Hello,

This is Dino Viper,

Welcome to your day.

This hangup is anxiety and worry.

Anxiety and worry is definitely a conundrum of the mind.

It is a loss of control and perspective within the mind.

In fact,

Anxiety and worry is very much like a phantom feeling,

To mean that there is very little that you can do about this.

There is a feeling that is present and real to you as the fabric that you're feeling with your clothes.

It's very real,

Anxiety and worry.

In fact,

Anxiety can be felt in a number of physical ailments and worry can be seen on faces.

So it is the power of the mind that can create these scenarios,

Pictures,

Imagery and a foretelling that will have you so intensely bound that it begins to cause physical ailments.

If held in long periods of time can create ulcers,

Tumors,

Can cause premature aging,

Can cause physical detriment to your mind,

To your body and to the relationships in your life.

As you will begin to share your pain with others in order to lessen the pain and seek solace,

You will speak to others about your anxiety,

Issues and worries.

As a parent,

Worry seems to be our right hand as we worry about our children.

But as you look back in time,

How much did that worry actually help you with raising or rearing your children?

What we need to do is face anxiety and worry head on and move beyond it.

This is the goal.

So,

Take a deep breath here,

Deep breath,

We are going to tighten the body,

As we release,

We release the body,

We want to imagine yourself as you are relaxing,

You are in the audience of a circus,

Maybe you've never been to the circus,

But you can imagine a large tent,

A ring,

You don't have to imagine all the people,

Just the ring,

The ringmaster in his long red coat and top hat,

A spotlight that washes around and around as he begins to talk to you about the greatness of his performers.

Take a deep breath in here,

And release.

As he's speaking,

Your attention runs to the sides,

Where you see a man and a woman scaling up a ladder on either side of the stage.

Take a deep breath.

With every step that they take up this ladder,

You can begin to feel your anxiety for their own life start to take hold.

With every next step that they take,

We are going to release the anxiety knowing that they are professionals.

Just like your breathing,

One step anxiety,

The next step release the anxiety,

As you are confident that they are professionals.

Feel the anxiety as they step and blow out,

And release the anxiety as they make another step in,

Anxiety,

Release the anxiety,

Breathe in and feel the tightness,

And release and feel the relaxation as you release this feeling.

They have now reached the top of the platform,

And the ringmaster begins to tell you that these two folks will now begin to walk the wire and meet in the middle.

We breathe in,

And we release the anxiety as we begin our worry for their lives.

As we worry about their lives,

We look below to check the distance between the platform and the ground as we begin to worry about their life.

If they fall,

If they could fall,

If they should fall,

What if they fall?

All of these questions begin to increase your worry as you watch these two people stare at the tightrope.

All of life is like the tightrope,

We are always trying to seek our balance in life,

With our relationships,

With our finances,

With our education,

With our lives,

With spirituality,

With religions,

With ideals,

With perspectives,

With philosophies,

Always trying to strike this delicate balance.

And when you feel out of balance,

You begin to worry,

You begin to be anxious.

And so these performers use a very long pole,

Very long pole,

To help them create balance in their lives.

You can create balance in your life from very small steps in all these directions,

Realizing that worry doesn't change the step,

That anxiety that you're feeling is worthless.

With small steps,

You can be confident.

Small steps and balance of your life.

While we've been talking,

The performer has already stepped onto the wire,

Already made their first small step on the wire.

As we breathe in,

We understand that the person holding this long pole is professional.

They've done this many shows before you.

This rationalism is just as strong as the phantom thoughts you're having about worry,

Which is causing your anxiety.

We can rationalize and use logic to help quiet the mind of worry and anxiety.

The person has already made it to the wire,

Not so much as a bubble.

With every breath,

A small step forward,

And with every release,

More confidence.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Repeat the words.

Worrying is wasted.

Anxiety,

Release.

Anxiety,

Release.

Worry is wasted.

Breathe in.

As the person now is almost on the other side,

Waiting for their partner with arms outreached.

Small steps.

As we release the worry from our lives,

We release the anxiety from our lives.

As we seek balance in our mind,

In our spirit,

And in our daily actions,

Only control we have is our own mind to rationalize and utilize logic.

That there is no reason to worry about an event that has not occurred yet.

And release.

The event may never occur.

And the use of worry was a wasted emotion this entire time.

The anxiety that you feel was all in your mind.

Release these things.

They keep you from balance in your life.

Worry is wasted.

Anxiety is released.

Welcome balance.

As the partner grabs a hold of the hand and pulls you to the platform.

You can see yourself triumph over this.

You can put yourself in the place of that performer without a net.

Small steps.

Welcoming hands to the balance of your life.

With the worry behind you,

Anxiety released.

You can find peace in these moments.

Wonderful descriptions of the tightrope walkers. Also "worry is waste" is oh so true. I am a huge worker with anxiety as well. Thanks for your words.
