Hey everybody,

Welcome to the show.

Welcome to the discussion.

Welcome to the conversation.

So today I'm talking about being love.

You know,

As we,

A lot of people have experienced this as we're,

We're walking our spiritual walk.

There are,

There are often times where we get something that we already got,

But we got it deeper.

We get it deeper,

You know,

And as the years go by,

I think that happens more and more because you know,

Spirituality actually is very simple.

It's,

It's,

It's not complicated.

You want to get closer to the truth,

You simplify.

So,

So it's,

It's,

It's fairly simple.

It's just,

It's so counterintuitive to the way we've been conditioned and the way society is that we often have to learn things in layers because,

Because we're just not capable.

We're not capable of just going like,

Oh,

Okay,

I'm just going to constantly be love.

Oh,

All right.

Like what does that look like?

I mean,

It's,

It's,

You know,

So,

So we get it,

We get it at the capacity that we're capable of comprehending as well as implementing at,

At one time,

You know,

And that's all we can do.

So,

So we often get things multiple times,

Just deeper or more profound.

Sometimes we have to hear things in different ways.

You know,

Sometimes a particular way clicks with a particular person,

Or sometimes after you've heard it three or four different ways.

It's the combination of all those ways of,

You know,

Y'all,

You,

You kind of get it here and you kind of get it there.

You think you got it there.

And then all of a sudden this one brings it home,

You know,

So,

So the,

There's lots of that type of thing that goes on in the spiritual path.

And this is certainly one of those times for me.

So I'll give you a little heads up as to what's transpiring in my life right now.

And I think that that is helping facilitate me receiving this on a deeper level,

You know,

So you guys can keep your eyes open in your own lives and see how,

How sometimes things can come in packages that you don't expect.

So lately,

In the past couple months,

I've been getting hit over the head,

Sometimes literally,

With,

With physical issues,

Which I'm a healthy guy.

I mean,

I had a lot of injuries when I was young,

But I've worked through those.

And as a general rule,

My physicality is,

Is good.

You know,

I can do basically whatever I want.

So not a lot of problems.

Well,

Lately,

I,

I mean,

I split my head open.

You can't really see the scar anymore.

A couple months ago,

And,

You know,

I'm like,

Okay,

What is this about,

You know,

And I could tell it was about slowing down.

So I attempted to slow down,

Even though my,

My pace is dramatically slower than most people in the United States or developed countries.

But,

But still,

I'm,

You know,

ADHD type guy,

I don't really sit still that much,

You know,

Like,

Even when I'm just puttering around the house for a week,

Stuff gets done,

You know.

So it was,

You know,

I was getting this,

Okay,

Slow down.

And I,

You know,

I just don't think I slowed down as much as I should.

Then I had some,

Some stomach cramps,

Which were severe,

But I work through them for the most part within like,

Less than a day,

Less than 24 hours.

And then for a few days after my stomach was kind of bothering me,

But,

You know,

I just chalked it up.

I get there was somebody said that there was stuff going around.

So I chalked it up to that.

So then a couple weeks later,

I got,

I experienced more pain than I ever experienced in my life.

And I was laid out,

I ended up going to the hospital and turns out I have kidney stones.

Wow.

That was freaking painful.

And and I still have them.

So like,

I am taking care of myself.

If there's anything out there that breaks down kidney stones,

It's in my system,

Like,

Because you know,

I experienced enough pain to know that let's,

Let's make this as easy as possible.

So so I'm doing my best to take care of myself.

And and I,

You know,

I was forced to really slow down this time.

And then I got a cold,

Like yesterday,

Maybe it started the day before.

So you know,

Stuffy nose,

Nothing severe.

Actually,

It's probably one of the lighter,

You know,

Colds,

It's,

It's,

I often get a very sharp,

Sore throat,

Initially,

And I didn't.

So that was really nice.

But it made me groggier,

And really slowed down even more.

And so I leaned right into it,

You know,

Like,

Thursday,

It was coming on,

And I kind of finished up doing what I needed to do,

Which was a couple days ago.

