Transitions with Archangel Azrael Part 2

Hi friends!

Welcome back to the Heavenly Hugs Podcast.

Today we will continue our discussion with the Archangel Asriel.

One of the main reasons why I'm so passionate about being a medium is because of the comfort it brought me.

I lost my grandmother at a very young age and I was in a family dynamic where we really didn't talk about death.

They didn't really,

I don't want to say believe in mediums,

I don't know if they did or not,

But it just wasn't something that was discussed.

Because I was young as a child there was a lot going on in the family.

And so I always felt that I was kind of like pushed off to the side,

Her passing happened,

It was kind of swept up under the rug,

Nobody really talked about it.

And at the time hospitals didn't allow children in the hospital room.

So I remember,

I was about eight or nine years old,

And I remember my mom sneaking me in to see my grandmother.

Now she was in the hospital and she was dying from emphysema from years of smoking.

And I remember going in there and I was always so close to her.

I was,

I don't want to say if I was her favorite or the special one,

But I spent a lot of time with her.

And she represented this beautiful motherly love.

She always protected me,

She always kept me safe.

My mom and I had a little bit of a challenging relationship,

So I considered her my best friend.

And I remember the nurse coming in the room being so upset with my mom for sneaking me in.

And I don't know if they were worried about germs or whatever,

But I look back now and I'm like,

My grandmother was dying.

And that's something that you want to include the entire family in that process.

And so I was,

You know,

I had to leave and I remember,

You know,

Going home and I remember my mom going to the hospital and the family showing up and,

You know,

Going to see her.

And then one morning I woke up and there was an ashtray on our kitchen table with a cigarette in it.

And I remember thinking,

I know she's gone.

Oh my God,

I'm going to start to cry.

I remember thinking,

I know she's gone because smoking was the reason why she had passed.

And I went into my mom's room and woke her up and asked her why there was a cigarette on the,

On the,

In the ashtray.

And that's when she told me that my grandmother had passed away overnight.

And I remember just screaming like,

No,

No,

It's not fair.

And I guess she had a friend come over and watch us while we were sleeping.

And I felt so like betrayed or hurt.

And I think from that point on,

I kind of went with,

Went within.

And I don't know if I,

That is when I made my agreement that God was like,

Not cool.

And he was not my friend.

And I remember isolating and just being so angry and didn't know how to communicate or talk.

And there was this just sadness that came over me and we got through the funeral and nobody really talked about it.

And so I went on with my life.

I grew up,

You know,

And as you know,

I've mentioned before,

I've struggled with depression.

And I think that was the onset of it,

Having all these questions.

And of course,

I go to CCD and I'm trying to understand what God and what the story is and,

You know,

I have this knot like just sitting in my stomach that just nothing felt right.

So that's when I decided I was going to push after I made my confirmation,

I was going to push anything God related out of my life.

And that is where,

You know,

Things got really lonely and dark and sad.

And that's really where I had a lot of my challenges.

And so I believe that the archangel Azrael,

Once you're aware and you're open,

Is a beautiful angel that can help you connect with your loved ones in the afterlife.

So Azrael has kind of a sweet spot with me because I believe he brought me to the medium that helped reconnect me with my grandmother so I could get signs and messages and guidance that she was around.

And I'm so forever grateful because it was still such a hard loss,

Like over 20 something years later,

She's been gone and I still find myself emotional and crying a little bit around the time of her passing in November.

And despite still being sad,

There's this deep inner peace within me.

And I found that through being a medium and then going through my own experience that death is something that life just there's nothing in life that can ever prepare you for it.

Whether the person passes away suddenly,

Or whether you know,

You're watching somebody go through their transition and you're able to say goodbye.

It's still hard and difficult and challenging.

And again,

Being one of my passions about being a medium is to be able to help people know that their loved ones want you to still live and find happiness and joy in your life.

And one of the greatest ways is by knowing that they're still there with you.

And so if you're out there and you're struggling with the loss of somebody who passed suddenly,

Maybe there's something you don't understand,

You know about their passing,

I encourage you to call on the Archangel Asriel ask him to assist and helping you connect with your loved one,

Whether he'll bring signs or a song on the radio,

Or maybe a flower that the person was connected to,

Or a baseball or basketball team that person was connected to.

