In this guided practice, you will learn to combine your present focus, breath, and heart to deeply relax. The practice will be done through a free-floating body scan which means we let our focus float freely within our body and seek up the places that need our loving attention. You will leave this meditation feeling relaxed, balanced, and refreshed both in your mind, nervous system, emotion, and body.

Welcome to meditation session 24.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Let go of everything else.

Allowing yourself to let go of the events of the day.

Letting go of the outer world for a moment.

And just relax into this meditation and this moment.

Hearing my voice and hearing the sounds of this meditation.

Allowing your focus to go inwards on your internal experience.

What is in your experience right now?

What sensations are in your body?

Do you notice something more when you relax?

Allowing your focus to wander to different places in your body.

Feeling and sensing your different body parts and places in your body.

Seeing where in your body your focus wanders and what part of your body needs your focus in this moment.

As your focus wanders to a place,

You are just seeing it,

Feeling it.

And seeing if the focus continues to wander to different places in your body.

And if you at any time notice your focus is going away from your body into thoughts,

Just gently,

Gently,

Stay with back to the body.

Being in your body.

But letting the focus wander freely in the body.

Just being with your body.

Allowing your focus to drift around freely,

Go on an adventure in your body.

You might feel your breath as endless waves caressing your body.

This gentle movement and flow of life and letting your focus unite with the breath.

And wherever your focus goes,

You can feel your breath in this place.

Allowing the breath to relax and heal this place in the body.

And if it wants to,

Letting the focus naturally wander on to new places in the body.

Feeling the breath and your focus.

And now you might also feel your heart beating.

The heart beats,

Filling up your body with new energy in life.

Uniting your breath,

Your heart beat and your focus.

And wherever your focus wanders,

You can feel the waves of your breath and the beating of your heart.

And being here,

Feeling your body.

Letting your body recharge,

Letting your mind recharge.

Allowing your natural healing occur.

Enjoying the relaxement of the moment.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

And now you might feel your breath.

Gently,

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