And then yesterday,

I really leaned into it.

And it was,

You know,

When I say I leaned into,

I leaned into it spiritually,

You know,

You guys know how I am with the victim mentality.

It just,

It just doesn't make sense to me.

It just I can't do it.

You know,

It's not that I don't fall into the victim mentality every once in a while.

Of course I do.

It's just that like,

I can't,

I can't see myself as a victim of life or circumstances or anything,

And be like,

Okay,

Yeah,

That's the concept I'm going to stick with.

Like that's how I'm going to process what's happening.

Like I can't just stay in it like that,

Because it just doesn't make sense to me.

So I believe stuff is happening for me,

Not to me.

So I'm looking around,

And I'm like,

Man,

This is I am being held still,

Like I am being slowed down.

My brain is functioning slower,

I have to move slower,

Like everything is slow.

So let's embrace that and see what this is about,

You know,

Because everything is spiritual.

So if I use this as an opportunity for growth,

Then I'm going to grow.

If I use this as a as a problem,

If I see it as a problem that I'm a victim of,

Then I'm not going to grow.

So,

You know,

I leaned into seeing this as an opportunity for growth.

It's not only am I being forced to slow down,

But I'm literally functioning slower.

So just because of everything that my body's going through right now.

So like,

I'm embracing that and I'm walking very slow when I take the dog out for a walk,

And I'm washing the dishes slow.

And I'm cooking slow,

And more mindfully,

And,

And I'm kind of,

You know,

You know,

When you get sick,

You like,

Your head kind of gets cloudy.

And things you don't worry about stuff quite so much you ever noticed that I noticed this many years ago,

When I was really sick,

Is it's almost like a vacation from regular life.

If you if you kind of lean into it in that way.

It's like,

You know,

When your brain's a fog,

It's not like running is is this incessantly as it normally does.

And like it kind of forces you,

It's easier to be in the present moment.

So this is what I'm doing.

And I'm also looking at,

You know,

I mean,

I'm also taking in information from other places,

I was,

You know,

Before this happened to me,

And,

And,

And I'm just paying attention to to the messages that are coming and the things that are capturing my interest.

And right now,

A lot of it is is really about simplifying,

You know,

I believe that in the spiritual path,

Like first,

Oftentimes,

First,

We learn all these tools.

And then we use learn how to use these tools.

And then we have to let go of the tools and find out that we don't need the tools,

Right?

So things just keep getting simpler and simpler and simpler.

And again,

I think that that's because it's so counterintuitive to the way we were conditioned to live and society is that that kind of needs to be stepping stones.

I just saw my finger.

Yeah,

That's the other thing that's slowing me down.

Trying to write trying to type another physical issue.

So,

So yeah,

It's,

It's,

Um,

What I've been seeing is,

Is just really kind of the embodying more the big lessons.

And what I'm talking about today is just being love,

Just be love.

Know,

I think we,

We,

We spend a lot of time trying to wrap our brain around concepts,

And thought forms and belief systems.

And it's,

You know,

Like,

The different tenants of religion,

You know,

Like,

Oh,

Is it is,

You know,

Like,

I believe I believe that spiritual truths underlie all religions.

So it's kind of hard for me to talk about it.

But like,

Some people spend a lot of time going like,

Okay,

Is this religion,

Right?

Is that religion?

Right?

Is this religion?

Right?

Okay,

You know,

Well,

Do I need to give myself to Jesus Christ?

Do I need to follow Buddhist teachings to a T?

Do I need to pray to Shiva in Hindu?

Do I need to like,

It's,

It's all this different stuff.

And then you've got the spirituality aspect of it.

And you know,

That seems more general,

But it's got its its own tenants to it.

It's got its own belief system.

So we have to,

You know,

Dive in and heal our traumas and,

And our,

Our inner child and our vibration and,

And,

You know,

All these different things,

And they're all just tools.

They're just temporary tools,

None of them are it.

