Welcome to this audio meditation where we will be practicing anapanasati,

Mindfulness of breathing,

Delving into the depths of consciousness,

Paving the way to true peace and enlightenment.

To begin,

Take a moment to sit comfortably,

Close your eyes,

Allow your attention to shift to your breath,

To this eternal rhythm of life that permeates all of our existence.

Focus on each inhale and exhale,

Allowing them to be your guiding light in this moment.

Breathe slowly and deeply,

With each inhale filling yourself with fresh air,

And with each exhale releasing any tension and worry.

Try to remember your breath throughout the entire meditation.

Let us now become aware of our breath in this moment,

Without trying to change anything,

Without resorting to affirmations or self-suggestions.

Let's simply be here and now,

In the moment,

With our breath.

Through which nostril does the air pass?

Through the right,

Or through the left,

Or through both simultaneously?

If air passes through your left nostril,

You are simply observing that the air flows through the left nostril.

Similarly,

If it passes through your right nostril,

You are merely noting that the air is flowing through the right nostril.

If it passes through both nostrils,

You simply acknowledge that it passes through both.

This is how you cultivate awareness,

The awareness of being present.

Yoga is about transforming human karma,

All affirmations,

Self-suggestions.

They're akin to self-gratification.

Such practices can ultimately lead to a worse state.

They contribute nothing of substance.

We're simply trying to force something additional upon ourselves.

The more we attempt to impose,

The less it aligns with actuality.

And when this imposition collides with reality,

That's when life may spiral into despair.

This is why there's a high incidence of suicide among those who are overly optimistic.

The greater the number of illusions,

The more jarring the confrontation with reality becomes.

The more illusions,

The scarier the encounter with reality.

When a person has no illusions,

Hopes.

When consciousness is transparent.

A void arises between thoughts.

Then we arrive in God.

He has nothing to be disappointed about.

And he is happy because God is bhakti-bhagya.

Unconditional love for the state of consciousness.

When an individual is devoid of illusions and expectations.

When their consciousness is clear and a void emerges between thoughts.

That is when they encounter the divine.

There's nothing to be disillusioned by.

And there is contentment because the divine is bhakti-bhagya.

Unconditional love for the state of consciousness.

It is often mentioned that the divine essence takes on many forms.

For the devout,

It manifests as janana-agni,

The flame of wisdom.

While for the non-devout,

It appears as krodha-agni,

The flame of anger.

Or kama-agni,

The flame of desire.

In the modern era,

Individuals harbor these flames of anger,

Etc.

Within their hearts,

Falling prey to fear and confusion.

The practice of aragya is a trusted method to douse both kama and krodha.

Let your thoughts and emotions exist naturally without turning to deceptions or expectations.

In the quietude between thoughts,

In this clarity,

You discover the divine presence within.

It is said that the divine power assumes numerous forms.

In devotees,

It shines as nana-agni,

The fire of wisdom.

While in non-devotees,

It burns as krodha-agni,

The fire of anger.

Or kama-agni,

The fire of desire.

In today's world,

Man keeps this fire of anger,

Etc.

In his heart and becomes a victim of fear and delusion.

The practice of vairagya is a reliable way to extinguish both kama and krodha.

Allow your thoughts and feelings to be as they are,

Without resorting to illusions or hopes.

In this silence between thoughts,

In this transparency,

You find God within yourself.

Give yourself this world of the mind,

This peace that is independent of external circumstances.

Just be here and now,

With each inhale and each exhale.

Let's simply enjoy this moment,

With each inhale drawing closer to the truth of our existence.

Now,

In this silence,

We find peace and tranquility.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils.

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils.

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.

Success in yoga is not measured by the number of asanas,

But by the attainment of peace of mind.

We thank you for your presence in this meditation.

Gradually return to the surrounding world and try to remember your breath,

Even with your eyes open,

Maintaining calmness in your heart.
