Welcome,

My name is Tina Green and in this guided meditation I will be guiding you from observing and accepting your current worries and thoughts about showing up as your true self and together we'll walk you through to the other side to find some peace and empowerment.

Find a comfortable position.

Make sure that your back is supported.

Remove distractions.

You can lay down or sit up comfortably.

Wrap yourself in something warm if needed.

As you settle into a comfortable position with your eyes closed.

Just notice how you're feeling in this moment.

Without trying to change anything,

Observe your body and mind.

Observe your thoughts about feeling like an imposter.

Living with the fear of being yourself and what that might mean.

Rate the current intensity of these emotions on a scale from one to ten.

And now let that number go.

As we move through this meditation,

You are both becoming and just being.

Let this inward journey be easy and effortless and trust the outcome you desire is becoming.

Let's take three deep breaths.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

One more.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Continue breathing gently,

Smoothly.

Drop your shoulders.

Release the tension in your jaw.

Release the weight of the worries you are carrying in your mind and on your heart.

Without trying to change anything,

Just observe.

Change begins with awareness.

Where is the fear and anxiety stored in your body?

What does it feel like in your body?

That part of your body is most relaxed.

Take a deep breath in now and exhale.

Breathe in and out.

Continue to breathe slowly and smoothly.

Allow your natural breath to flow.

The incredible Louise Hay said that if you want to clean up the house,

You must first notice the mess.

Let me guide you through that now.

There's nothing for you to do except breathe and listen.

Just passively observing without judgment,

Not trying to change anything.

Just let the words carry you through to the other side of what feels possible.

A belief is just a thought that we think is true.

Could you begin to explore and get curious about your beliefs?

Are they still true for you?

Listen as I walk you through some thoughts you may be having to some thoughts that your inner being might have and trust that your soul will resonate with the truth.

My true self.

It doesn't feel safe to be me.

Will people judge me?

I don't like how vulnerable it feels.

I'm so hard on myself.

I've been self critical for so long.

Part of me listens to this voice.

And I acknowledge the pain that this has caused me.

I've been who people want me to be for so long.

I'm not even sure that I'm enough.

What if being my true self leaves me alone?

All alone.

I just want everyone to be happy.

But I deserve to be happy too.

I begin to notice when I hear my critical voice.

I notice how I feel.

I honor my feelings.

Allow your body to sink in deeper and deeper and relax with ease.

I notice the opportunities to practice kindness and self compassion.

I remember that I'm safe.

I feel centered in my body.

It feels so good to allow myself to be free to be me.

People can feel my authenticity.

I form deep,

Meaningful connections.

I have my own back.

I'm never alone.

God,

Universe,

Source sees and supports me.

I focus on my gifts.

I have so much to share with this world.

I know I'm a good person.

I am unique and that is so valuable.

People trust me when I'm myself.

There's nobody out there like me.

I am so proud of who I am.

I release the need to do life perfectly.

It feels good to be who I am.

I no longer need to push myself.

I love using my gifts.

I'm making the most of this life.

I love the abundance around me.

Now is my time.

It feels so good to be me.

I've got this.

Now that we've moved through the feelings,

It's time to get grounded in self-love and immerse yourself in the knowing that you are enough.

In a moment,

We will silently repeat the mantra,

So hum.

This is the Sanskrit mantra,

Meaning I am.

Begin to silently repeat the mantra.

So on the inhale and hum on the exhale.

So on the inhale,

Hum on the exhale.

So hum.

So hum.

Please continue silently repeating the mantra for a few minutes.

I'll watch the time.

Now,

Shut your eyes.

You you you you you Enjoy this peaceful feeling and carry this knowledge into your day as you show up fully in The way that is true to you Thank you for listening and namaste
