Language can be incredibly powerful.

There are so many different ways that we can use it to help us in life.

If we are speaking words of possibility or opportunity compared to words of limitation,

They can create a huge impact on how we feel at many different levels emotionally,

Mentally,

Physically,

Energetically.

What do you notice when you say to yourself,

I can't do it.

I can't do it.

Or simply,

I can't.

How does that impact you?

And what do you notice when you say to yourself,

I can do it.

I can do it.

Or simply,

I can.

What's the difference there?

You see,

Every word holds a vibration.

We know,

Thanks to quantum physics,

Through many different studies and modalities and science and metaphysical practices,

That everything holds a frequency.

This includes the words that we speak and the words that we write and the words that we think.

This is one of the reasons why I personally always write the emails directly myself.

I don't use AI to write my content because there's a very different vibration compared to computer-generated content versus what is spoken from the heart and soul.

Now,

In terms of creating a new habit or creating change in your life,

How you talk about that can really create a huge impact.

There's a huge difference between I'm trying to go to bed early or I'm trying to meditate versus I am going to go to bed early or I choose to go to bed early.

And what I've noticed that works really well is talking about things as if it's part of our identity.

Talking about things as if we are that already.

For example,

I'm trying not to scroll on my phone versus I don't scroll.

The phrase I don't scroll is more clear and decisive.

The phrase I don't scroll comes from the identity level,

Not just the wishful hoping.

So,

Get curious.

Is there something you like to change in your life?

To cultivate a new habit,

For example?

And how do you talk about that to yourself and others?

What language are you using?

How can you shift that language to make it more clear and decisive that you are creating a change now and that the old habit,

That which you wish to let go of,

Is no longer part of your life.

It's part of the old you,

The old you that used to do that.

So,

Now you choose differently because you do things differently.

That old habit is a thing of the past,

The thing that you no longer do.

So,

What words and phrases can affirm to yourself of what you choose now?

What habits you cultivate as part of your identity now?

Who are you now?

Who do you choose to be now?

For example,

If you wish to bring in more regular exercise into your daily life,

Someone who does that,

What would they believe?

How would they talk about it?

What would they affirm to themselves as they carry out that exercise?

And as they go about their day,

Integrating them.

Or perhaps you wish to cultivate healthier eating habits.

Imagine you have that now.

You eat intuitively in alignment with yourself and your body.

You listen to the needs of your body,

Choosing nourishing foods that bring strength and vitality.

What new beliefs and thoughts do you have that bring these new habits into reality?

Language is powerful.

And becoming aware of this and using this to our advantage,

We can help make that shift.

We can help create change.

We can make it a whole lot easier.

So,

What new beliefs do you choose?

Have fun with this.

Affirm to yourself of who you are and what you choose.

Have that as an affirmation.

Stick that on a post-it note.

Place it as a reminder on your phone.

Do what you need to do to integrate that into your daily life.

I choose this or I no longer do that.

State it as if it's part of your identity.

Release the words I'm trying and focus on I choose or I am or I can.

Use language to your advantage to help you create the shift that you desire.
