Find a safe,
Quiet place where you can get comfortable and take a deep breath in.
Exhale with a sigh.
It's time for an energetic reset.
As you breathe in,
Make the intention to connect with your highest self,
Your wisest and most compassionate self.
Exhale with a sigh as you begin to relax your body.
Find a rhythm to your breath.
Perhaps breathing in to the count of five,
Pausing for a count of five,
And breathing out for the count of five.
Find your own rhythm as you breathe in,
Pause,
And breathe out.
You're beginning to slow down now,
To feel more relaxed,
More calm,
More tranquil.
Continue to breathe rhythmically as you scan your body,
Releasing any tension as you go in your forehead and scalp,
Behind your eyes,
Relaxing your face and your jaw,
Perhaps opening your jaw slightly,
Allowing your jaw and tongue and throat to relax.
Continue your slow,
Rhythmic breathing as you relax all the little muscles in your neck,
Slowly turning your head from one side to the other,
Tilting your head down slightly to open up the back of your head and neck,
And allow the energy to flow there as you relax.
Relax your shoulders.
You might even want to shrug your shoulders up to your ears and then relax them back down.
Relaxation moving into the muscles of your chest,
Your upper back,
All the way down your spine,
And into your lower back,
Letting go.
You may want to shift slightly,
Stretching something that needs stretching as you relax.
Feel your attention drawn inward as you breathe into your belly,
Relaxing all of your vital organs.
Slow,
Rhythmic breathing.
You might want to put one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart as you breathe and relax.
You're feeling calmer,
Safer,
Protected in this space,
Sending that revitalizing breath down into your hips,
Your thighs,
Down your legs,
Relaxing behind your knees,
And all the way down to your feet and toes.
Breathing rhythmically in and out.
By choosing an energetic reset,
You are choosing to become more whole.
You're accessing the wisest,
Most loving,
And peaceful part of you.
You're choosing to grow and expand,
Increasing your capacity to live with more ease and more flow,
More often.
If there is any tension left in your body,
Breathe into those areas now,
Melting them away.
Slow,
Rhythmic breathing.
Now notice where your attention is and consciously bring your focus to your heart.
Right into the center of your chest.
Feel yourself moving your attention into your heart and ask that your heart open to receive the highest energy it is capable of receiving.
Breathe into your heart,
Opening to that energy now.
Pure love.
Feel your heart opening and expanding.
Feel a sense of love,
Compassion,
Wisdom,
And understanding.
Breathe deeply into your heart as you exhale,
Circulate that energy throughout your body.
Your heart is healing your emotions.
Your breath is circulating love through your body.
Allow yourself to enjoy this space you have created.
Allow yourself to feel good.
Become familiar with this feeling of peace and flow and harmony in your body.
Now picture yourself going through the rest of your day with a new level of peace in your body.
With love in your heart,
Imagine that you are radiating these feelings to everyone around you.
Your heart is like a sun radiating warmth and everyone around you is responding to the energy you are sending out.
Enter your day now.
Today you will be very aware of this feeling of flow in your life.
Say to yourself,