One of the big ways I find that your loved ones connect is with their initials or their birthday on a license plate,

Or maybe a phone.

So my grandmother's birthday was July 11.

And so every once in a while,

I'll pick up my phone,

It'll be 711.

Or I'll be driving along asking for her assistance,

And I'll drive by a 711 convenience store.

And I just kind of smile.

And I think the greatest gift mediumship has brought me is peace and comfort.

And that's exactly what Asriel does.

One of his biggest missions is to bring comfort to those who have lost loved ones,

You know,

And Dorian Virtues,

Archangel Oracle card deck,

You know,

There's the comfort card in there from Archangel Asriel,

There's the hello from heaven card from Archangel Asriel.

And again,

Asriel understands the the sensitivity that you know,

We're feeling when we go through,

You know,

Such a loss that impacts us in such a strong,

Hard or difficult way.

And so he can gently bring in loving signs or comfort and peace.

And maybe you're feeling sad or lonely or frustrated or isolated or depressed or just confused,

You know,

I just asked you to just invite Archangel Asriel in your life,

Ask him to bring you comfort,

Ask him to bring you support,

Ask him to bring you signs from above,

And then just keep your eyes and ears open.

So if your mind is so far in the future,

And how and when and what if,

Or so far in the past,

And shoulda coulda woulda,

We're gonna miss all those signs that are around us.

So messages from the divine messages from our loved ones come in the present moment,

You know,

And so so it's not always easy to be aware,

You know,

I remember thinking,

I never see the signs,

You know,

Where are they,

And I just really didn't know what to look for.

And I remember a story where I have cousins that had moved to Atlanta,

Georgia,

And they had come to visit.

And I had just started experiencing and exploring angels and loved ones and signs from above.

And they were super curious about it.

So I remember we went for a drive.

And I was talking about my grandmother,

And they were intrigued because like I said,

This isn't anything our families talked about,

Or maybe even knew anything about to even teach us about about it.

So I remember we were just so enthralled in our conversation that we didn't want to go back and see our moms.

So I remember just pulling into the first stop,

You know,

We were just sitting in a parking lot in a spot.

And we were talking about my grandmother saying,

Oh,

Do you remember this?

And do you remember that?

And we're just laughing about it.

And one of my cousins had mentioned that my grandmother's birthday was July 11.

And it hit me that I had no idea what her birthday was.

And I'm like,

Oh,

My God,

She was a cancer just like me.

And no wonder why we were so close and connected.

And you know,

And so we're laughing about it.

We're laughing about the stories.

And then all of a sudden,

We get ready to leave.

And we look up.

And my cousin says,

Oh,

My God,

Look where we are.

And we were literally sitting in a convenience store that was the 711.

And we just burst out laughing and we're like,

She brought us together,

We were supposed to have this conversation.

And it was almost like she wanted to connect with them too.

And because of my openness to it,

It was like we just innocently and naively just pulled over into the store.

And so my point is,

We totally missed that we were in a 711.

We were so in our conversation.

We were so excited to be together,

That it was till it till we were just getting ready to leave that we realized we were to 711.

We just laughed,

You know,

And then they carry that energy home with them.

And it started to make me think like,

How did we miss that?

How did I miss that?

And so sometimes you can not even be paying attention,

You could be wanting signs so bad,

But you want it to come in one specific way,

Or you want to hear them come in in this with this thought or this specific thing,

But they can come in so many different ways.

Remember their energy is infinite.

It's all around us.

Your loved ones aren't on another planet somewhere.

They're not in another,

They're not in another space or so high above that they can't see you,

The energy is all around us.

And so they want us to know that they're connected and Archangel Asriel understands that sometimes the grief and the loss can sometimes separate us from that light from that divine space.

And I talked about this in my last podcast where God wasn't always something that came easy for me.

God wasn't something that I could go to.

And it was this fear of punishment or I don't always do the right things.

And He doesn't love me and all this stuff.

And so the angels in my life have been such a blessing because they brought me back to God.

And they brought me back to that loving,

Beautiful energy now that I call God.

