Breathwork Meditation - SOMA Limitless - Enhanced Pranayama With Music
This is a guided breath-work with spoken words by David Florence, music using isochronic tones (similar to Binaural Beats), and some Rudyard Kipling for inspiration. It is intended for those practiced in Pranayama, Wim Hof Method, or SOMA Breath. You may like to follow my journey to enhance my life physically and mentally. Background music by NIraj Naik of SOMA Breath
Transcript
Welcome to today's daily dose.
Limitless version.
Soma breathwork.
With me,
David Florence.
Bringing you an evolutionary feel as well as the words by Rudyard Kipling.
What I'd like you to do now is find a place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit comfortably with your back straight.
Or lie down on your back without any tension.
It doesn't matter either way.
Be aware of the sounds in the background.
Those isochronic tones that will tap into your brain waves.
Preparing you for the day,
For the challenges,
For the events.
And as you become aware of the sensations moving through your body that feel good right now.
Notice as you bring your awareness to those sensations.
Those beautiful sounds in the background.
Those good sensations also become amplified.
Now become aware of your breath as you breathe in and out.
The next inhale,
Breathe in all the way.
Hold,
Squeeze the muscles and gently let go with the suck.
That's good.
And again.
All the way.
Hold.
Squeeze the muscles.
Gently let go with the suck.
This will be a 4-8 rhythm breath work.
Meaning 4 seconds inhale,
8 seconds exhale.
Be prepared in the second round for a change of rhythm.
I'd like you to close your eyes and take heed of the following words.
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you.
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you or make allowance for their doubting too.
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting or being lied about,
Don't deal in lies.
Or being hated,
Don't give way to hating.
And yet,
Don't look too good nor talk too wise.
If you can dream and not make dreams your master.
If you can think and not make thoughts your aim.
If you can meet with triumph and disaster and treat those two imposters just the same.
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools.
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken and stoop and build them up with worn out tools.
If you can make one heap of all your winnings and risk it on one turn and pitch and toss and lose.
Start again at your beginnings and never breathe a word about your loss.
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew to serve your turn long after they are gone.
So hold on when there is nothing in you except the will which says to them,
Hold on.
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue.
Or walk with kings and nor lose the common touch.
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you.
If all men count with you but none too much.
If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds worth of distance run.
Yours is the earth and everything that's in it.
Which is all.
The man,
My son.
Get ready.
As you breathe in.
In.
Two.
Three.
Four.
And out.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
And in.
Two.
Three.
Four.
And out.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
And in.
Two.
Three.
Four.
And out.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
And in.
Two.
Three.
Four.
And out.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
That's including your horses.
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
That's good,
Give it up.
As you breathe in and out,
Make sure you're filling the entire capacity of your box with your arms.
Breathing in deeply into your roots.
Your belly,
Your chest,
Making a circular motion around your head as though you're cycling a kind of energy,
A kind of electrical current.
That's good,
Here we go.
At the moment,
I ask you to exhale all the way into the breath retention phase.
Keep it going.
Out.
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Get ready for the breath retention phase.
Here we go.
In,
All the way.
Hold.
Squeeze your muscles.
Gently let go to the side.
Hold your breath.
As you press your pause on your breath,
Think of this as pressing pause on your life and enjoy this meditative phase.
Now I want you to think about the following words.
What do I really want out of today?
What does it feel like?
Embody those feelings of achieving it,
Of having it.
Continue to enjoy the breath hold phase.
But remember,
This is not a competition.
So at any point when you feel the need to inhale,
Just suppress that first urge.
But then if you like,
Take a short inhale,
Then exhale.
Hold.
And when you're ready,
Take a deep inhale all the way.
Hold.
Squeeze the mulabandha.
So squeeze the perineum muscles,
The same muscles that you use to hold your urine.
And imagine a ball of light rising up your spine,
Your straight back.
And this light of energy entering your midbrain.
Now again,
Don't force this.
Hold your breath for as long as feels comfortable.
And when you're ready to exhale,
Again do so with a sigh.
Ahhhhhhh.
Now we're moving now to the second round.
We begin with a 4-4 breathing pattern.
Meaning four seconds in,
Four seconds out.
Allow this music to inspire.
Bear with all your mind.
Enjoyment of breathing to and with.
Enjoying sensations you have running round your body.
Get ready.
And in two,
Out.
And in three,
Out.
And in four,
Out.
And in two,
Out.
And in two,
Out.
And in two,
Out.
And in three,
Out.
That's good.
Keep it going.
Remember,
As you breathe in and out,
You're feeling the filling of the entire capacity.
Breathing in a rhythm.
A circular rhythm around your body,
Around your head.
No force.
Breathing in deep in the roots,
In the belly.
Here we go.
That's good.
Be prepared to change of rhythm,
Change of pace.
The music builds,
Creates an energy inside.
Keep it going.
Are you ready?
Here we go.
That's good.
Keep building.
Building up that energy.
Keep going.
Keep going.
Keep building.
Building up that energy.
That's good.
Keep building.
That life force energy.
Enjoy the sensations.
Keep going.
Breathe in all the way now.
Breathe in all the way.
Hold.
Squeeze the muscles.
And gently let go with a sigh.
Hold.
You're in the tension phase.
Your body is now energized.
Be aware of the sensations moving around your body.
It feels good.
To bring you back to those words again,
Who am I?
What do I really want?
What does it feel like to have those things?
To achieve those things?
As the isochronic tones now help set your brain in the right state to take on the day again.
What do I want?
What does it feel like to have it?
Keep holding that breath.
Remember,
It's not a competition.
Either continue past my words,
Or whenever you're ready,
Whenever you get that first urge to breathe in,
Try to suppress the first urge.
Then take a short inhale-exhale.
Hold.
Whenever you're ready to take a deep inhale,
Do so fairly.
Hold.
Now squeeze the perineum muscle,
The mollibundas.
As you squeeze,
Imagine a ball of light rising up your spine.
A ball of energy.
Keep holding your breath.
Keep squeezing those muscles.
It's good.
Remember,
This part is not a competition.
So hold as long as it feels comfortable,
Enjoyable.
When you're ready to let go,
Do so by exhaling with a sigh.
Ah.
As you sit or lay down,
Enjoy the feelings that are embodying you right now.
You're prepared now for the day,
For whatever events or challenges come your way.
And remember,
Yours is the earth and everything that's in it.
And enjoy.

It is truly amazing, but the only issue is the Musician. The beginning is too loud and you cannot hear what david is saying. Xx

Super dope breath work meditation! I’ve been using Dr Joe Dispenza’s methods because I know the quantum Universe is where it’s (literally everything 😍😁😍) at, and your meditation help me achieve exactly what I wanted to do this morning! I was inspired to use it, so I followed that inspiration and BOOM! This was the one that really assimilated the process for me. (Crazy because that word assimilated just popped into my mind as well and I had to look it up just to be sure that’s what I wanted to say and it’s actually the perfect word 😂😂😂) Wonderful things are beginning to happen in my world, and thank you so much for this practice. I’ll definitely be using it and sharing it!
