Slowly bring yourself into being present to this practice.

Start checking in with the body.

Become aware of how the body is feeling where you're resting in this moment.

Are there any areas of the body that need to shift to become more comfortable?

Take a deep breath in and breathe into these areas of the body to become more relaxed and settle into the practice.

Become aware of the connection points between your body and where you are seated or laying down.

Ideally,

You should sit up straight,

But if this practice in this moment is better for you lying down,

That's okay too.

Become aware of the connection points beneath your feet,

Where you're seated,

Where your legs are touching the surface beneath you and the surface behind you.

Allow your body to rest into these connection points and to receive this sense of groundedness that is here.

Take a deep breath in and focus into the groundedness.

Stay present.

Starting to check in with each area of the body,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out as you check into each area.

Bring your awareness to your toes and feet.

Breathe into them and let them relax.

Bring your awareness to your shins,

Your knees,

Calves.

Maintain a natural easy breath.

Stay present.

Just focus into relaxing these areas of the body.

Bring your attention to the thighs.

Relax in as you keep breathing slowly.

Stay present.

Move this wave of relaxation up into the pelvic area and the belly.

Become aware of the breath as it moves in and out of your belly.

Stay present.

Check in with your lower back.

Breathe into it to relax and up into the rib cage and chest.

Keep a steady,

Easy breath in and out.

Stay present.

Move the wave of relaxation up into your upper torso.

Breathe in as you move the wave of relaxation up to your shoulders and neck.

Relax the jaw.

Relax the face.

Relax the forehead.

Slowly smile to bring joy into your practice.

Maintain a slow and easy breath and stay present.

Now bring your attention to how the mind is feeling as you settle into the practice.

Settle the mind.

Start getting the mind open to being quiet,

Receptive,

And present.

Take a deep breath in to set the intention of having a clear and present mind.

Now bring your attention to how the heart is feeling as you settle into the practice.

Get present on opening your heart to receiving.

Take a deep breath in to set the intention of having an open heart.

Stay present.

Now bring your attention to the inner body.

Get present on opening the inner body to being calm,

Secure,

And receptive.

Take a deep breath in and set the intention of having a settled and relaxed inner body.

Acknowledge your inner spirit at this time.

Thank your inner spirit for being present with you here now during this practice.

Remember that whatever is here is here in this moment.

We just want to become aware and allow ourselves to become present and open to receiving.

Stay present.

Now through the breath,

You can bring a wave of energy up through your body.

This will open up your body and your brain to receive the effects of this practice.

Stay present.

Take a deep breath in as you imagine drawing energy up from the base of your spine up to the top of your head.

Hold the energy there at the top of your head and release.

Stay present.

Again,

Take a deep breath in and draw the energy up from the base of your spine all the way up to the top of your head.

Hold your breath in and hold the energy there at the top of your head and release.

Next you're pulling your stomach muscles to draw in even more energy.

Take another deep breath in and pull in the stomach muscles and pull the energy up from the base of your spine up over the top of your head.

Hold your breath and hold the energy above your head and release.

Stay present.

And this is the last time.

Take another deep breath in and pull in the stomach muscles and pull the energy up from the base of your spine up over to the top of your head.

Hold your breath and hold the energy up above the top of your head and release.

Stay present.

Continue to maintain a natural but steady breath on each exhalation.

Concentrate on the intention you want to set for your practice and for the next several hours.

Stay present and start with an I am statement.

I am focused.

I am present.

I am full of light.

I am calm.

I am free.

I am open to receiving.

I am open to joy.

I am grateful.

I am present.

I am focused.

I am full of light.

I am free.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I am open to receiving.

I am grateful.

I am filled with joy.

I am present.

Stay present and continue to think about your intention for this practice.

Now let's shift the awareness away from the body and the self and the environment.

Let's open our focus and become aware of the space that our body occupies in space and the space around the body in space.

Let's become open to this awareness and place our attention and focus on space.

Feel into the surrounding space that is here with you.

Become aware of the space that is in front of you,

To the left of you,

To the right,

Behind you,

And above you.

Stay present.

Open your focus and expand your awareness and attention into the space around you.

Imagine that you have a radiating white light around your body that is expanding into the space around you.

Continue to stay aware of the space and imagine you're extending that light and your attention in space as far away from your body as you can.

Bring your focus into the space to the right side of the body.

Maintain a natural easy breath.

Stay focused.

Stay present.

Extend your white energy as far out to the right side of you as you can imagine.

Stay present.

Now bring your focus to the space to the left side of your body.

Maintain a natural easy breath.

Stay present.

Extend your white light as far out to the left of you as you can imagine.

Stay present.

Just bring your focus to the space to the back of the body.

Maintain a natural easy breath and extend your white light energy as far out behind you as you can imagine.

Stay present.

Now bring your focus to the space to the front of your body.

Maintain a natural easy breath.

Stay present and extend your white light energy as far out in front of you as you can imagine.

Now become aware of the space above you.

When you're feeling the space above you,

Stretch your white light energy as far as you can imagine,

Lifting up into that space above you and appreciating the limitless possibilities in the space above you.

Stay present.

Now bring your awareness back to your breathing.

Start to bring yourself back into yourself and into the present.

Acknowledge yourself for taking this time to become centered.

Take another moment to feel deep gratitude and joy.

Feeling gratitude and joy for no other reason than that you are open to receiving and that you are actively realizing all of your full potential.

Extend gratitude to your inner spirit for watching over you and taking this feeling of gratitude and love with you as you complete this practice.

Take another deep breath.

When you're ready,

You can bring your awareness back to present and open your eyes.

Your focus can be now revealed.

Thank you that was calming. Had the interesting experience that I couldn’t imagine much on my right side, compared to other directions. Something to be curious about!🙏
