At this level,
It's not even an I,
If you realise.
Only the ego says,

I dislike.
There is a field behind,
A quiet silence behind which is observing this I,
I,
I,
I,
I go.
You now take that step and just be that quiet field.
It's very easy for you because you've had a glimpse of this.
Yeah,
It can just rest as the field.
Remember this field itself of knowingness becomes the mind.
There is no separate entity called the mind.
This only becomes the mind and the activity of the mind and becomes the body and this only rests back into itself and that's why body and mind go through sleep because this has withdrawn its energy from that.

So you know this process.
So again,
Just a reminder,
Don't beat yourself up when you make a mistake.
The slips are happening because of past habit patterns.
What can be done about the past habit patterns?
This body is created out of karma of the past habit patterns.
Suppose you had 500,
000 karmas assigned to this particular body.
This body itself is made up of 5,
500,
000 particular karmas and till they exhaust,
This body is going to continue.
When that last one,
The 500,
000th karma exhaust,
This body will die.
Body is equal to karma which means habit patterns are ingrained in this body.
Yes,
So they are going to come up.
Suppose you had a million habit patterns out of them,
500,
000 selected ones were born as this body and those karmic impressions keep running as habit patterns,
Previous habit patterns.
So even if Kalkesh 20 years ago behaved that way,
There might be a little difference but the main core of the habit pattern is still there.
It will kick in.
Yeah,
And Kalkesh will recognize,
Oh I am behaving the same with my mom like I did 20 years ago.
And then you can take that step back and prevent the new karmic or new effect being born out of another cause.
Yes,
But you can experience the feeling,
The urge to behave the same way with mom.
You see what I am saying?
So it is the same thing cycling back,
Cycling back and to cycle only till it's accelerated,
It goes off.
So these habit patterns will come up.
Yes,
Even for an enlightened person who is enlightened in the physical body,
The previous habit patterns come in the form of sensation,
In the form of a thought.
And then you recognize,
I am the knower of this perception,
I am the knower of this sensation.
I am not it and they lose power and they dissolve.
Got it?
So you have to have this firm determination.
Again and again I will slip,
That's fine.
Again and again I will come back without beating myself up.
And then it should be okay just to let go of things which doesn't really,
Everybody should rely on this side.
Yeah,
Letting go will start sprouting more and more and more and that's fine.
You have to make peace with the letting go.
That's good.
