Begin here,
Where you have chosen a place to be comfortable,
To be still for a time,
To be warmed by the movement of your breath rising and falling gently,
Slowly.
Feel this as an integral part of you and of a place in which you may find comfort easily.
Your heart remains open to the blissful experience of this as you close your eyes,
Feeling the expansive nature of breath moving throughout you.
As you sit or lie in comfort,
Know that you may gently adjust your posture as you need,
Always finding greater comfort as you do so.
Here in the stillness and the quiet,
You are witness to your presence,
Breath,
Comfort.
Bring your focus directed inward to what you observe,
To what you are witness to in these sacred moments.
Come to the gentle and loving aspects of yourself,
Of your inner nature,
Of your heart.
These are what you witness as you begin to go even deeper into your heart center,
The witnessing of what is also here waiting for you.
Take deeper breaths for a time now as you feel the presence of your heart center.
Feel the energy here,
The softness,

In-breath,
Heart expanding,
Chest rising upwards and out,
Out-breath and the gentle movement,
The reminder of presence here,
Here in the space,
In the comfort of your heart.
Come to the gentle and loving aspects of yourself,
Of your inner nature,
Of your heart.
For a time,
Follow your in-breath.
Feel the energy of your heart.
Feel this energy expand outwards,
Opening wide.
As you exhale,
Feel the presence of this beautiful energy as it is a part of you.
Here and now.
With each in-breath,
You feel an expansion of energy in your heart center.
And the expansion,
The openness remains as you exhale so that it feels as though each breath opens your heart.
And it does.
And you feel the experience of this.
As you continue to breathe in the awareness of your heart now open,
You feel what it is like to witness your heart open to love and to breathe with it deliberately.
This is all that you need to do to be reminded of the joy and the presence of your heart open.
Notice with this what you feel.
What does it feel like to be expansive,
To witness your heart open to receiving?
What does it feel like to be open to?
To witnessing and to the having of this joy.
Be here for a time longer on your own,
Enjoying this.
Each in-breath opens you to witness yourself as open to love,
To giving and receiving love,
To the beautiful presence of your heart completely open,
In tune with all of life,
All of life's glorious moments,
All of what is your perfect nature as the energy of love.
This is all that you need to do to be reminded of the joy and the presence of your heart open.

When you are ready,
Allow yourself to contemplate the integrating of this experience into you,
Into your whole being,