You know,

That's why I like some of the Taoism teachings and the Buddhist teachings,

Because you know,

They say specifically that if you can say it,

That's not it.

Like,

You know,

In Taoism and in Buddhism,

They'll,

They'll,

They'll talk about what it isn't.

And then just with the assumption that whatever is left over,

That's what it is.

Because they too know that if you can say it,

That's not it.

Because if you say it,

You shrink it down into a thought form.

You think,

You know,

Whatever,

Like even,

Even love,

As broad as that is,

I mean,

It's,

It's,

You know,

I'm going to talk about that in a moment how broad it is,

But,

But like whatever we,

You know,

Forgiveness,

That's a belief system.

In some ways,

It can be very specific.

In some ways,

It can be very broad,

But it's still a thought form.

So at some point,

We have to let that go.

Right?

So,

So this is kind of where I'm coming into this being love topic,

Excuse me,

The,

You know,

Like,

It doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter if I'm praying to Jesus or to God or to a Hindu God,

Or if I'm praying to the universe,

Or if I'm not praying at all,

But I'm opening my heart up to divine intelligence and,

You know,

All these different things are thought forms.

And really like,

If you think about like,

Why are you doing that?

You know,

Like,

Why are you opening up your heart to,

To,

To,

To God or praying to God?

Why are you,

You know,

It's,

It's because God,

The universe,

Divine intelligence,

Whatever,

Whatever it is,

Whatever word you want to give it,

It's a representation of love.

It's just,

It's the energy of love.

So,

You know,

As I'm slow,

Slowing down,

I'm just trying to be love.

I'm trying to experience love in the things that I'm doing.

And what I'm finding is that,

You know,

And I've had dabs of this in the past,

But I'm really trying to lean into it more and,

You know,

Use this as a catapult to another,

A deeper understanding and a deeper relationship with love and being able to embody it more.

So it's,

It's everything.

It's in everything.

It is everything.

Everything is energy and everything is love energy and everything that isn't love energy or everything that is what we would perceive as negative is absence of love energy.

It's not a thing.

There's,

You know,

I don't,

Like,

I don't fear the darkness because I'm standing in the light.

Darkness doesn't come take over light.

So I don't worry about darkness and just stay in the light.

Okay.

So this is,

And the light is love.

So the more I'm in love slash light,

Then the more I'm good,

Period.

So you know,

And you know,

I don't know,

You know,

I don't know what this is going to look like in the future because I'm not there yet.

You know,

But what I'm trying to do is use this as an opportunity to anchor into love in every way humanly possible to the best of my ability.

And then as I do that,

My hope is that as I start getting more healthy and capable,

I'm going to bring this with me into that lifestyle and I'm not going to revert back to how I was before all this happened.

You know what I mean?

Otherwise,

What's the point,

Right?

So the more I anchor it in now,

The more I can bring it into,

The more I can make it my new normal now,

The more it's going to carry over into my life when I'm at a higher energy level and I'm doing more.

So that's really my work right now.

So when I'm doing dishes,

I'm like just in this moment,

You know,

Like one of the pieces that kind of pushed me in this direction was,

Was the pain like,

Like I broke my back and pop my hip out and herniated disc and all kinds of stuff.

And I've experienced enormous amounts of pain.

Nothing compares to the pain I was in several days ago,

It was the most extreme pain I've ever experienced in my life easily.

So there's a certain amount of fear that got conjured up with that,

Right?

Now it's in the back of my head,

Like,

Oh my God,

Oh my God,

Because I haven't passed these stones,

Right?

So it's like,

Am I going to experience that pain again?

What am I going to do?

You know,

Like,

I mean,

I live up in the mountains in the DR,

You know,

That my,

My options are somewhat limited,

You know,

I mean,

I'm setting myself up for success,

You know,

I told the neighbors and said everything and,

You know,

Like,

Hey,

This is what's happening.

If it hits the fan,

Pick up your phone,

You know,

But there was some fear there,

You know,

And I'm working through that fear,

But some of it's still there,

But what that,

You know,

When I'm working through it,

I'm like,

Okay,

What do I do with this?

