Congratulations on making it another year. New year intention setting and meditation. This is the year you move into the best version of yourself. The topic is setting an intention for the new year, ritual, and releasing the old year in gratitude and acceptance.

Hello,
Beautiful souls,
And welcome.
Welcome to today's beautiful meditation.
In today's meditation,
We will dive deep into moving into 2022,
Moving into the best version of ourselves and becoming that.
So making sure that you have a place that you will not be disturbed,
Just sit down,
Closing down your eyes,
For there's nowhere to be,
Nothing to do,
But to be present with yourself.
So close down those beautiful eyes,
And just start to breathe in through your nose,
Holding the breath at the top,
And breathing it out,
Letting it all go.
And breathing in,
Holding the breath at the top,
And letting it all go,
Allowing your breath to come and go.
Breathing in,
Breathing in,
And intention for today,
For 2022,
And allowing that intention as you hold the breath in to radiate every cell,
Every atom,
Every molecule of your being,
And then just imagine yourself letting it all go,
And exhale,
Breathing that intention out into the board,
Allowing the board to bring that intention to you.
And if you so choose,
You can call on any guides,
Any angels,
Any idols that you identify with,
And ask them to be present with you in this meditation and in 2022.
Call on a guide to help you to move into 2022 with all that you desire,
All that you need.
Breathing in,
And breathing out,
Breathing in,
And breathing out,
Breathing in one more time,
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing your spirit,
And letting it all go.
Allow yourself for just a moment to reflect on 2021.
Allow yourself to reflect on all that you achieved,
All that you overcame,
All of the challenges that you faced,
That you became stronger from overcoming.
And imagine now in your third eye,
In your binary gland,
The spot right between your brows,
Start to imagine you standing in front of a meal.
See yourself standing in front of the reflection of the meal in front of you.
See all that you are.
See the person that you have become over the last year.
See yourself standing in front of yourself,
In front of the meal reflecting back at you,
All of your beauty,
All of your courageousness,
All of your strength,
All of your love,
All of your health.
And acknowledge where you are in this moment,
Acknowledge all that you became this year,
Feel into it,
While looking at yourself.
Breathing in and out.
Keeping your focus and your reflection of you.
And simply notice that your reflection is also reflecting back.
As your reflection stands before you and as you look at your reflection,
Your reflection is also looking at you.
See yourself and allow your reflection to also see you.
And as you look at yourself in the meal,
Speak to yourself in the meal by setting an intention or many intentions for 2022.
And as you set this intention and you speak this intention into the meal,
I intend for help.
I intend for abundance.
I intend for prosperity.
I intend to help absorb the world.
I intend for love.
I intend to speak whatever intention feels right for you.
And as you set this intention into the meal,
Notice you are not setting a goal,
But it is an intention that will be done.
There are no goals.
There is nothing to be.
There is only what you intend and already are.
So set that intention now.
Speak it to yourself in the meal.
And allow that reflection of you to become that.
And as you set that intention and you look at yourself in the meal,
See yourself becoming that.
See yourself already being that.
See that version of yourself is done.
See yourself in the meal feeling the way that you will feel that you are already feeling with this intention done.
See how your looks may change.
See how your environment changes.
See the reflection of your environment that you desire in the meal.
This is you.
This is all of you.
It is done,
It is done,
It is done.
See yourself completely healed.
See yourself completely awakened into consciousness.
See yourself in the love that you desire.
See yourself in the abundance.
See yourself free from suffering.
See yourself in peace.
See yourself stronger than ever before.
See the number in your bank account.
See the level in your bed.
See the health of your body.
See your family and friends happy.
See the war at peace.
See the war and you win it.
See it all in the reflection of the meal.
And notice that this is you.
Your intention is done.
And simply look at yourself in the meal once more as a new version of yourself.
And as you look at this reflection,
Start to place your hands on the meal.
And as you place your hands on the meal,
See yourself moving into the meal.
See yourself moving into this reflection of you.
Feel this meal as if it is completely transparent for you to walk into.
And when you are ready,
Choose to walk into this reflection,
This intended version of yourself in 2022.
Walk into the meal,
Into the new version of you.
You are this.
You always have been.
And you always will be.
And feel as you merge with this new version of yourself.
Feel yourself becoming it.
Feel the emotions.
Feel the feelings.
This is you.
And just feel.
And just smile at yourself.
For this is now you.
And with this new sense of feeling of the new version of yourself,
As you stepped into 2022 version of you,
Start to ankle your breath back into this space,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing into this new version of you.
Feeling it.
Bringing it into this present moment.
Breathing it in.
And breathing it out.
Gently bringing that version of you into this now moment.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Feeling the body of the new you.
Moving your hands down your skin.
Feeling this new intended version of yourself.
Notice what it feels like.
Notice what you can heal,
What it sounds like to be this new version of yourself.
Notice what you can smell.
What does it smell like to be this new version of yourself?
Notice what you can taste.
Notice all of the delightful food that you will eat from 2018.
And simply opening up your eyes.
And noticing how the world around you and your reality has changed.
Notice this new reality,
This new year that you are moving into.
Notice the new you.
Just smile what I like.
