Welcome,

Wonderful being,

To this guided practice for enhancing the mind's eye called the Third Eye Energetic Center.

For this meditation,

The best posture for your body to stand in is the High Lotus Meditation posture.

Settling yourself in this position allows your body to sit perfectly straight and gather energy easily.

We all have a central channel of energy flowing from the top of our head,

The crown center,

And toward the base of our posture,

The roof.

We have the power to enhance this flow by keeping our spine and body straight.

For that,

Please sit down on your pelvis area.

Cross your legs so they form a triangle base.

Tuck your coccyx in just a little.

Straighten yourself from your shoulders and then slightly tuck your chin toward your chest.

By doing this,

You cancel all the curves present on your spine,

Helping your back to sit perfectly straight.

As you settle yourself into this posture,

Bring your palms to hug your knees so you keep the energy circulating within your body.

Gently,

On the next breath out,

Close your eyes.

Begin to connect with the darkness present behind your closed eyelids.

Embrace its quietness and stillness.

Observe it and become one with it.

Begin to breathe slowly into your abdomen.

The air travels in and out only through your nose.

Notice the sensation it brings within as you do so.

Breathe in,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

And out.

For this session,

We will try breathing as profoundly as we can with our entire body.

We will take it slow,

Step by step.

Firstly,

We breathe deeply into our abdomen.

Now,

Try and lengthen your breath.

Bring it from your belly up into your chest.

Breathe in through your nose softly.

Expand your abdomen as much as you can and when you feel it is at its maximum,

Continue to extend your chest and breathe into it.

As you breathe out,

Contract your belly and push all the air out from there.

Let's take three respirations this way.

Breathe in,

Expand the belly,

And then continue to bring it high into your chest.

Breathe out and push all the air out through your nose.

Breathe in,

Out,

In,

And out.

Sense this kind of profound respiration filling your entire body.

Feel it making space within.

Be aware that with time,

This breathing will help you lengthen your inhale and exhale,

Oxygenating your body more than just a superficial respiration into the chest.

By breathing this way,

You activate the diaphragm found in your solar plexus center and your breath becomes food for your body.

Keep in mind that this is the most beneficial way to breathe because it gathers energy within,

Helping your mind,

Body,

And soul to cope with all the stress and anxiety present within and helping you live in a state of total presence.

As we get used to this complete breathing,

Try and lengthen it even more.

Bring it from your abdomen into your chest and now try and absorb it into your third eye center between your eyebrows.

This kind of breathing helps you bring energy to your mind's eye,

Cleansing it and enhancing its potential with each inhale and exhale.

In the first place,

Try and breathe only between your eyebrows.

Focus on this spot.

Bring your eyes behind your closed eyelids to look toward this middle spot above.

Place your tongue on your palate,

The roof of your mouth,

And gently look toward your mind's eye without forcing anything.

Now breathe in.

Feel this spot as you breathe in,

Contracting and expanding as you breathe out.

Some of us can feel it reverse,

Expanding on inhale and contracting on exhale.

Allow your body to guide you as you breathe profoundly into this spot.

Breathe in between your eyebrows.

Breathe out.

In,

Out.

The last one.

In and out.

Now let's try and add this to what we practiced before.

Take a complete breath with your entire self.

Breathe into your abdomen,

Expand it,

Then bring it up into your chest,

Expand it to maximum and then bring it up into your third eye center.

Feel the air traveling within as you inhale profoundly.

Sense the subtle sensations as you guide it from your chest up through your neck and in the middle of your head.

Breathe in and feel the air gathering within your head.

Full control.

Breathe all the air out slowly till your abdomen contracts and can't go any further.

This is the moment your inhale generates by itself.

Let's breathe this way a couple of times so you can unify yourself naturally to this complete respiration.

Breathe in,

In,

In,

And out.

This is the kind of breath we will use in the entire practice.

Preferably,

Unify yourself with this kind of respiration and use it in your everyday life also.

This way,

Your mind will be present in every action and your body will be fed by your breath.

Begin now to observe the motion created within your body as you connect with this respiration.

Without any pressure,

Allow it to come naturally and notice the sensation it brings within.

As you are now unified with your entire self,

Begin to visualize your body peacefully meditating between colorful galaxies into the vast universe.

Look at yourself as a star floating into the dark void.

Keep your focus on your respiration.

Breathe deep and allow yourself to relax even more.

Slowly,

Guide your awareness between your eyebrows to your third eye center.

Visualize its energy as a beautiful flower bulb.

If you don't have a specific flower in your mind right now,

Picture it as a lotus bulb with indigo color.

Now,

With each breath in,

Visualize a channel of pure white light coming down into your third eye.

Picture it bringing light to your indigo flower bulb and enhancing its color.

On your next breath in,

Picture another pillar of light coming from below you,

Entering through your root,

The base of your posture,

And traveling toward your mind's eye.

As the two channels of light meet in your third eye center,

Begin to visualize the bulb opening its petals slowly,

Blooming and radiating a saturated indigo within your entire head.

Breathe and charge this spot at maximum potential.

Intend to bring cleansing and charging energy here.

With power and love,

Whisper within,

I enhance my third eye center.

My intuition is rising to its highest potential.

My mind's eye is wide open.

I bring energy within my third eye.

I allow my creativity and intuition to guide me.

Breathe in and integrate these affirmations deep within your mind and body.

Allow yourself to really feel them.

Picture your flower starting to spin as you do so.

Remember your profound respiration.

Allow it to take place unconsciously.

Breathe into your abdomen,

Then your chest,

And high into your head.

Feel this spot growing with each respiration.

Allow your exhale to cleanse your mind's eye and your inhale to charge it as you breathe here profoundly.

Begin to see rays of indigo light emanating around you.

Exhale and intend to send them as far as you can from this center and around your body.

Visualize your third eye flower spinning faster and faster until it becomes a sphere and you no longer can see the form of a flower.

Bring more energy from above and below as you inhale and exhale.

Begin to visualize this sphere brighter and brighter until it transforms its color into a pure white one.

Visualize this energy you gather within this center,

Intuition and creativity,

To blossom endlessly.

Visualize your third eye center emanating energy as concentric circles within your entire aura.

Whisper within.

The third eye is working at maximum potential.

Observe any sensations that rise within this,

Any present colors playing behind your closed eyelid.

Be aware of anything new that comes.

When you feel ready,

Prepare your physical body to wake up from this meditation.

Set the intention to integrate this energy deep within and keep it as long as you can throughout the following days.

Begin to move your fingers a little bit.

Bring a slight motion to your neck and shoulder,

Slow movements.

Wake up your body.

Bring your palms in front of your eyes without touching your face.

Keep them here for a little while,

Till you feel a subtle warmness coming from your palms to your eyes.

Breathe in and out.

Begin to open your eyelids slowly without focusing.

And as you do so,

Gently open your fingers so light can come through them.

Give your physical eyes time to adapt to the picture and light present in front of you.

Slowly begin to focus on the image and bring your palms back on your knees.

Try not to stand up from this posture just yet.

Sit here for a little while.

Feel the energy present between your eyebrows.

Connect with it on a deeper level and when you are ready,

Go back to your everyday life with a changed perspective.

Be aware that your intuition is now raised to a higher level.

Begin to trust it,

Use it and observe the way your life changes as you do so.
