Hi my friend,

Welcome to the end of your day.

Whether you believe it or not,

You did enough today.

Turn inward if that feels right to you by closing your eyes.

Use your breath to release the day,

Inhale,

Big sigh,

Let it go.

Allow your body to feel the release of the day.

Letting go of any tension in your forehead,

The space between your eyebrows.

Feel your eyes soften,

There's nothing for you to look at.

Relaxing your jaw,

Your entire face.

There's no expression you have to hold,

You don't need to speak.

Release your shoulders.

Feel the weight of the day,

Just lift.

Allow your arms,

Your hands to really soften.

Feeling heavy yet light at the same time.

Allow your lower body to sink into whatever's holding you.

You don't need to walk anywhere,

To move.

Feel your feet rooted down and be here.

Even if the day wasn't good,

There's still good in this day.

Or maybe today was wonderful.

Can you allow yourself to feel that joy,

That light?

You are worthy of the good days,

And if today was a not-so-good day,

May you know that bad days build better days,

And you've made it through the day.

Acknowledge all that you did,

But more importantly,

Acknowledge who you chose to be today.

And maybe this version of you today needs some more compassion and grace.

Can you wrap yourself up in this loving awareness and acceptance of whatever version you were today?

Follow your breath in.

Follow your breath out.

What is one thing you are proud of?

What is one thing you can celebrate?

What is something you can appreciate about yourself today?

How can you lift yourself up today?

And what are three things you are grateful for today?

Breathe into the gift of being here.

Know that tomorrow is on its way,

But in the meantime,

You are free to rest and be in this in-between.

If your heart could speak to you,

What would it whisper?

Allow yourself to sink even deeper into what's holding you.

Just let it go.

Release the day even more.

Notice if there are parts of the day that are still lingering.

Say goodbye.

Feel the day really drift into the past and sink deeper into this moment now,

Where you are free to feel peace,

Calm,

Grounded energy.

Notice how you feel now.

Saying thank you.

Thank you to this day.

Thank you heart.

Thank you body.

Thank you mind.

Carry this ease and compassion into your evening.

In the next inhale,

Find some movement,

Creating space in your body,

Exhale,

Soften even more.

Only when you're ready,

Blinking your eyes open,

Returning back into your space,

Take your sweet time and go slowly,

From my heart to yours.
