When you recognize that there is a part of you already existing in you that is detached,

That does not care,

That part of you exists where you are totally detached.

Look for it.

It is there within.

You have a part of you that is unconcerned in every situation.

Every situation there is a little bit of you.

Recognize that,

That unconcerned center.

It is your center.

It is untouched.

In that,

There is no craving,

There is no aversion.

In that,

There is no reaction.

Reaction only belongs to the mind.

If you remain established here,

Even if the mind reacts,

It reacts.

It reacted.

I witnessed it.

I am not going to give any more energy to it.

What will happen when I don't give it energy?

It fizzles out.

Watch it.

Slowly as you go,

Even this little bit of reaction that the mind did unnecessarily created drama.

This will stop.

It is creating because I fed the story in the past.

That story has strengthened it,

No?

Now I have to weaken it.

And how do I weaken it?

By crumbling its foundation.

Its foundation is the story.

Don't feed into the story.

I am like this.

I am like that.

I am not supposed to do this.

I am supposed to do this.

I am a wife.

I am a husband.

I am a patni vrata.

I am a pativrata.

Blah blah blah blah blah.

Lots of blah blah in your head.

You recognize that.

Very honestly acknowledge this is what I keep doing.

Withdraw from the story creation.

Because that is what is creating my universe.

That is manifesting this in front of me.

Do it with small chats.

You want very simple examples,

A chat with a friend.

So you do it and see now.

Oh really I create stories and it is the mind creating stories because of another assumption that I am supposed to act like this.

I am supposed to react like this.

In this role of husband or wife or father or child I am supposed to do this.

I have conditioned myself.

Unconditioned.

Unconditioned.

Unconditioned.

Unconditioned.

That's all we have to do.

Withdraw from that false story.

It's false.

It's a mithya.

It's not real.

Very clearly you will be able to start seeing how I and this universe is one.

I am creating it.

And every night it shuts down.

It shuts off.

Every night it shuts off.

Every morning it comes up again.

What is Dharma?

What is Dharma?

First of all you were just by hearted some big philosophical words and you think you understand it.

What is Dharma?

Dharma means my own nature.

You don't know your own nature.

My own nature is that pure silence,

That witnessing.

That is who I am.

That is the only thing that needs to be found.

Your great Hindu Dharma and Muslim Dharma and this Isai Dharma and that is not Dharma.

Wrong understanding.

That created a divide in society.

It created a divide in caste systems.

It is creating divide today.

My Guru,

Your Guru,

My organisation,

Your organisation,

My spirituality.

I am the greater person because I am spiritual in the house and you are a mere mortal.

You are not spiritual.

Divide.

Everywhere there is divide created.

Drop the divide.

Recognise that your true nature is the pure witnessing and so is everybody the same field of witnessing.

There are no others.

There are no others.

When you reach here,

You have established in Dharma.

Start with simple thing.

Early in the morning when you wake up,

Did you first have the recognition of I am the body or not?

You did not.

At first there was the mind racing with the thoughts.

The mind was born.

Then the body is born and then you open your eyes and the world is born.

Every night you close your eyes,

The world dies first.

Then the body dies.

Then the mind dies.

You go into your pure nature.

Every single day this is repeating.

First explore this truth.

From here you will get everything else.

Every answer.

If you miss this,

You miss it all.

If you get this,

You get it all.

You have created your universe.

Past karma is going to come my way.

What I can do is just not create any more future.

There is nothing that can erase the past seeds.

Yes,

I am learning to not react to the past seeds when they sprout.

That is the only thing I can do.

So the past seed could have been sown in the past lifetime and is ready to sprout tomorrow morning.

But today I have learnt to be in the pure witness.

So when it sprouts,

I do not react.

So simple.

When I do not react,

I am not fueling this situation.

What will happen?

It will wither away and no drama created.

So that is the only way that the past seed will wither away or the past karma can be erased.

No other way.

You will have to do it in the now because there is only the now.

Past does not exist.

Past and future again are created conditionings of the mind.

They only exist in the realm of the mind.

In the pure witness,

There is no time.

This is already covered in Advaita level 1.

Please re-watch the videos on time and space.

It's not higher.

Buddha's path and Advaita path have the same direction.

They are just coming from the right side and the left side and they merge at the same point.

They take you to the same.

Shunyata is equal to Purnata.

There is no difference.

If you have studied the Madhyamika or the Shunyavad of Nagarjuna,

He explains Shunyata very clearly and the way he approaches Shunyata,

Which we do in our Buddha retreats also,

We approach Shunyata through the samadhis that we go through.

When you approach Shunyata that way,

You reach exactly the same description that Advaita has about Turiya.

The Turiya in Advaita,

The fourth,

Waking,

Dreaming and deep sleep are three states.

Their substratum or on what they are,

That is the witness,

The Brahman,

The Turiya that is there in this waking state right now,

That is in the dreaming state and it is in the deep sleep state,

The fourth,

The Turiya.

That is equal to Shunya.

You cannot describe it.

You cannot call it a being.

You cannot call it a non-being.

You cannot say it is.

You cannot say it is not.

You cannot say it is both.

It is and it is not.

You can't say that also.

And you cannot say neither is it or nor it is not.

The four ways of contradicting things,

It is beyond all of that.

It is Shunya.

It is Shunya.

So,

Shunya and Turiya is exactly the same.

Again,

Divide.

