When I was thinking,

I don't really know what to do.

But at that moment when I'm thinking,

I don't know that I'm thinking.

I'm just thinking.

Right now,

To formulate this sentence,

The thoughts are there.

Even right now,

Ickta is speaking,

Your mind is repeating what Ickta is saying.

Yes.

So that is the mind.

So when that mind is there,

A thought comes and goes.

Who knows that the thought is coming and going?

Go.

Ah.

It is what we are already.

It is not some mystical,

Magical,

Mythical thing which some big light is going to happen.

Nothing like that is going to happen.

What I want to do is I want to experience it more and more.

For that you have to make an effort.

With family,

With friends,

You have to be in the knower.

Is the knower knowing that I am looking at this person,

I am listening to this person,

The knower is there.

I'm going to open my mouth to speak right now.

So I'm formulating a thought,

The knower knows the thought.

Now see,

I'm speaking.

Is the knower still there?

Like that,

You have to keep experimenting.

Understood?

I was doing this all the week and what happens is I get lost and then I come back.

That's okay.

That is right.

That's okay.

That's because it's a habit pattern.

So many years habit pattern.

Now you are saying on one night I have to get over it.

No,

No,

No.

I just want to be sure that what I'm doing is right.

Correct.

If I keep doing this,

This is enough right?

Yes.

Okay.

Now if you keep doing this,

This is enough but you have to remember to do the third leg.

Knowing the knower is great but there is still duality.

I'm still seeing the world as objects.

Yes.

So I have to do the third leg.

The third leg is where the knower sees this person who's talking,

Walking in front of me.

And sees,

Do I really see a person?

Sensation.

Yeah.

For me it is either sensation or perception of sight.

You understand perception right?

Yeah.

I see it.

I see it.

For example.

Yes.

That is just perception of sight.

Yes.

There's perception of if he speaks,

Perception of sound.

Is perceiving different than knowing?

No.

It's happening at the same time.

There is no separation.

So perceiving is made up of a stuff called knowing or knowingness.

It is not different.

Okay.

Yeah.

So I am constantly just knowing my perception,

My sensation,

My thought and my feeling.

I never really know if there is a person out there.

I never really know if there is an object out there.

This is very intimidating.

Yes.

But I agree this is true.

But this is actually.

Because Advaita says pure experience.

I am not going to go on belief and I'm not going to go on hypothesis.

And I'm.

I will.

I will say I am experiencing the touch of some object.

Yes.

I just feel what I feel on my head.

I don't know about it.

I don't know about this.

The rest is an assumption.

Assumption.

Yeah.

40 people see this.

So we all agree that okay this is a crack pad.

Yeah.

But this is an assumption.

Correct.

So this is called?

Correct.

This is a crack pad for a baby when you're just born.

You had no idea this is a crack pad.

You didn't even understand.

He doesn't have a baby.

He doesn't know.

Correct.

He doesn't even know it's an object.

Exactly.

He doesn't know even if it's an object.

He just uses it anyway.

Correct.

So it is just a sensation and perception that he plays with,

That he enjoys,

That he experiences.

There is no sense of what this object is or is it an object or not.

He's just enjoying perception and sensation.

Correct.

That is pure Advaita.

Nothing else but pure experience.

What I really experience in this body-mind complex.

Ah… Ah… Ah… Ah… Ah… Ah…