Maybe you call source,

Creator,

Universe,

Unconditional love,

Vibration,

Spirit,

Energy,

Whatever that energy is for you.

It's the highest vibration of unconditional love that you can imagine.

But I had such a challenging childhood and,

You know,

Young adolescence and being so separate from God.

I was in this like dark space.

So I believe Archangel Asriel was crucial in bringing me back to connecting with my grandmother and finding them to be the right mentors and the teachers and the people who are going to help me to understand this.

And so being a medium isn't just for me,

Oh,

I connect with people's loved ones and I share messages.

It is my entire life.

I study the science part of it.

I study the intuitive part of it.

I study the phenomenon part of it.

I'm always asking questions.

I'm always calling them on so that I can teach better,

So that I can help people understand and really simplify what is a complicated concept.

But yet what I realized is it's so simple.

It's love.

And what I realized was I did not love myself.

And I had just decided that I was just going to punish myself.

I was so angry and I couldn't be punishing everybody else.

So I decided that I was going to punish myself and I was just creating people,

Places,

Things and ideas of my life that were just validating for that for me,

Abusive relationships,

You know,

Bullies,

Eating disorder I struggled with.

So all these things came from a lack of love because I had pushed this unconditional love vibration out of my life.

So it was when I had gone to that angel intuitive and medium and she helped me connect with my grandmother that I realized that I'm not alone,

That there is this energy that's all around me that hears me.

And I'm not going to lie,

It was a little freaky at first because I'm like,

Oh my gosh,

You know,

They hear everything.

But I realized that it doesn't come from a place of judgment.

It comes from a place of love.

And I believe that Asriel is such a beautiful,

Comforting,

Loving angel that can help assist you,

Get you to the right people to maybe help you,

You know,

Feel whole and complete again.

You know,

I can't say that your life will ever go back to the way it was.

You know,

There's a part of you that will always be missing,

You know,

Because people in your life have this like impact on us.

There's experiences that we have,

There are bonds that we create with relationships and people in our lives.

And you know,

When they're no longer there,

There becomes this huge disconnect,

This huge separation,

Especially with somebody like my grandmother that I felt so connected and loved so dearly.

It's like,

How could you take that love away?

And I think that's where I kind of pushed God out of my life.

And again,

I know now that I was meant to do this work,

You know,

I've had my astrology done and my cards and all that stuff.

And I am in complete alignment with this work.

But I realized that it was going to be up to me to get myself into this space to want to do this for others.

And so I am now grateful for the experience that I had,

The challenges,

The struggles,

I no longer see them as bad.

But I see them as experiences as Esther Hicks or Abraham likes to call it contrast.

You know,

It's because of that contrast that's rocketed me into this space that I'm in now.

And that allows me to be to have empathy and compassion and support and understand other people who may be angry at God or who might be angry at themselves and maybe feel guilty about what they did and didn't do.

And so if this is a struggle for you,

You know,

I ask you to call on the Archangel Asriel,

Just invite him in your darkness,

Invite him in your contrast,

Invite him in the space that you're in,

And just ask him to sit with you.

Ask him to support and love and surround you.

And you don't even have to be open,

Really,

All you have to do is is ask.

You know,

I wasn't sure if I was open.

I remember as I started to learn all this stuff,

I asked,

I was starting to share it with my mom and again,

Catholic,

You know,

And not really sure about,

You know,

What's right or wrong or what we can do or we can't do.

She's a little skeptical.

But as she started to see how my life started to change and these beings of light started to bring me signs and parking spots and,

You know,

All these good things that were that were happening,

You know,

It started to shift within her.

And I remember her saying to me,

I never get any signs.

You get all the signs.

You can do it.

I can't.

And I and she said,

You know,

I need to be hit over the head with a brick.

And I kind of laughed thinking,

Oh,

Be careful of what you wish for.

And so I just asked her,

I said,

Just just ask them,

Just invite them into your life and ask them to show you signs,

Show you messages that that that you know,

That they're there.

So I need I need for me,

I need real and concrete.

I need signs that I can document,

Say,

OK,

I was thinking about this and this number went by.

Just recently,

I saw a license plate that said GE and for Gladys Allen and then it was Dash 444.

