In todays meditation we will focus on our thoughts and comming to stillness. We will begin by observing our thoughts with mindfulness and allow the mind to surrender into silence. We then zoom out to a bigger picture where "everything is okay". We go to this zoomed out state to reacharge our batteries so we can better handle our problems when we come back from meditation. Feel free to lay down during this soft relaxing meditation if you want.

Welcome to meditation session 33.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself,

I want you to rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breath out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Then just become aware of what is in your experience at this moment.

Is there any thoughts?

Any sensations?

Maybe emotions or feelings?

And right now we are just taking a moment to observe and to check in with our present experience.

A little break in our constant doing.

Just stopping and doing nothing.

Just being.

No thoughts need to be fought.

No thoughts need to be continued.

Allowing yourself to drop any thought.

If it is important it will come back to you.

For now you can let it be.

Dropping.

Dropping one step closer to the silence.

The vast space.

The stillness.

The peace.

The silence.

The silence.

Everything is ok.

You are ok.

Training your mind to be silent.

Allowing you to get a little bit more space.

For your consciousness.

For your awareness to fill up your being.
