Hi,

My friend.

My name is Jacob and welcome to this 30 minute power nap.

This is a space to pause,

To rest,

And to refill your energy.

You don't need to do anything.

Just listen,

Breathe,

And let go.

I'll guide you out when it's time with a soft chime,

So you can return feeling clearer,

Lighter,

And refreshed for the rest of your day.

Now,

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Easy breath in through your nose,

And a long,

Soft breath out your mouth.

Let yourself settle a little more deeply now.

Feel the way the surface beneath you is holding you,

Steady,

Strong,

Effortless.

You don't need to hold yourself up anymore.

You can let your body begin to soften into gravity.

Start by letting go of your jaw.

Let it loosen,

The way it does when you're about to drift off to sleep.

Let your shoulders relax,

Letting them fall a little heavier toward the ground.

Feel your chest open gently,

And your belly soften without trying.

With every breath you take,

Imagine your body growing heavier.

Imagine the tension draining away from your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Feel your hips relax,

Letting go of anything they might have been carrying.

Feel the backs of your legs become heavier.

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

Like a slow melting wave of stillness spreading through you.

There's nothing you need to change about your breath.

Just notice it as it rises and falls.

Let each exhale be a soft sigh,

A release,

A little more letting go.

Imagine now that there's a warm,

Gentle breeze surrounding you,

Soft as silk.

It's carrying away anything you don't need to hold right now.

Every thought,

Every pressure,

Every worry,

They can drift off for a while,

Carried by the breeze.

You are safe to rest.

You are safe to let go.

Imagine a soft light above you,

Not too bright,

Not too sharp.

Just a soothing warm glow.

It pours down like sunlight through water,

Washing over your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

And then flowing down through your whole body.

You don't have to do anything.

Just allow this light to flow where it needs to.

Trust that your body knows how to rest.

Trust that your mind knows how to drift.

Breathe in softness.

Breathe out heaviness.

There's nowhere to be right now,

Nothing to figure out,

No right way to feel.

You are exactly where you need to be.

As you rest here,

Your body is quietly repairing itself.

Your energy is quietly rebuilding,

Like a river slowly filling its banks again after a long dry season.

You might notice moments where your thoughts drift.

That's completely okay.

It's all part of the process.

If you find yourself thinking,

Just gently come back to the feeling of your body resting,

To the sound of your breath,

To the comfort of being held here.

You are doing exactly what you need to.

You are giving yourself something important,

The gift of rest.

Let the stillness stretch a little deeper now.

Breathe in ease.

Breathe out everything else.

If your mind is busy,

You can imagine a clear blue sky.

Thoughts passing by like soft clouds.

Noticed,

But not chased.

Just drifting.

Coming and going without needing your attention.

Or,

You can imagine a quiet forest.

A place where the air feels fresh and cool.

Where the earth smells rich and alive.

And the trees stand tall and silent,

Breathing with you.

The more you let go,

The more your energy can quietly refill itself.

Like a well drawing water from deep underground.

You are restoring yourself.

You are returning to your center.

You don't have to force anything.

Even just resting,

Even just pausing is enough.

The world can wait.

Right now,

It's just you and this moment.

Nothing else matters.

Feel yourself sinking a little deeper still.

Supported.

Safe.

And gently preparing to rise again when it's time.

There's a quiet wisdom in resting.

A deep intelligence in pausing.

You're tapping into that now,

Just by being here.

Trust that everything you need will be waiting for you when you return.

And that you'll return to it lighter,

Steadier,

And more alive.

Rest here.

Float here.

Let yourself be here.

Until you hear the gentle chime calling you back.

You are doing exactly what you need to.

Everything else can wait.

Hey you,

Welcome back.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

And a long,

Easy breath out.

Start to gently bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel the ground beneath you.

The weight of your body supported fully and completely.

Maybe begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Roll your shoulders if it feels good.

Stretch if you like,

In any way that feels natural.

When you're ready,

Let your eyes softly blink open.

Or simply stay here a little longer if that's what you need.

Take your time.

Move gently.

And step back into your day whenever you're ready.