And I just laughed.

I'm like,

All right,

Angels,

I know you're with me.

And that's how profound these messages can come.

So my mom must have at some point opened up to ask because I get a phone call from her and she's at work and she says to me,

She goes,

How do I make it stop?

And I was like,

What?

How do you make what stop?

And she says the signs,

The 444s,

The 711s,

The GBs.

She's like,

They're everywhere.

It's constant.

The 222s,

The 333s,

The 111s.

And I just kind of laughed that she was being bombarded.

And I said,

Wow,

You know,

You did ask to be head over the head with a brick.

So thank God she wasn't literally head over the head with a brick.

But what happened was because of her openness and I guess willingness to invite that energy in,

They knew that they needed to bombard her.

And so it happened over and over and over again.

So she always gets those signs just when she needs them.

And I should clarify,

The 444 means hundreds of thousands of angels are with you,

Ask them anything.

So if you're struggling or you're having a challenge,

You know,

When you happen to see a license plate that goes by you that says 444,

You'll be amazed how many license plates,

I'm in Rhode Island,

That are in Rhode Island that have 444 on their license plate.

I seem to see them everywhere all the time.

And it's always exactly what we need.

So this is why when I talk on these podcasts,

I give you concrete signs and things that can manifest,

That you could document,

That you can see,

That can,

You know,

Help you know that this energy of this force or this love is there with you.

I understand from a personal perspective how losing someone can literally stunt your life.

You know,

My life changed in that instant.

You know,

And it's unbeknownst to my parents and my aunts and uncles and all the difficulties they went through over that loss.

You know,

Because,

You know,

As a human,

You just kind of survive.

You just kind of stuff it and keep going.

But we're in an age and an era right now that we can no longer stuff these emotions.

We can no longer ignore them because it breeds this virus or this poison inside us that makes us more angry and sad and depressed,

You know,

And bitter.

And then obviously,

Law of attraction creates more of that in our lives.

So it really starts with something as simple as saying,

Archangel Asriel,

You know,

I'm suffering or I'm sad or I miss my loved one.

I invite you in my life to help me connect with that person.

Now,

I have to say that does not mean that by inviting in your loved ones that you're going to wake up in the middle of the night and they're going to be standing at your bedside and freak you out.

That's not always going to happen to the people.

It does.

Great.

For me,

That's a boundary.

I do not want that to happen.

So trust that your guardian angels and your guides and your loved ones are going to come in a way that is going to be easy for you.

That's going to be comforting.

That's going to bring you peace.

I can't tell you how many times I've sat with clients who have said,

You know,

As soon as my loved one has passed,

I had a dream about them and it was so real and so vivid.

That's a visit.

And I remember having that dream from my grandmother and wanting it so bad that I completely blocked out all the other signs that she was trying to send me.

So remember,

It was a long time before I even knew what her birthday was.

I don't know why I didn't think to find out what her birthday was.

But again,

I was new at all this.

So I'm hoping that these little tips and tools can help you open up even more and kind of expand your scope in the way that your loved ones can come in and connect with you.

And if you're afraid,

If you're not sure about it,

The Archangel Asriel will surround you and protect you.

So one of the things I'd like to say so often is,

And I'm going to repeat it again,

That the universal energy,

The angels and God,

They abide by the law of free will.

So they cannot intervene unless we ask.

And so what happens a lot of time is we're sitting there and we're waiting for God.

And I think that was one of my problems,

I guess.

I was waiting for God to show up for me.

I was waiting for God to open the doors to change things.

And what happens is that energy waits for us to ask.

So over time,

What happens is God's waiting for us,

We're waiting for God and nothing happens.

And then we're like,

See,

That's why I knew God wasn't here for me.

And you know,

He's gone or he doesn't love me or he's forgotten about me.

But we have to ask.

So if you're in a place right now and you're not really sure,

And you have some,

Like I said,

Just negativity or frustration about what this God vibration is,

I ask you to always only just be open to invite him in.

I remember,

You know,

I've said before when I left that reading for the first time with that intuitive,

I remember getting in the car and looking at myself and saying,

Prove it.

If this is real,

Prove it.

And now look at me now.

