Helen Grace MacGregor (MA Creative Writing & Wellbeing, BSc Hons, YTT) creates gentle, permission-rich spaces where sensitive and neurodivergent souls can write their way home to themselves. Through Embodied Writing for Wholeness circles and meditations, she weaves together therapeutic writing, embodied wisdom, energy practices, and self-compassion rituals—guiding others from ‘not enough’ to deep-rooted belonging. Diagnosed with ADHD and autism in her fifties, Helen Grace understands the lifelong journey of feeling different, only to discover that the way you are is exactly right. Her work honours science, spirituality, and somatic wisdom, creating spaces where sensitivity is celebrated and self-compassion becomes sacred soul medicine. Author of The Magical Unfolding and the upcoming The Midlife Awakening: A Love Letter to the Girl Who Never Fitted In, she invites others to discover how writing can be a gentle bridge to wholeness—a way to come home to yourself, just as you are. A new body of work is emerging, one that whispers: It’s time to come home.