The Hindus did not want to give their,

The credit to the Buddhists.

Divide,

Divide,

Drop the divide,

Go beyond the divide.

If you are really interested,

Study.

You will find the truth.

Meditate.

Do the Samadhis that are taught in the Buddha retreats.

Do the Jhanas.

You will get there.

No point sitting and just talking and creating more divide out of little half-baked information.

They are just different ways of explaining exactly the same thing.

It is just that Advaita says get there right now.

Understand it right now.

But some people are not so ripe.

They are raw.

So they need then the step by step Buddha's meditation paths which takes them there and then they see it and they are like,

Oh!

This is so clear.

Then nobody can take it from you.

Buddha Himself comes and says,

No this is not the path.

They will say,

Buddha you are wrong.

Because now they have attained it through Samadhi.

In fact,

Ramakrishna Paramahansa,

Known for Advaita Vedanta,

Has said,

Samadhi na hole thik thik hoena.

Bengali this is.

Means,

Until you do not attain it in Samadhi,

It does not really get established.

The penny doesn't drop.

The moment you get established there,

Then you are like,

Oh!

It was so clear.

It was so clear from the beginning.

So it's just Buddha's path is the slow path for the not so ripe people and the absolutely ripe people get their zoot through Advaita.

Same same.

You are the subject.

You have to recognise.

In fact,

Go beyond.

There is no subject and there is no object.

It is a field.

It is a field and this understanding can come only if you really start doing self exploration.

Don't believe Ekta blindly.

Start doing self exploration.

Recognise there is somebody watching you.

Look through those eyes at Ekta.

Even watching the mind say yes and no.

That is behind the mind.

It is the witness.

It is right there.

Right now.

Doesn't need to be manufactured or created.

It was always there.

Your dream state is nothing but projection because of my collected Karma samskaras and my Karma samskaras are nothing else but my memory.

My memory box is a collection of the impressions in my own mind and those are projected out as a dream.

You already took this example yesterday.

Chakubar example.

Intense meditation.

Ramana says no meditation,

No activity.

Intense meditation is just being.

Be in that knowingness,

In that witness.

You are that.

At the most we can do contemplation.

The volunteers can put on a meditation where these same words are repeated which helps you to just go to the witness.

Again it is not a meditation.

It is contemplation.

Recognising who I am.

That's it.

Just be there.

Whatever impression you want to strengthen,

You can strengthen by your imagination.

Whatever impression you want to get rid of,

You can get rid of by recognising you are the witness and you are always untouched.

It totally depends on you.

Whether you want to continue with your dreaming or you want to recognise who you are.

And it's okay.

Please be compassionate.

Right now the deliciousness of this world might be at its peak in your life.

You might be in the honeymoon phase of samsara.

Obviously you will find it very difficult to break out of the honeymoon phase and it's fine.

It's okay.

Be compassionate with yourself.

When you come to the old age of the samsara,

Probably then is your time and we will get there.

This knowledge is there.

Advaita is not going anywhere.

Ramana is not going anywhere.

But once you've tasted it,

There is no going back.

You cannot step back even one.

One step also you cannot take back.

Now that you've heard it,

Now you are caught up.

Now there is only one way and whether you take daily steps to go there,

You crawl to go there or you run or you just take a rocket.

Totally depends on how ready you are to drop the deliciousness of the samsara and just be.

Just be.

Whatever is bound to come to this body-mind complex in this whatever 60,

70,

80,

90 years of your life will come.

Even if you get enlightened at 40.

From 40 to your 80 or 90,

You will still continue in the body but now you will continue as the witness.

So nothing touches you.

Initially even if it touches you,

It's like a ripple on water.

How long does a ripple remain on water?

It comes and it goes like that.

And slowly,

Slowly it stops touching you.

It stops bothering you.

Not that you will have a different magical world around you.

No,

No.

Same world is going to continue.

Same wife,

Same husband.

No exchange program,

Okay?

Nothing is going to change.

Everything is going to remain as it is.

You will stop identifying with the wrong body-mind intellect ego and you will know who you are.

The label,

I will shift from the wrong place to the right place.

That's all that happens at enlightenment.

Nothing magical about it.

Nothing mystical about it.

Not restricted to VIPs.

Not restricted to saints.

Not restricted to people who have some special powers.

No.

All stories.

Very simple.

It is very straightforward.

People who couldn't understand it for them,

They said,

Okay,

You do idol worship.

Then you start looking at the God is within.

People forgot.

The Sanskrit shlokas even today say,

I am bringing this God out in front of me.

I am putting him in this idol of Krishna or Jesus or this book.

And then I am worshipping that idol and feeling grateful to that idol and now at the end of the puja,

I am putting the idol back in.

Putting my God back in.

That is the true meaning of worship.

People forgot all this.

People got stuck in that idol outside and said,

My Krishna is better than your Jesus and your Allah.

And then they started fighting with each other.

The meaning was lost.

Do you see that?

This is just an example.

So everything that you do,

The mantras,

Techniques were given to people who could not understand this.

They just could not grasp it.

They were so lost in maya that this seemed like unfathomable territory for them.

That is why a substitute was given to them.

Okay,

For some time,

At least calm your mind down.

And we all went through those stages.

Fantastic.

You went through those stages,

But now graduate.

Don't hold on to those stages.

Recognize the true symbolism.

God is here.

Guru is here.

Self is here.

I am the pure witness.

And you are home.

It's that simple.
