Hello,

My friend.

Let's reset our nervous system together.

My name is Hannah Marie Todd,

And this is Here by HMT,

Where we find reasons why right here is the best place to be,

And maybe right now it does not feel like it.

Your nervous system is dysregulated.

It's maybe because something's going on in your life,

But I'm telling you,

This practice will allow you to have a beautiful reset in order to gain clarity on what your next steps are,

Because I'm telling you right now,

You've faced challenges before,

And you have overcome them,

And you will do it again right here,

Right now.

When you're ready,

My friend,

Close down your eyes.

Let's take a big,

Beautiful breath in through your nose.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Another big inhale breath here,

This time from the bottom of your belly.

Inhale,

Fill up,

Expand.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Last,

Biggest,

Deepest breath here of your day,

Your month,

Your year.

Inhale from the bottoms of your feet,

Up your legs,

Your torso.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Hold at the top.

Inhale 5% more.

Hold.

Hold,

My friend.

Hold.

Stay here.

Exhale,

Let something go.

And as you allow yourself to sink,

To settle at the bottom of this exhale,

This empty vessel that is in fact never truly empty,

This emptiness is rather an opening,

An opening of opportunity within your body,

Within your being,

To remember all the strength,

All the creativity that you have right here within you,

That you've faced challenges before,

And you overcame them.

And in fact,

Those challenges,

Those moments,

They made you stronger.

They made you who you are.

And so in this moment,

What is it that you need to remember?

What can you fill yourself back up with?

This vessel,

This beautiful body of yours,

This being to remember all that you have right here.

Inhale,

Breathe into that feeling,

This deeper knowing,

This you,

My friend.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Stay at the bottom of that exhale.

Connect deeper into your being and ask yourself,

What is one thing that you need to hear right now?

One thing that you need to hear.

Allow that inner wisdom to speak.

It's there,

My friend.

It is always,

Always there.

Breathe into those words that bubble up within,

That rise from your root.

Inhale.

Expand,

Expand.

Let those words travel through your body,

Your being,

Weaving their way through you,

Reminding you of your strength,

Reminding you that in this stillness,

You find clarity.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Stay with this feeling,

This knowing,

My friend,

This you.

When you're ready,

And only if and when you are ready,

Softly,

Slowly opening your eyes.

Thank you for being here with me,

My friend,

Because right here was exactly where you were meant to be.
