So On the path of Advaita,

They haven't suggested any purification processes for getting rid of raga and vishya.

It is left up to you to figure that out and purify yourself.

But if you are looking specifically for purifying yourself,

Then Buddha's path is probably which will work for you because it directly starts with this vow,

This vow,

This vow.

And we follow it so strictly in the Buddha retreat that months ahead of time that you would have to take those vows,

You would have to follow certain things,

Then only would you qualify for a retreat.

So those are only invite by invite only retreats.

And those are the processes that help you purify.

So if you are looking for specifically purification processes,

Those are underlined very well on the Buddha's path.

Not just by verbally saying okay from today onwards I am not going to be negative.

No,

You will end up being negative.

So your intellect needs a little more reasoning and a technique to support it what to do when the negative emotion or negative sensations arise.

So only Buddha's path has the specific purification techniques that you are talking about that you are looking for but on Ramana's path and on the Advaita path,

You figure it out yourself.

It's like that.

The purification is a continuous process.

You have to keep working on yourself.

That's why lots of people do get lost.

They don't know how to purify themselves.

Yeah,

So that also it's up to you really what works for you.

You can taste this,

Taste that,

Taste that and then you decide what works for you.

Yeah,

But specifically for remaining in awareness,

You will have to work on your laga's and dvesha's.

There is no shortcut out of it.

Because you yourself are saying that you've experienced that you lose that awareness.

Why do you lose it?

Because of your own negativity.

Now it is not very intelligent to beat yourself up and say,

Oh,

I am bad.

I am bad.

See because of me this happened.

Buddha teaches compassion.

So that is the first thing,

The first requirement being compassionate with your own self,

Not beating yourself up for whatever negativities happen and then moving ahead and using the purification,

Whatever vows and techniques,

Purifying yourself and getting there.

All the paths lead to the same thing.

It's up to you what works for you and what you want to do.

God Bless!