Like,

There's no sense in me walking through the next two weeks and fear.

I mean,

Like,

How's that going to help me worried all the time?

Oh,

Is this mean something is that,

You know,

So I'm trying to relax my system and do what's best for it and,

And not drop into the space of worry.

So,

So as I'm doing this,

I'm going,

Okay,

What does my outlook need to be?

And it's like,

Well,

I'm not in pain now.

Okay.

I have this present moment.

I need to be grateful for this present moment.

See,

And this is what's forcing me into the present moment,

Which is where love is.

That's where,

That's where I end up.

I end up in love.

So whenever I get forced into the present moment,

So when I'm not looking into the future and I'm going like,

Okay,

I'm not in pain now.

Thank you for this moment.

I'm experiencing gratitude.

Thank you for,

Thank you for this moment of washing these dishes and just being able to take care of myself and cook healthy foods that are going to help break down these kidney stones and just stand here in my kitchen being grateful.

I'm grateful right now that I am not in pain.

And I have what I need to take care of myself.

This is beautiful.

And I'm doing that.

And then,

You know,

And then I'm sitting on the couch.

Oh,

How wonderful is it that I'm sitting on the couch and I'm not in pain.

This is beautiful.

Thank you.

Gratitude.

You know,

So it's,

It's,

So I'm experiencing this,

This love and,

And,

And I'm cooking and I'm stirring something and I'm,

And I'm not overthinking things because my mind is slowed down.

Right.

So I'm not going from one thought to another,

To another and I'm going,

Oh,

Okay.

Like,

Like I,

I was cooking earlier and I had this pot that I wanted that had something else in it and the refrigerator.

And I was like,

Oh,

What should I do?

Should I put that into something else so I can use the pot?

And then I just stopped thinking,

Which normally I would continue thinking and I went under and I just was like,

Oh,

I'll use the skillet for this part.

It's okay.

That'll work fine.

And then,

And,

And then I did it and it worked out and it was like,

I know that it's because I don't know if you guys are going to get this.

I know it sounds kind of silly,

But it's,

It's because I'm not overthinking.

It's because I'm forcing myself into the present moment and I generally don't really like to cook and I'm over there cooking and I'm enjoying it.

I'm enjoying doing something I don't particularly like doing to do because of where the space that I'm in,

Because I am in love,

I am in gratitude and I'm noticing little things,

Little tiny things that I never notice,

Like how well that skillet is working and how little I have to think to,

To,

To grab it and how good it was that I'm not leaning into my overthinking.

And I'm doing the dishes after and it's the same thing.

I know it sounds ridiculous,

But it's just like,

This is how I'm trying to live.

Like this is how I want to live.

Like why not?

Why not live like this?

You know,

It's,

It's I think it was Helen Keller said that there's only two ways to live as if nothing is a miracle or as if everything is a miracle.

You know,

And there's,

There's a friend of mine that I met on social media that's,

That's really a very unique,

Wonderful person.

Her name is Karen Laurie.

If you go check her out,

A very interesting,

Wonderful person.

And like,

I've known her for years.

I've talked to her a few times and you know,

I don't know her that well,

But she's,

She's very interesting because she's all the way in man.

She's like,

This is how she lives.

Like everything is love all the time.

And with me in the past,

You know,

I've been kind of balancing and I've talked about this a lot lately to kind of balancing,

You know,

Of course I live spiritually.

Of course I implement the spiritual principles in every way that I,

That I can and stuff.

But if I'm honest with myself,

I'm also interacting with society to some degree.

And I've been pulling away from that more and more.

Like as far as,

I mean,

I'm,

I'm in the Dominican Republic,

So it's up in the mountains.

So there's a certain aspect of it that I'm already removed,

Right?

But I've been removing myself from,

From the political issues that are going,

That are going on and,

And,

Uh,

And all the other issues that are going on because like,

I'm not,

I,

I don't think the solution is there.

