She deepened her practice in Buddhist meditation learning from e.g. Sogyal Rinpoche, Jack Kornfield, and the Dalai Lama. She then studied positive psychology, coaching, meditation and mindfulness. She now teaches meditation 1-on-1, in groups and has created Joy Blossom, a meditation app in which she uses meditation to build appreciative and loving relationships with self, others and nature even during everyday activities.
