Good morning beautiful soul.
This is your moment.
This meditation is a gratitude meditation.
A way to start your morning grateful for all and everything and everyone in your life.
And you could do this meditation still lying in bed as you wake up or already up sitting somewhere in the comfort of your own home or outside in nature.
So wherever you choose to be find a comfortable position.
Make sure that you are at ease with the position you've chosen.
But then also even though we're looking for this stillness of the body know that you can switch your position and change even during the meditation should you not feel comfortable.
So as you arrive in your position allow your eyes to close gently and take a moment here to really feel this wave of relaxation that immediately flows through the body as you release your eyes to close.
And notice any sounds around you.
And then let those sounds go and arrive with your breath.
Notice and feel it flowing in and out in a slow steady calm rhythm.
And say thank you breath.
Thank you for flowing in and out for nourishing my body.
Thank you for keeping me alive.
Feel how the gratitude fills your heart,
Your entire being.
The gratitude for this life.
The energy of life that flows through your body at any moment.
And maybe with this gratitude you notice and you feel that you deepen your breath because you want to feel more of this life energy.
And if so then go for it.
If not then just allow the flow to continue as it does.
Continue feeling the energy of life flowing through your body,
Awakening your body.
And then bring up for yourself everything maybe for this day or just in general that you're going out to do and appreciate the things that you have and that you are able to do.
With this gratitude in your heart.
Thankful to get up and take a shower to have warm water.
Maybe your family,
The people you live with,
The place you're living in,
The breakfast,
Whatever it is,
The people that you're going to meet,
The job you're going to,
The nature.
Continue this list.
I'm just giving you a few examples.
As you get into this coming of people,
Places,
Things,
Notice and look for the detail,
For all the little details.
And continue just for a moment here.
I'm going to give you a little bit of silence to stay with it and what is in your life.
And then slowly come back to fully notice yourself and again the breath,
The energy of life flowing through your body.
Notice the worms maybe around your heart with all this loving energy of gratitude.
And maybe you're here with a big smile on your face for all and everything that you've just come up with.
And even though I'm sure you could continue here,
Bring yourself back for a moment to yourself and and bring gratitude to yourself.
Grateful for this body,
How it helps you to experience and interact and be with everything else.
Grateful for how you do things.
Grateful for who you are,
Who you're choosing to be today.
And with this heart full of gratitude,
Slowly come back to notice this,
The room you're in,
Your surroundings,
The noises again,
Sounds.
And add one moment of gratitude that you are part of all and everything,
All as one.
And very slowly,
When you feel ready,
You're going to come back and open your eyes and notice what's around you.
And if you like,
Take this intention of gratitude into your day.
And stop throughout the day and notice the things,
The people that possibly came up in this meditation now,
But for sure also so much more in your life that during this time here together you didn't even get to notice and come up with.
And whenever you do,
Just say a quiet thank you in your head.
Fill your heart with gratitude and just see what happens.
So come back,
Give yourself a little stretch if you like and start your day.
And start your day.
Go out and go live with this wonderful energy of gratitude.