And me putting my energy into this stuff is just a waste of time because it's not love.

So,

So I'm putting my energy towards being who I want to be.

And as I do that,

I can bring that out into the world.

I'm not hiding from the world.

I'm not disconnecting from the world.

I'm working on myself and bringing a better version of me into the world,

Into my world,

Not the presidential campaigns into my world,

Into the people I interact with,

Into,

Uh,

Being a better coach for my clients,

Um,

Being a better person with the people around me interacting with life's situations in love,

Everything driving in love,

The energy of love,

The contentment,

The peace of love,

Paying for something at the grocery store bringing the energy of love,

Everything.

That's what I can do.

You know?

So,

I mean,

Honestly,

I've had one kind of one foot in society and then one foot in spirituality.

And I've been saying that,

That the,

That the space in between them is disappearing,

You know,

It's like being on snow skis.

You know,

I grew up in the Northeast being on snow skis and,

And like your legs start spreading apart and they get wider and wider and eventually you got to pick a side or else you're going down.

You know,

You got to either bring your right foot over to the left or bring the left foot over to the right.

But like,

You can't keep getting wider and wider and eventually you're going down.

So so like,

That's,

That's what I feel is happening with the spiritual shift that's happening on the,

On,

On earth.

This is what all the controversy is like,

And this is why I'm separating myself from the controversy because like,

I mean,

Look at it,

Like,

What,

What am I going to do to fix that though?

Like seriously,

I don't care who gets an office.

Our problems aren't over.

I haven't seen anything get better in 50 years.

I've seen things get consistently worse.

So I mean,

I'm not,

I'm not,

I'm not betting on anybody to save me,

Especially the damn government,

You know,

So,

So that like,

It doesn't do anything.

It doesn't,

My energy in those genres,

Those areas don't do anything.

They don't,

They don't do anything except divide my energy or bring me down.

So I'm living my life to the best that I can.

And I'm being loved in every area I possibly can,

Literally sitting down.

I want to sit down out of love.

I want to stand up out of love.

I want to drink my water with fresh lemon in it,

In love.

Why not,

Man?

What else,

What else do I have to do?

So,

You know,

This is,

This is where I am.

This is what I'm doing.

I don't know,

You know,

Like I really try to give down to earth actionable advice and,

But maybe this is part of pulling away from the one foot in society or,

You know,

The old school society and one foot in spirituality.

And I'm just taking that foot and bringing it over into spirituality and I'm just going to be spiritual,

Man.

Like that's a,

I'm just going to be spiritual.

I'm just going to be.

And what is that?

That's being loved in every way,

Shape or form.

You know,

If I'm trying,

Like,

I've talked to you guys before about,

You know,

We all have our triggers and all that stuff.

We all have our traumas and all our conditioning and all this stuff.

And some of mine was from a childhood where I was forced to,

To fight and attack and all that stuff.

And,

You know,

Starve what we want.

I mean,

Starve what we don't want,

Feed what we do want.

So like,

How am I not going to get angry?

That's like telling me to not think of the color red,

Right?

How am I not going to get triggered?

I mean,

Don't get me wrong.

Like,

You know,

I've been at this for 21 years.

I've made enormous growth,

Enormous,

You know,

Like,

I don't know if I went,

I don't know if I went an entire year without getting in a fight at least once until I got sober until I was 35.

I don't know if I went a year.

I mean,

It was all the time when I was young,

But then as I got older,

It was less and less and less.

But still,

I mean,

I was going out to the bars drinking and stuff like that.

Nothing was going to happen sometime within a year.

You know,

So maybe not a fight,

Maybe just a little scuffle or a push or something,

But whatever.

I probably didn't go a year.

It's been 21 years.

I haven't gotten in a fight,

You know,

Not one.

And and I get triggered dramatically less,

However.

So,

You know,

All this work and these tools and all this stuff can work to some degree,

But at some point like.

So yeah,

I want to I want to show this dynamic.

It's it's not about not getting triggered.

