Ancient divine wisdom teaches us that the relationship between the soul and the source of all,
Her beloved,
Is one that can be compared to that of a woman and her husband.
King Solomon spoke of this relationship in his Song of Songs,
The holiest book in the entire Torah.
It is in this book that Solomon spoke of the Shekhinah,
The soul that glowed within him,
When he declared,
Ani L'Dodi V'Dodi Li,
I am to my beloved and my beloved is to me.
This word,
Dodi,
Has within it a deep holy secret,
One that can be explored and experienced in meditation.
Today,
We will attempt to reach this deep level of divine connection,
Where the soul realizes its identity as part of the Shekhinah herself,
Thereby uniting herself with the source of all.
Please note that today's meditation involves some of the deepest divine concepts of ancient Jewish wisdom.
As such,
Please find a clean,
Quiet place where you can sit or lay down.
Leave all your anxieties,
Fears,
Pain and stress behind and fully allow your soul to take over.
You are in the safest of hands.
The infinite source guards over you at this moment,
Waiting for you to connect to the source of your soul.
Today,
We will attempt to experience the deepest yearnings of the soul as it reaches out to her beloved,
The Creator of all.
Please remember that there are no rights or wrongs during today's meditation.
Your soul's connection to the divine is unique in the entire universe and beyond,
And your soul understands its connection to its source and knows how to connect to it.
Allow your soul to be your guide.
It yearns for this connection and waits for it every day,
Hoping for unification with the infinite.
Let us begin.
Slowly close your eyes and begin breathing deeply,
Evenly,
Allowing your body to relax and your mind to calm and slow down.
As you breathe in,
Focus on the air entering your lungs and allow the air to connect with every cell in your body,
Supplying them with divine life,
Thereby relaxing and rejuvenating your entire body.
And as you exhale,
Remove from your consciousness any negative energy,
Such as anxiety,
Pain,
Fear or stress.
Allow the slow rhythm of your breathing to further relax you,
Both your body and your mind,
And as you do so,
Slowly allow your soul to come to the forefront of your consciousness.
It is your soul that this meditation is for,
And as your body and physical existence fades more and more into the background,
Make your soul the main focus of your mind,
Along with its connection to the divine.
Hello.
Your mind is the window into your soul.
What happens in your mind happens in your soul.
Because your soul is the source of the life that feeds your mind with light and life at every moment.
Take a deep breath and slowly begin clearing your mind.
This window into your soul.
Clear it of all thought slowly until the entire scope of your mind is a still void of nothingness.
Continue meditating this way for a short while.
In the middle of your mind's eye,
You begin to see the emergence of two letters,
HEY,
Appearing out of the void of your mind.
One on each side,
They slowly continue to grow,
Each letter radiating in deep black fire,
Glowing against the white parchment of your mind.
As they fill the entire scope of your mind,
You see the first letter HEY in the right side of your mind's eye begin to change the shades of the depths of the black fire within it.
In a divine show of radiating light,
The outlines of two new letters begin to form out of the HEY,
And as these outlines continue to become more pronounced,
You see the HEY finally open up,
Revealing the two hidden letters that were contained within it.
The HEY reveals that it was made of a Dalit and a VAV,
And as these two letters emerge,
You see the Dalit move to the right and the VAV to the left.
Meditate on these two letters and allow them to fill your mind and soul.

As these two new letters fill your mind's eye,
You begin to experience an influx of divine light emanating from the Dalit.
It expands from this letter in waves of spiritual light,
And as it reaches you,
You feel the light flow into you from within the very core of the Dalit,
And from there into every cell within you.
It rapidly expands throughout your body,
And as this light fills the last of the trillions of cells within you,
You begin to understand and experience the essence of this Dalit throughout your physical body.
It is an empty vessel,
Devoid of divine life,
Represented by the vast,
Complex biology that is your body,
Full of potential,
Yet dark and cold,
Without the spiritual energy that gives it life.
Each cell in your body is a Dalit,
An empty vessel for the divine.
As your meditation on this truth deepens,
You begin to behold the VAV before you,
Towering in all its majestic height,
Begin to radiate with brilliant light.
It approaches you,
Surrounds you,
And as you breathe in deeply,
You feel it flow into your soul and body,
And from there into every cell,
Filling each Dalit within you with its light.
As these two separate entities fuse together within the very DNA of each cell,
You see the two letters Dalit and VAV before you,
Once again appear in the same black fire before you,
Radiating against the fiery parchment of your mind.
Your physical existence,
United with the life of the infinite source,
The unity that keeps you alive at every moment.
