Bua meditasi.

Practice this short meditation when you feel that your face is really fast you need to slowing down,

When you have a shaky moment or just panicking.

Just find the most comfortable positions.

To make you feel comfortable take a deep inhale through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Another inhale through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Another inhale through the nose and exhale completely through your mouth.

Just observe your natural breathing,

The in and out of your breathing.

Feeling your body relax from your face to your neck.

Release all the tensions in the above shoulders.

Releasing the tension in your hands,

The whole spine,

Your tailbone and both sitting bone.

Feeling that your heartbeat is getting slow,

You feel more slowing down and slowing down.

Releasing all the tension in your chest,

In your stomach,

Your hips and your leg.

And repeat this affirmation one sentence three times.

Feel that words can helping you to slowing down to just enjoy your moment.

I give myself permission to slow and calm down.

If you need it you can add one breath in and one breath out.