I've got a podcast,

A YouTube channel,

You know,

I see clients on a regular basis,

Never in a million years.

If you would have asked me,

So I'm going into 10 years now.

If you would have asked me 11 years ago,

Or it would have told me that I would be doing this and public speaking and talking to people about God and angels,

I would have said absolutely not.

No way.

I was working in a law firm as a paralegal,

You know,

Just making a living.

And then again,

All of a sudden,

The universe hit that gold button said,

All right,

Honey,

You're ready now time for you to shine out into the world.

And I have to say for a long time,

I fought it,

I resist it,

I resisted it.

And now I'm in the space to embrace it.

And God is so good.

The opportunities and the experience and the peoples and the places and the things that have come into my life are just incredible.

And I see that the work that I do is a domino effect,

You know,

I send that energy out.

And then you're going to go and you're going to take that and you're going to share it with your loved ones or your friends or your family.

And then they're going to take it and they're going to send it to their loved ones and families and maybe co-workers and friends.

And the energy ripples out.

It's such a beautiful thing.

You know,

It's like dropping a stone in the water and having the ripples,

You know,

God wants more of that.

And you know,

So I've been on this cleanse for the last,

I don't know,

I'm on the 10th day.

So it's just a healthy cleanse to kind of detox my body.

And one of the things I was laying in bed and meditation the other night was God's energy or you know,

My guide saying your job is to make God and spirituality fun again.

Your job is to laugh and play and manifest and create and facilitate miracles and bring this positive energy back into people's lives.

So my hope is with this podcast that I can bring light that I can bring joy and I can bring happiness to this energy to show you that God is such a loving,

Beautiful,

Incredible force.

You know,

God is massive,

You know,

And like I said,

If you don't like to call it God,

You can call it source creator universe energy,

Chi,

Prana,

Chi,

Reiki,

Whatever you want to call it.

It's this highest vibration of unconditional love.

And he wants to be in your life.

He wants you to he wants to love you.

He wants to be around you.

He wants to show you the magic and the miracles and the the amazing life that that you've come here that you're is your birthright to to to to have.

Hi Ben.

Hey Gladys.

Okay,

So I have a ton of questions this time,

But I'm not going to do them all in this episode.

So obviously we're dealing with comfort in transitions and just comfort in general.

With losing a loved one,

The afterlife.

It seems a little counterintuitive to me that the angel of death would be the angel of comfort.

So the angel of death.

So when we talk about as real as the angel of death,

He is there in our time of transition.

And if we're thinking about death as bad,

Abrupt,

Toxic or negative,

Again,

It can be hard to understand.

Well,

How is that comforting?

Right.

And so what as real can do is he can help bring you comfort in your times of need.

So he understands transition,

He understands the process of transitioning from one life into the afterlife.

And so he can bring you that understanding.

I think what happens is a lot of people don't understand death,

They don't understand,

Like why people die a certain way or what happens to them in the afterlife.

And as real is so gifted,

And he understands the process so well,

That he can actually come in and bring people to people,

Places,

Things and ideas that can help bring them comfort in their times of darkness and sadness.

Does that make sense?

Yes.

It's just the perspective that you're looking at.

Absolutely.

So obviously,

This was a very personal episode for you.

I know I felt tears come up.

I know.

I haven't thought about that in a long time.

And you talked about,

So like the issue of comfort that led you into this was stemming from childhood.

I've heard a lot that most things that end up affecting us as adults stem from childhood with these,

Some sort of big transition when you were a kid that maybe didn't go well or,

You know,

So I don't know,

Can you speak on that a little bit?

Like,

Do you think that that's true?

Do you think that like,

There are these definitive moments?

Well,

I believe we're,

We've come here to live,

To create,

To experience life.

And there are talents and gifts that we have all come in to this planet with.

And the fun part is making those dreams come true.

Well,

A lot of times,

You know,

We have like,

Say,

I had parents and family who weren't connected in that way.

And so what happens is sometimes our childhood experiences aren't always necessarily punishment or bad,

But it's kind of experiences that allow us to be the people that we are as adults.

So had I not gone through that experience at nine years old,

I most likely wouldn't have been where I am today,

Connecting people with their loved ones.