It's not about learning to be in control of my emotions,

All this stuff like it's about being love.

That's all because that's feeding what I want.

So if I'm just walking around in love and and this becomes my habit,

This becomes my norm in everything.

And of course,

There's a there's a ninety nine point nine percent possibility that I won't be perfect at it,

OK,

But I'm going to.

But if I really lean into this and I'm love,

My focus is to be love in every situation.

How am I going to get triggered?

I'm probably not.

Why?

Because whenever anything is,

Whenever stimuli,

External stimuli is coming at me,

My go to is love.

Love is not fear.

Fear is what triggers me.

So if I'm not in fear,

I'm not going to get triggered.

If I learn to interact with reality out of love in every way,

Shape or form.

Then I'm not going to get triggered.

Right.

So I mean,

You know,

There's tremendous growth that we can make using all kinds of tools and techniques and and and releasing and and all this stuff.

But at some point,

Like.

Let's throw all that away and just be love.

Just be what we want to be.

Do we want to be kind?

Do we want to be happy?

Do we want to be joyful?

Do we want to be grateful?

Do we want to be abundant?

All those are versions of love.

So if we embody love.

Then that those are the types of things that are going to come into our experience.

Do you see how it just kind of.

Shatters everything.

I mean,

I understand it depends on where you are,

You know,

And I know that that.

The fact that I'm sick right now and this is what I'm going through is really a benefit for me to to help me with this.

You know,

So maybe look at that just for a moment,

You know,

Like how many people are having kidney stones sitting there talking like I'm talking.

Probably not a lot.

So whatever you're going through.

I don't and God knows there are things a lot worse than kidney stones out there.

And I'm blessed because I'm not in pain every minute,

But.

Try if you can to lean to use it,

To lean into love.

Because this is,

You know,

This is my opportunity.

This is my opportunity for growth like this isn't happening to me.

This is happening for me.

So if I start looking and going,

OK,

Like,

Well,

All right,

What?

This is my version of what this is,

What I saw when I asked the question.

So ask yourself empowering questions.

You know,

When I slow down enough and when,

OK,

I need to use this,

I need to use this.

You know,

What what is what is love trying to tell me?

What is God trying to tell me?

What is.

What can I do?

What what what types of information,

You know,

What's been kept?

And I try to pay attention to what's capturing my attention in any particular moment.

So it's like,

You know,

So I'm I'm watching like the law of one or listening to the audios on that.

And it's like I'm seeing this overarching love and light message in there.

And I'm looking at some Christian Marty stuff.

And he's got very general,

Broad,

Broad,

Broad concepts,

Very conceptual type teaching,

Which is very deep.

Like I couldn't like when I first started,

When I came across him just a few months ago,

Like I noticed I had to drop into my heart and listen with more my heart and my body conceptually to understand what he was saying,

Because if I'm if I was using my brain,

My brain was missing his points.

But when I took it in conceptually,

I was like,

Oh,

OK,

Wow,

This guy's got some very interesting stuff to say,

Man,

You know,

And there are broad concepts.

So it's like,

You know,

It's the broad concepts,

The general overarching theme of it all.

That's been capturing my interest.

So that's where I lean in and where I lean in.

It's like,

OK,

Well.

Love love is everything.

So just.

Try to be love.

OK,

How?

Right now,

Just be love now,

OK?

You know,

And a lot of times I can like I mean,

I can feel the love right now because I'm talking yet.

And I'm thinking about feeling it,

So I am.

But sometimes it's like,

Oh,

OK,

Well,

How?

I don't know.

Come into the present moment.

I don't know.

Be grateful for what you have.

Oh,

Yeah.

Oh,

That's a good feeling.

Yeah.

You know,

Those are techniques come to the present moment,

Center yourself,

Be grateful.

Those are just very simple little techniques where you can feel and pay attention to the sensation in your body.

Like there's a calmness.

In me.

And a peacefulness,

A contentedness,

That's love.

You know,

So do it while you're brushing your teeth.

I used to do this many years ago.

