This meditation is designed specifically to help you feel grounded,
Centered and at peace.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
Nothing else you need to be doing that's more important than attending to your self-care in this very moment.
Inhaling through your nostrils,
Bring the air deep,
Deep down into your belly.
Filling the belly like a balloon.
Slowly exhale through the mouth until all the air is out.
Repeat the second and third time.
Inhale through the nostrils,
Filling the belly.
Slowly exhale all the air out of the mouth.
Whether you're lying on the floor or sitting with your feet on the ground.
I want you to become aware of the place of contact between yourself and the ground under you.
Get a sense of feeling supported,
Held by the earth under you.
A constant,
Reassuring,
Supportive presence of the earth.
Now I want you to imagine at the bottom of the soles of your feet shoot tendrils of white light coming up through the earth and into the soles of your feet.
If you're lying down,
Imagine this light entering in via your heel.
And as you gently inhale,
Imagine this light travels further and further up your body from your feet to your lower legs,
Through your knees,
Your thighs,
Buttocks,
Hip bone.
Through your stomach,
The white light nourishing your organs,
Your rib cage,
Your chest,
Lower back,
Upper back,
Your spine.
Into your shoulder blades,
Your shoulders,
Collar bone,
In your hands,
Your thumbs,
Your fingers,
The back of your hands,
The palms of your hands.
See that nourishing,
Energizing white light coming up your forearms,
Over the inside of your elbows,
Your upper arms,
All the way up to your neck.
The white light comes over your jaw,
On your chin,
Cheekbones,
Ears,
Outer ear and inner ear.
Over your eyes,
Your eyelids,
Over your nose and up to your forehead.
Over the top of your scalp,
In the back of the head,
Your whole body full of this white nourishing light.
Feel your spine straighten with a gentle pull of this white empowering light.
Gently curl the edges of your mouth up into a soft smile.
Notice how calm,
Relaxed,
Nourished you feel right now.
Allow yourself to bathe in this peace a moment more.
This divine white light is always there for you to tap into.
When you're feeling ungrounded and you're feeling lost,
Let this white light connect you to the Mother Earth.
Let yourself be held,
Nourished,
Supported.
In this moment of peace,
Realize how safe and secure you feel within yourself.
This is the real you.
This peace is you.
This divine white light is you.
This is your authentic self.
This strong,
Nourished,
Supported self.
This is your authentic self.
Feel yourself energized by this meditation.
Feel yourself supported by this meditation.
Know that you can always access this meditation to be transported back to your authentic self.
Whenever you feel you've become ungrounded,
Or unscented,
Or out of balance.
Now set an intention of what you would like to achieve with this knowing of your authentic self,
Of this divine light and power.
How are you going to use this insight to create a more positive outcome for yourself,
For those around you,
And for the world at large?
With your intention set,
Take three deep breaths as you did at the start of the practice and integrate this intention.
With every breath,
Let it integrate into your entire being.
Believe in the power of your intention.
You and only you are the creator of your destiny.
You and only you can manifest the present and future that you perceive as important and imperative to your optimum well-being.
You are the divine master.
You are the divine creator.
On your last exhalation,
Gently wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and slowly open your eyes.
Now take this peace,
This relaxation,
This nurturing power back into your reality.
Use this light to carry you forward.
Believe in yourself as I believe in you.
You are the master of your destiny.
Go forth and create the reality that your heart so yearns for.
