Take a break to connect with yourself, slow down and simply listen to your breath. This practice will help you calm overracing mind, release tension in your body and bring you back to peace. Dedicate these few minutes just for yourself. As you breathe deeper, you are naturally soothing your nervous system and switching from "fight-or-flight" to "rest-and-digest" mode. You deserve to rest and relax.

Welcome to your moment of peace.

Make yourself comfortable for this short relaxing practice.

Make sure your body feels supported,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

And maybe just roll your shoulders back a little bit,

Creating that space in your body.

And start coming back to your breath,

Noticing your breath each time you exhale and inhale.

There's nothing you have to do right now,

Nothing you have to think about or plan.

Right now,

Just allow yourself these few minutes to just be here and now.

Be here with your breath.

Be here with your attention.

Be here with your body.

And as you breathe in and out,

Notice what's going on in your body.

Notice your belly rising,

Your ribs and your chest.

As you exhale through your chest,

Ribs and belly.

Just the natural flow of your breath.

You can consciously breathe in and out for longer,

Create longer inhales and exhales.

Or you can simply just observe the breath that is flowing through you,

Noticing that it is happening without you even having to do anything.

You are breathing all the time,

All day and night.

And you don't have to remember to breathe.

How beautiful is that?

But as you start breathing for a little bit longer,

With more awareness,

As you start inviting more air into your lungs,

Into your body and your heart,

You are creating more space within.

More space for peace.

More space for awareness.

And keep observing yourself here,

Paying attention only to what's happening now.

And consciously relaxing your body,

Starting from the top of your head,

Allowing the energy of nourishment and relaxation to flow through you.

Let it enter your facial muscles,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

Let it flow alongside your spine,

On both sides of your back.

Let it be present in your legs as well.

Down to your feet.

Softening your glutes and your hips.

Letting your body be soft and not tense.

Letting your mind be peaceful and not stressed.

Here and now find this stillness within.

A quiet space.

Your space.

Wonderful.

And from here,

Before you start moving and slowly coming back to your day,

Bring some gratitude into your heart,

Into your awareness.

And remind yourself what are you grateful in this moment,

What can you appreciate here and now.

And let this feeling,

This energy of deep gratitude for life,

For simply experiencing life and being alive,

Let it be present within you.

Let it be present in your heart,

In your mind.

Let it remind you that here and now you have all that you need.

And that it's safe to relax,

That it's safe to take this moment only for yourself.

In all the daily chaos,

The one outside and the one inside your mind as well,

Don't forget to breathe.

Don't forget to take these little spaces,

Pockets for peace.

And as you are opening your eyes,

Look at the world from the space of peace and gratitude.

Thank you so much for listening.

Namaste.