You know,

Brushing my teeth.

Oh,

Oh,

I lost the feeling of connectedness to what to love.

You know,

Back then I was saying,

God,

Now I'm saying love,

Whatever.

So I think that's it.

I think that's just I just kind of want to explain where I am,

What I'm going through in the hopes that.

You guys could get something out of it.

You know,

So try to hopefully you can take some of this stuff and apply it to where you are.

Maybe,

You know,

Maybe you are sick.

Maybe you're not sick.

And,

You know,

If you are,

Then try to implement it in the ways that I'm doing.

If you're not,

Excuse me,

If you're not,

Then try to implement it in your daily activities like brushing your teeth,

Taking a shower,

Cooking,

Washing the dishes,

Driving.

Try to be in the vibration,

The energy have of love.

In other words,

Try to feel some sort of pleasurable,

Calming sensation in your body as you're doing these things.

Slow down.

So that's the only way to do it.

It's one of the biggest blocks is everybody's going too fast.

This is why everybody's going too fast,

Because as soon as you slow down,

We are masters of distraction.

As soon as we slow down enough,

Usually the uncomfortability starts bubbling up.

So if you are trying this and slowing down and you don't like the way you feel inside,

That's okay.

You know,

Understand that you got to,

You need to work through that to get to the place where when you,

When you're still,

You feel love and peace and calm and contentedness.

So you know,

That's what we're,

That's our natural state.

But like if we've been distracting ourselves and moving too quickly and stuffing emotions and all this stuff,

And every time we slow down,

Every time we're not distracting ourselves,

We feel this uncomfortability.

Sometimes it's physical nausea.

Sometimes it's boredom.

I think boredom is a,

Is a just pushing us towards distraction.

Like we don't have to be bored ever.

Like you can just sit there for 10 minutes.

You don't have to be bored.

Not if you're at peace within.

If you're not at peace with them,

Boredom,

I think is just,

It's just the,

The uncomfortability telling you to not sit still because you don't like the way you feel when you sit still.

So you got to release though that energy,

You know,

You might have to do some releasing before you can get to where you can just be still and be in love.

So,

So work through it,

You know,

Take 20 minutes a few times a week and do a releasing,

Just releasing energy.

But so,

You know,

You might have to release some of that stuff,

But we need to slow down and live more mindfully.

Think about the general concepts that everybody's teaching right now,

Consciousness,

Mindfulness,

Power of now,

You know,

All this,

It's all the same thing.

It's just slow down and be present.

Being present is another way.

It's all the same,

You know,

So,

You know,

Do your best in whatever area,

Whether it's in the shower or,

You know,

Your daily activities or sitting down for five minutes in the morning,

Five minutes in the afternoon,

Five minutes in the evening,

Just being still and feeling the sensation gratitude lists are good,

Whatever,

But just see how much we can walk in love because,

You know,

Honestly,

I truly believe that's,

What's going to change the world.

I truly believe we have to be the change we wish to see.

If we want to live in a world filled with love,

Then we have to be loved.

I have,

And for me,

That means me.

That doesn't mean me and the people I know and the people I work with and the people that I associate with and my family and my friend,

No,

It just means me.

That's the only person I have control over.

So if I'm love,

I am one more person.

I am more one more beacon that's just emanating love energy into this world.

And if you can be a beacon and if somebody else can be a beacon,

Great,

But just worry about you.

You be the beacon that you can be.

You bring as much love into this world as you can and watch it change.

I guarantee you,

I guarantee you your life will change regardless of what happens,

Transpires out there.

I don't know what the future looks like.

I think,

I think there's going to be a big separation.

I don't know what that's going to look like,

But,

But I'm going to be with the love people.

I'll tell you that I'm not going to be at the,

Because there's going to be a people who are leaning in the direction of love and there are going to be people that are leaning in the direction of conflict and I'm not going to be in the conflict group.

I'm going to be in the love group and this is how I do it.

This is exactly how I do it.

Nothing else.

You can throw away all the tools and just be this.

All right.