So sometimes childhood experiences propel us or prepare us for what's to come in the future,

You know,

So it's hard to understand traumatic experiences and why people do things to kids and,

You know,

What happens,

But it's because of free will.

So God doesn't do bad things to children.

God doesn't do bad things to people.

People do and it's their free will.

But I believe God is always there in the after effect because the negative energy or the darkness,

If that's what you want to call it,

Comes and goes.

But God is constant.

He's always there.

So he can shine a light in the darkness.

And so he can bring us kind of forth.

So it's because of the childhood experiences that I had,

That I can relate to my clients,

That I can help them understand and maybe inspire them to take the steps to make the changes to get themselves healthier or better and really kind of living their best life.

Does that make sense?

Yeah.

It makes more sense than I'll get into in this portion of the show.

But final question is you talked a lot about dreams and signs and all of those things.

What level do you think,

Like what is the,

So are you saying that all of these things mean something,

That they're all designed to give you comfort?

So anytime you have a dream that is comforting about a loved one,

Like there is some sort of intervention happening there.

Sign or connection.

So I say,

If you think it's a sign,

If it's quite possibly a sign,

It's a sign.

So one of the things,

So I would go nuts about,

Is it a sign?

Isn't a sign,

You know,

Is it bringing me comfort?

Is it making me crazy?

Is it making me more sad or is it making me heal?

I mean,

My mom has looked for number signs and like the sun came out at this moment,

Like my entire life.

So I get what you're saying.

And so the thing is with the signs is like we kind of sometimes want to create like boundaries with it.

So my thing is because I would get confused about what is a sign and what isn't a sign because I can certainly make a sign about anything.

You guys sitting here know that.

I can bring anything full circle,

Right?

And so what I did,

My agreement and my personal connection with the universe is I tell them to tell me twice.

If they're supposed,

So it's supposed to be something that I'm supposed to do,

Say,

Be or have,

Tell me twice.

So I had a gentleman years ago.

There was an experience where he handed me a book.

I was speaking at a spiritualist church and he handed me a book and I remember thinking,

Oh,

That's so sweet.

But I'm thinking I don't have time to read a book right now.

I'm like,

Oh gosh.

And so I just thanked him very much and he's like,

Oh,

Return it whenever.

And so a couple days went by and I was sitting with a client.

She was a nurse and we were kind of brainstorming,

Kind of bouncing ideas off of each other with my spirituality part and her science part.

And we were kind of bringing them together,

Which was a cool conversation.

She looks at me dead in the eyes and she goes,

Have you ever read Proof of Heaven?

And I looked at her and I said,

Oh my God.

I said,

Just a few days ago,

Somebody handed me that book.

And she said,

You should read it.

And that was it.

I made time.

I read the book.

It was a great book.

I totally understood it.

But again,

Sometimes we miss signs,

Right?

And so for me,

If I say to my guides,

If I'm missing something,

Tell me twice.

Or like if it's a sign from your loved one and if you're one that can be so confused and not really sure,

Set a boundary.

Like tell me twice.

And again,

It will come back like you'll see the number 444-444 or you'll see,

You know,

Like I said,

The book,

The experience with the book.

And then a couple days later,

She said,

Have you read Proof of Heaven?

I'm like,

Oh my gosh.

So these are the things that I'm like,

Okay,

I feel more clear about what are signs and what is just happening in the universe.

Do you think that if you,

Sorry,

Last question.

Do you think that if you don't see a sign,

It's going to keep coming back up until you pay attention to it?

Absolutely.

Divine guidance is persistent and it's consistent.

It happens over and over and over again until we get it.

So it will come in many different forms,

You know.

And so this is that part of being open and aware because again,

You're new at this.

It's like learning a new language.

It's like trying something new.

It's just going to take time.

And then when you start to learn your spiritual language,

When you start to learn the universal language and how they're connecting,

It comes a lot easier.

Just like my mom,

She was getting the signs,

But she wasn't even aware.

And then all of a sudden I said the numbers,

It's something she was open to.

And that happened over and over and over and over again,

Where now she's in the flow with it.

Yeah.

If you don't pay attention,

It keeps coming back and coming back and coming back.

Absolutely.
