete interpretations and judgments,

Breathing deep love into this realization,

And allowing the negative stories you made about yourself to begin to unwind naturally,

Relaxing deeper and deeper,

And unwinding some more,

As the veil of distorted memories,

Beliefs,

And self-image begins to lift,

For you to see yourself in your full potential,

Always learning,

Always growing,

And always lovingly and patiently allowing your transformation to unfold as it naturally does,

Taking you closer and closer to your idea and your ideal of your personal success.

Feel that in your heart,

And remember yourself,

Remember your innate capacities,

Remember that you are part of the human design,

And that the DNA of humanity is within you,

Containing all possibilities,

And that you can personally tune into the human potential and its infinite possibilities and permutations,

And connect to the experiences of feeling confident in yourself,

Connecting to human wisdom,

The true and deep wisdom that lets you feel without a doubt that you are capable,

And connecting to how feeling confident can be learned.

It has happened,

And it can happen.

Feel that,

Your own experiences of having felt confident,

A moment to remember them,

Every time you set out to do something,

And then it happened,

Going back,

If it's available to you,

To the very first time you held your own baby bottle by yourself,

And how confident that made you feel,

Even if it was a non-verbal experience,

You still felt it in your body,

Remember that,

The feeling of natural confidence that you could fulfill your own need to hold your bottle,

Nourish yourself,

And keep yourself safe and comfortable,

Or the very first time you put your clothes on by yourself,

And how proud and confident you felt then,

And how proud and confident you felt then,

When you first successfully buttoned up your own cardigan,

How good you felt about yourself,

And how meaningful it was to you to achieve that task by yourself,

Or when you tied your shoes for the first time,

How good that felt,

And how proud of yourself you felt,

Or your very first day at school,

Or any other positive event or achievement you've experienced,

Where you can clearly feel that you succeeded,

And it doesn't matter how big or small the achievement is,

The feeling is the same,

The neural network you engage is the same,

The human success mechanism within you is the same,

The feeling of I can do this,

I can do anything good,

Whatever it is that makes you feel confident in yourself,

And that makes you feel good about yourself,

Where you can clearly see your achievement,

And bask in that feeling of confidence,

Confidence in your own self,

Confidence in your own self,

Giving yourself permission amidst anything else that may come up within your psyche,

To feel good about yourself,

And to see the value of feeling good about yourself,

Feeling confident in yourself,

That like any other human being,

You have the capacity to have success,

To be a success,

Realizing that to have success,

It's helpful to remember that you can have success,

That you've had success before,

And that you will have success again,

And to recognize and cultivate the feeling of success any time you choose,

Feeling what it feels like to feel successful,

To feel successful,

And to derive a deep sense of confidence from being successful at anything,

Even if it takes time to develop the skills,

Feeling confident that you can and will develop the skills to support your own success,

This natural confidence through knowing that your contribution to the world is valuable and significant,

Feel that deeply from within your own heart,

Breathing in the feeling of confidence,

And embedding deep within you what it feels like to be confident,

So that you may never forget it again,

And breathing out the old distorted memories and ideas that have been used to build the story,

And justify why you can't feel confident,

Why you supposedly don't have intrinsic value simply by being alive and breathing,

And doing all the amazing things that you can do as a human being,

As well as your unique qualities and contributions,

And unwinding all the societal conditioning from which we derive a false sense of confidence or non-confidence in ourselves,

Taking a moment to breathe in and ingrain the feeling of confidence deep within you,

And to breathe out and release years of conditioning,

Distorted perspectives,

Stories,

And beliefs that don't match up with who you truly are and who you're choosing to become,

Simply allowing a new state of being,

A new way of feeling,

Feeling confident,

A new way of thinking,

Being,

Feeling,

And thinking from confidence,

And noticing any change that arises in your inner experience as you practice feeling confident amidst other non-integrated parts of yourself that haven't felt confident in the past,

And asking yourself what it's like to feel confident,

And what confident feels like as an inner experience,

Confident right now that you can always take care of yourself and achieve your goals,

Big and small,

And achieve success.

And also confident in the past,

Even if it wasn't the case back then,

Not because you are not capable,

Good enough,

Or worthy,

But simply because it wasn't modeled to you by the people around you,

Because they themselves didn't know what natural confidence truly is,

And thus didn't embody natural confidence.

And so amidst the parts of you that didn't feel confident in the past,

That may be coming up to the surface right now,

Remaining deeply aware and learning what it feels like to be confident,

Bringing the energy of confidence into your inner space and feeling confident,

Playfully and lovingly exploring what it feels like to feel confident in yourself,

What it feels like in your body,

And where you feel this energy of confidence the most.

Even internally describing it to yourself,

Even internally describing it to yourself,

I feel confidence in,

Confident feels like,

Feeling both the strength and the spaciousness you feel when you feel confident,

Like a powerful tree that reaches deep into the earth for support and extends and expands strong and tall into the heavens,

And feeling all the unique ways that confidence expresses itself through you.

They are all valid,

They are all good,

They are all supported of you being the best version of yourself,

Living your best life and continuing to feel a natural sense of confidence in yourself.

Also learning how you can access your sense of confidence at will by going into that space,

Discovering for yourself your timeless portal to natural confidence.

And going back into those distorted past experiences that led you to not feel confident in yourself,

And rewriting your personal story.

As you look back into your past and feel what it feels like to be confident,

What if things and people around you were more regulated?

