Welcome to the Heart Workers meditation journey.

Sit comfortably in a quiet space.

Take some time to settle.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your mouth with an audible sound.

One more time,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your mouth.

And one last time,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your mouth.

Come back now to a normal breath and enter in a frequency of love.

Imagine your body as a container ready to receive love and compassion for yourself and others at any time.

Imagine now yourself speaking your truth at any moment.

You have a voice and we need your voice.

Don't hide.

It might sound intimidating at first,

But we all have a voice needed in this world.

Question yourself now.

What is your relationship with communication?

Where are you encouraged as a child to express yourself?

Where are you hurt?

Are you scared to express your opinion?

A tip to start finding and embracing your voice is to share your own life experiences in your own words,

With your own energy.

It will translate authenticity,

Relatability and you will inspire others to take action too for themselves.

By doing so,

You will naturally surround yourself with your own tribe.

And you won't be guided by insecurity and fears anymore.

Nothing is more powerful and liberating than the freedom to express our own truth.

So let's take the opportunity of what is happening in this world right now to become new human beings.

We are pushed to become new beings with a higher consciousness.

It is not easy.

So let's start by observing ourselves,

Identifying our patterns,

Loving our vulnerabilities and taking this chance to grow and develop empathy even more.

Empathy is when we feel and understand others,

When we are them and we can literally put ourselves in their own shoes.

Using your voice to transform positively this world is a chance for you to do you,

To find your purpose.

Come into the light.

This world is in a survival mode.

It needs all identities.

It needs all lights,

All voices to be saved and rebuilt.

Now let's repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.

I have a voice needed in this world.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

You can turn your attention to your breath or simply relax into the quiet.

Calmly look at it and with equal ease try to revisit today's affirmation as often as possible.
