Close your eyes.

Feel your body and readjust the position.

Make yourself even more comfortable.

Lengthen the spine but soften the shoulders,

The jaw.

Take a moment to connect to your body and notice any sensations that you might have in different parts.

Now shift your focus to your breath.

For a moment just observe.

Breathe.

Follow the path the air is taking in your body.

And gently deepen the breath.

Allow it to be slower,

Fuller.

Usually when we feel stressed,

Overwhelmed or even depressed it's because we are not grounded enough,

We are living too much in the future or staying in the past.

Being mindful and connected to the present,

To our body,

Can help us feel grounded and secure.

Keep breathing deeply and place your hands on the belly.

Feel your palms touching your body and project your awareness towards the Earth.

Feel the connection between you and the energy of the Earth.

Now let's take three deep breaths together.

Slow and deep inhale,

Breathing in from the center of the Earth.

Exhale,

Release.

Deep inhale,

Breathing from the Earth,

Up.

Exhale,

Soften.

And one more earthy breath.

Deep inhale,

Take from the Earth's healing energy.

And exhale,

Release.

Relax your breath for a moment and stay in that space.

Of silence,

Of peace.

Gradually bring your awareness back to your body.

Again,

Notice if there are any sensations,

If anything shifted within you.

Take a slow,

Slow,

Deep breath,

Your deepest one today.

Feel it expanding your whole being.

And exhale,

Release it through your mouth.

And gently open your eyes.