Natural feeling of confidence will automatically emerge and be there,

Because it is part of the human experience when it's supported,

When it's made possible.

So what if the people around you were more supportive,

And you naturally felt confident in yourself as you explored the world and expressed your unique strength,

Inner beauty,

Skills and capacities.

Engaging your imagination to feel how things would have been different if you had felt safe,

Supported,

And the people around you were more regulated at the time,

And how you would naturally have developed a healthy sense of self and confidence.

Dissolving the old neural pathways and layering in as many experiences of feeling a true sense of confidence through time,

In order to build new and robust neural pathways that reflect feeling confident.

What it feels like to feel confident as a baby,

That your needs will be met even if you can sense that they won't.

What if they were,

And the adults around you were really present to your needs and their nervous system was regulated?

Then you would feel confident that your cries and your need for food,

Warmth and safety would be fully met.

Allowing yourself to feel that right now.

And what confidence feels like as a toddler.

Your needs for independence and self-expression would be fully respected and understood,

Even if you couldn't always get your way or do what you felt you wanted to do.

But you felt confident that you were heard,

And that your needs were understood and validated by the adults around you.

Feeling that for a moment,

Fully.

What does confidence feel like as a teenager,

A young adult,

An adult?

Starting back from your earliest experiences,

And moving forward in time with the feeling of confidence in yourself.

Bringing the feeling of confidence into your baby self,

Your toddler self,

Your child self.

Bringing natural confidence into your pre-teen self,

Your young adult self,

And various stages of your adult self,

All the way to now.

And unwinding years of conditioning.

Seeing the false as the false.

Seeing the false as the false.

That your sense of self and confidence was not derived from imagined failures or lack of capacities,

But rather because cultivating the feeling of confidence in yourself had never truly been supported.

That it's natural emergence couldn't happen in the midst of feeling dysregulated,

Unsafe,

Or controlled by the people around you.

Allowing all the conditioned-in reasons why you don't feel confident in yourself to slowly become visible to you.

And to see them as nothing but conditioning.

Choose to see them dissolve in their own timing.

And this could be now,

Or it could be later.

Being patient and purposely wise with this process of self-discipline and self-discipline.

This process of unwinding past conditioning.

And inviting the new.

Realizing that this can take time.

And being completely loving and gentle with yourself as you go through this powerful transformation into the new confident you.

Slowly,

Comfortably,

Going back in time,

And imagining things unfolding in the way you would have wanted them to,

And in the way they should have,

If there was internal regulation and support around you,

For you,

As you developed into adulthood.

Learning to truly feel comfortable with yourself and the feeling of confidence that arises from feeling comfortable with yourself.

Feeling soothed,

Calm,

And confident that you can achieve anything you set your heart,

Mind,

And body to when you are self-regulating and operating in present time with all of your wisdom and human capacities.

Seeing and feeling yourself through different ages and stages of life.

And seeing and feeling yourself through deeply loving eyes.

Allowing yourself to realize that whatever happened that kept you in a state of not feeling confident in yourself was contextual to the situations and circumstances that happened throughout your childhood.

And how differently you would have felt if things were really going your way.

And how differently you would have felt if things were more supported,

More neutral,

Safer,

More regulated.

Rewiring your brain and your nervous system to the feeling of confidence.

Learning what it feels like to experience confidence in your body right now.

Realizing that you've always been enough.

That you are enough.

That you are good enough.

And that any experience that makes you feel otherwise is just your own imagining.

A result of conditioning.

And so choosing to use your imagination in empowering ways to help you feel safe,

Supported and thus naturally confident in yourself.

Rather than distort experiences and revalidate to yourself negative beliefs that don't support you in having the success that you want.

Don't support you in having the success that you want in your heart and soul.

Whatever that may be and look like for you.

And knowing that you can turn up the feeling of confidence in yourself anytime you choose.

And simply and lovingly saying to yourself I am goodness.

I am wisdom.

I am love.

I am presence.

I am intelligence.

I am excellence.

I am confidence.

I am everything I choose to be.

I can be anything I like or want to be.

And embodying this energy and state of being completely and naturally confident.

Because that is your natural state of being.

And once again returning to where you feel that natural state of confidence in your body.

And allowing it to be your natural state of being and feeling.

And thriving.

Seeing all that becomes possible for you when you cultivate and allow the feeling of confidence to naturally emerge.

Feel that.

And as you embrace the empowering sensation of self-assurance and knowing your own unique value and strength see yourself.

See yourself as completely equipped and ready to handle any challenge that comes your way.

Experience success in anything you put your heart,

Mind and body to.

Feel your inner strength,

Resilience,

Capacity and the skills that allow you to achieve anything you wish to achieve.

From a state of wholeness and true confidence in yourself.

And in this natural state of confidence once again become aware of the space that you're in.

A space where your innate sense of confidence can express itself.

And the time that you're in.

A time when you get to meet and express the most confident version of yourself.

Feeling your inner strength,

Resilience and the skills that allow you to achieve anything you wish to achieve.

Feeling what it feels like in your body to experience a natural state of confidence.

And as you gently open yourself up to confidence gently and lovingly open your eyes and see yourself as you truly are.

As you truly are.

Maybe even if it's available to you looking at yourself in the mirror now or at a later time and truly seeing the natural,

Confident,

Powerful,

Loving,

Creative and successful being that you are.

And that you've always been and always will be.

And walk in that body,

In that state,

In that space as often as you can.
