Let's go together on a healing journey.

First find yourself in a comfortable position,

Somewhere where you can spend some time and relax.

Maybe you want to sit cross-legged or with your feet flat on the floor,

Or maybe you'd rather lie down.

Just be comfortable.

Be somewhere where you feel safe,

Have some privacy,

Gift yourself this time.

You deserve it.

And now close your eyes,

Just let them close gently.

Take a nice breath in through your nose and out.

Bring your breath right down to your tummy.

Feel your tummy expand and lift.

And out.

Bring in that nice,

Clean,

Fresh air full of positivity and possibility.

And clean out any of that old doubt,

Fear,

Anxiety,

Uncertainty with your out-breath.

Let's start fresh.

So breathe in right down to your belly.

And breathe out.

And one last time.

Breathe in and out.

Now just let your breath be.

Let it be what it is.

Let it be its natural rhythm.

Whatever rhythm you find,

Let it just settle into that.

Feel yourself drop fully into your body.

Feel yourself focus on that breath.

That's all there is right now.

Nothing else to worry about.

Just you in this moment.

Just you in this place,

This beautiful,

Private,

Quiet place that you've chosen to be.

Bring in and out exactly as you breathe.

Don't force it and don't change it.

Just let it be.

Some of the words that may come into your head or come into your experience may be negative words.

Those are habits.

Those are thought habits that you have.

When we create these habits,

We develop them when we're very young.

Ways of thinking and feeling about ourselves that aren't very nice.

We say things that are mean,

Belittling,

Unkind.

Things that we would never say to another.

We say them to ourselves.

And in this quiet space,

Those thoughts find room.

Acknowledge them.

There's no need to pretend they're not there.

You can think to yourself,

I see you.

I hear you.

I know you.

Negative thought.

I know you.

And I know you are not true.

These thoughts lie to us.

They are there to try and keep us in a safe,

Small place.

And they tell us things that are not true.

They tell us all the things we cannot do,

That we should not do.

All the people we are not and will never be.

They tell us things that are not true.

And when they come,

These thoughts,

We can tell them that.

So let's now think to ourselves.

I see you.

I hear you.

And I know you are not true.

And as we breathe in and out,

Let them go.

Let's release these thoughts.

Let's wish them well and release them.

You can think to yourself,

I release these untrue thoughts.

I let them go.

I let them go.

And now take a nice big breath in through nose and out.

And again,

Back to your normal breathing.

Back to what is.

Focus on your breath and your rhythm.

And focus on the truth.

Now that we've let go of the untruth.

Let's focus on what is true.

Let's think to yourself and say it silently.

Along with me.

I matter.

I have purpose and passion.

I matter.

I have purpose and passion.

I matter.

I have purpose and passion.

And continue to breathe.

And say silently and with me.

I am resilient.

I am courageous.

I create my life with love.

I am resilient.

I am courageous and I create my life with love.

I am resilient.

I am courageous and I create my life with love.

And say silently and with me.

I am confident in all that the universe has in store for me and open to receive.

I am confident in all the universe has in store for me and open to receive.

I am confident in all the universe has in store for me and open to receive.

And breathe.

Allow these words and all the energy associated with them to penetrate deeply,

To infuse you.

Decide what you want for today.

Decide how you will spend it.

Set an intention for what you want to do that will have meaning for you today.

See yourself doing exactly what you want that will have meaning for you today.

I am confident in all that the universe has in store for me and open to receive.

I am confident in all that the universe has in store for me and open to receive.

Take a nice big breath in through your nose.

Around your belly and feel it rise and expand and out.

Anchor everything that's happened today in this meditation,

In your thoughts,

In your spirit and soul and in your body.

Remember who you are now and throughout every moment of the day.

Slowly make your way back to where you're sitting or lying.

And slowly,

Slowly with energy and confidence,

Open your eyes.
